What a divine and friendly hiking route! Head to Yongtai this weekend

Fuzhou's 140th hiking trail Yongtai truly boasts beautiful mountains, waters, and scenery. I didn't have high expectations for Mingshan Shi, but after visiting, I found the scenery really wonderful. Mingshan Shi hiking route: Mingshan Shi Archway – Song Dynasty Ancient Path – Mid-mountain (Mingshan Shi Main Hall) – Yuhuang Pavilion – Xiantian – West Chamber (Guanyin Cave – Blood Basin Cave – Wenchang Pavilion – Linyu Pool) – Panshan Highway (of course, you can also descend via the Song Dynasty Ancient Path) – Mingshan Shi Archway Distance: about 5 km Navigation start point: Yongtai Mingshan Shi Friendly reminders: The Song Dynasty Ancient Path has about 1,310 steps, with stone carvings on the steps (carved by Song Dynasty donors, recording a large amount of information about female and monk donors), so take time to observe carefully. The steps leading to Yuhuang Pavilion are initially quite steep, so be cautious if you have children with you. The steps at Xiantian are narrow and steep, unavoidable both going up and down, with no other gentler sections, so be careful and take it slow. There is no water source or shade at Yuhuang Pavilion, so don’t plan to brew tea and enjoy the view there; it’s more convenient to bring some simple snacks. Watching the sunset beside the Mingshan Shi Immortal Lord Hall is also quite nice; if you have time, you can wait there to watch. There is signal coverage throughout the route.
