Xiamen｜Early Birds Get to See Flowers｜Meihai Flower Terrace

Meihai Flower Terrace was the first stop on my Xiamen itinerary. To see the flowers, I researched many related guides, and it was definitely worth it in the end. The sea of flowers was indeed beautiful and mesmerizing. Take the Dongpingshan bus line to 'Dongpingshan Station,' and after getting off, follow the signs and walk about 200 meters to see the flower sea. Since there were many tourists coming to check in, I made sure to leave early. I arrived at Meihai Flower Terrace around 8:30 in the morning. The sun had just risen, and the sunlight on the small flowers was particularly beautiful. Especially in this area next to the flower sea, since there weren't many people in the morning, you could clearly see the little white butterflies fluttering among the green shadows. The scene was very poetic, though unfortunately, the camera couldn't capture how beautiful it was. Because it was early, the staff was still performing daily maintenance on the flowers and plants. They would remind visitors not to step on the flowers, hoping that visitors would cherish the precious flower sea.
