Donghu Vinegar Garden is located in the Shanxi Mature Vinegar Group Co., Ltd. at No.26, Madaopo, Xinghualing District, Taiyuan City. It was developed from the "Meiheju" vinegar workshop, which was founded in the first year of Hongwu in the Ming Dynasty (1368). It is the original creator of Shanxi mature vinegar. The traditional brewing technique of more than 600 years has been rated as a "national intangible cultural heritage" by the Ministry of Culture of the State Council. The "Donghu Vinegar Garden", which is based on the culture of Shanxi mature vinegar, is the only vinegar culture tourism park in China.
