Raya Lontar No.2, Surabaya City, East Java 60216 Ambiance/Facilities - An upscale luxury hotel with complete amenities Highlights - A somewhat new-ish hotel opened at the end of 2020 with a very luxurious feel. Very nice staff with a very hospitable service Additional Comments - Stayed at this hotel a few times at their Execuitve Suite and all of them are great. The very first stay I got a room with quite a smell in the bathroom. Td the staff about it and they were very apologetic and professional in handling it. I left the room for an afternoon tea and when I came back to the room, the smell was no more. Staff keeps on saying sorry about it, making me feel kinda bad for them. All the subsequent stays has been very great otherwise. The breakfast spread was exceptional and tastes very delicious Avg.
