Ths area is always busy as there are dining, shopping and entertainment around there. Dotonbori is a street located in Namba where locals and tourist will flock over to get to try the Osaka specialties. There are lots of restaurants there with colorful and massive replicas of Osaka favorites like takoyaki, or crab or octopus. My family and I recently went on a 8D7N trip to Osaka, Japan and we stayed at Hotel Gracery Osaka Namba which was located near Jr Namba. We travelled using the OCAT bus from Kansai International Airport to our hotel as the hotel is located just right beside the Bus Terminal. The hotel is within walking distance to the subway and the massive underpass will also bring you to the iconic Dotonbori. During the stay at Osaka, we also travelled to Koyasan, Ama-no-Hishidate, Ine, Miyamachokita. The views were absolutely mesmerising. Food there was definitely a bomb! I think my waist just grew by a few inches in that trip. 🥲 P.s. Can I also mention the affordable price of Kura Sushi?! I couldn’t resist trying takoyaki, the iconic octopus balls, and they were as amazing as everyone says—crispy on the outside and so soft and flavorful on the inside. Another dish I loved was okonomiyaki, the savory pancake. It’s fun because you can customize it with all kinds of toppings, making each bite deliciously different. For a different perspective of the city, I also took the Osaka Wonder Cruise, which was a fantastic experience. The boat ride along the Dotonbori Canal offers unique views of the city, and it’s a great way to relax while still being immersed in the lively atmosphere of Osaka. What makes Dotonbori so fun is not just the food but the lively atmosphere. There are quirky shops, themed cafes, and plenty of spots for people-watching. I had a great time in Osaka! The vibes were perfect. Food was great! Definitely want to come back soon. But I miss my favorite city, Fukuoka! If you’re into the nightlife scene, make sure to check out The V, Voyager stand, Voyager lounge, Ghost, and Pink! Great energy! But The V was the best by far! And it’s free entry! It’s right along the water on the famous Dotonbori river.

Order using machine at outside the store, select the type of ramen (picture is available at the machine). Shoyu and Salt ramen is must try, they are using Oyama chicken & duck to cook the broth instead of pork. You will not see oily and it's clear and taste refreshing. Ramen noodle firmness is good yet not too chewy. This Ramen achieve high level of balance between firmness & flavour. Surprisingly, it only cost 1000yen more or less The only thing that need improve is serving is slow due to lack of manpower.
