💡First stop: Ancient Huiji Temple Three ancient ginkgo trees, lush and thriving, attract many visitors to come see, check in, and take photos—I am one of them. The sunlight is great, and as the breeze blows, they stand here watching the passage of time. Watching wave after wave of people come to see them. Now is a good time to visit; I’m afraid there won’t be as many leaves next week. 💡Second stop: Huayan Temple Check-in photos are in the last two pictures. It’s 9 kilometers from Ancient Huiji Temple, and on the same route by car. Enter through a very hidden entrance; at the end of a small path is Huayan Temple. Unfortunately, I missed the best viewing time for this millennium-old ginkgo tree. I will definitely come earlier next year. 💡Third stop: Longxing Temple Located at Laoshan, I hadn’t thought about coming here before. Met a young lady at Huayan Temple, and during our chat, I learned that Longxing Temple also has a millennium-old ginkgo tree. Coincidentally, it’s also 9 kilometers from Huayan Temple. It’s about a 20-minute walk from the parking lot to Longxing Temple. The scenery along the way is nice, and the ginkgo tree is behind the main hall. Quiet, secluded, with a bit of an ancient drama vibe. 💗The best viewing time is around 4 p.m., when the sunlight shines on the ginkgo tree, and the backlit atmosphere instantly makes you feel like you’ve traveled back a thousand years. ☁️This is considered a lesser-known check-in spot, with fewer people and great photo opportunities.
