I went to Taizhou just because of Guoqing Temple! (I didn't drive)

Every trip I take is an escape from the daily grind. This time, my visit to Guoqing Temple was entirely driven by its otherworldly tranquility. Taizhou isn't very large, but the scattered attractions gave my spontaneous nature a headache! No car, no chartered vehicle, no frequent changes of accommodation... destined to be a hassle! After 3 days and 3 nights of this hassle, I still have regrets: I didn't get to eat at the restaurants I wanted, I didn't go to the beach I wanted, I didn't take the photos I wanted... Everything happened in a rush and unexpected way, but it also added a touch of authenticity! My travel experience over these past few days + transportation without a car: Day 1 (Evening) Arrived in Linhai in the evening and decided to stay there for the next few days, heading to different attractions each day! After checking in, I went straight to Ziyang Old Street and enjoyed the night view. Day 2 (The Hassle Begins) Linhai – Changyu Caves – Linhai Transportation: Hotel to Linhai Station, ride-hailing service, about 30 minutes. Linhai Station to Wenling Station, high-speed rail, 19 minutes. Wenling Station to Changyu Grottoes: Ride-hailing, approximately 30 minutes. Impressions: Changyu Grottoes is quite photogenic, but only for those who know how to take pictures and have the equipment (my partner scolded me to death!). It's very tiring on the legs; there are many spots within the scenic area, and you have to climb to each one yourself! The whole trip takes 4-5 hours! Return Trip: Same method as above! Day 3 (Continuing the ordeal) Linhai – Tiantai Mountain (Guoqing Temple) – Tiantai Mountain (Qiongtan Valley) – Linhai Transportation: Hotel to Linhai Station: Ride-hailing, approximately 30 minutes. Linhai Station to Tiantai Mountain Station: High-speed rail, 14 minutes. Tiantai Mountain Station to Guoqing Temple: Ride-hailing, approximately 18 minutes. Guoqing Temple to the upper entrance of Qiongtan Valley: Ride-hailing, approximately 15 minutes. Impressions: Guoqing Temple is worth a visit; a casual stroll and some photos take about two hours. Unfortunately, it was sunny when I went, resulting in backlighting and not many good photos (it started to get cloudy when I left...). For Qiongtan Valley, I chose the easier downhill path, just wandering around in nature and relaxing! Return Trip: Same as above! Day 4 (Daytime) My flight was in the evening, so I slept in. Afterwards, I briefly visited the Linhai Museum (not recommended), Linghu Lake (not recommended), and Ziyang Old Street. Then... I went home! Creator Academy
