NH Milano Machiavelli

Our family visit was on May , the check in was fast and the room was ready but there was a problem in the reservation that i made on booking for bed and breakfast but they said it is only for bed and I have to pay extra charge for the breakfast and I have to do so for my kid , the room is renovated and large with nice large bed and large toilet , the breakfast was perfect having many varieties many fresh juices and bakery it was for 15 euro per adult and free for my kid the restaurant is wide and the service is excellent, the hotel lobby is large with accessibility for wheelchair and strollers and having two large elevators for your rooms , the location is perfect just close to piazza republica and its metro station and few steps from Corso Buenos Aires a nice shopping street , the hotel is just three metro station from the duomo and one metro station from the central station, just two problems we faced the first was the WiFi in the rooms is poor and I told the reception and the a/c was only working on hot and the weather in May was hot and I asked the receptionist he told it is set for the whole hotel at warm and he can’t change and I can open the window and that what I Did but it was a surprise for me that a four stars hotel at Milan I have to open the window !!!!! Last problem that the ladies at the reception was totally un experienced and lack any information about Milan as when I asked her about where to take the shuttle bus going to the sereville village mall or about how to reserve a tour in jeuventus stadium she told she don’t know but at last day I met mr Antonio who was so friendly and cooperative he make a taxi reservation for the airport and he fixed the WiFi in my room , he was a really a great receptionist an experienced cheerful cooperative one , in general the hotel is perfect for a family vacation and with a reasonable price #uniquehotel #ancientarchitecture #oldarchitecture #themepark#zoo
