Maldives has been in my dream like forever and here is my turn to visit to this piece of beautiful and peaceful land!!Other than the blue sky and the sea, it is all about the beach, sun and the swimming suits.

Would like to enjoy the under marine life but do not want to get wet? Book a glass-bottom boat cruise to fulfil both needs at once!
We manage to enjoy this experience through our private island resort and the service was tip top.
It was rainy season during our visit to Maldives, the view was not as clear as expected but it still turns out great! I think if and only if you are lucky enough then can find turtle, shark or even stingray from the the view!

Jade restaurant is located in one of the private island of Maldives - Dhigali resort that located in Raa Atoll. Going there, it is reachable by seaplane at 45 min from the Velana International Airport OR domestic flight + speedboat!!
Personally the quality of foods are average to me but the service of the staffs are just so phenomenal. So attentive and always make sure we had been taken care of.
Some as other restaurants in the same island, advanced reservation is needed for this restaurant as well or you might get a table. If you are in a foreign isolated island and crave for Thai food, remember to reserve it with the resort or through the Dhigali app.

In Maldives, there are wide range of water sports have been offering to the tourists.
Worry no that you will get bored travelling here for a longer period of time as you can do whatever activities such as Kayaking, Stand Up Paddle, Banana boat, Parasailing, Catamaran, Jet Ski and so on!!
Just a little bit advice, if you are not a good swimmer, do wear a life jacket when you are enjoying all those activities, the sea is quite unpredictable and you must always be aware on it even you are doing SUP or kayak!!

This is definitely one of the best local Maldivian + Indian Cuisine that I ever tried in Maldives!!
It is one of the restaurant that belongs to Dhigali Resort Maldives that you will not be able to visit the restaurant only unless you stay in the resort and it can only be reached by seaplane from Male international Airport.

Trip to Maldives 🇲🇻
Upon arrival at Malé International Airport, we went to our hotel via speedboat. We also explored around the resort’s facilities.
We then went for our most favorite place for Snorkeling Excursion. Most resorts offer guided snorkeling trips to nearby coral reefs. You may check with the hotel or resort in advance. For our case, we pay $50 per person. We also visited Malé. If you're staying near Malé, I would definitely recommend you to take a half-day trip to the capital. You can visit places like, Hukuru Miskiy (Old Friday Mosque), Sultan Park and Malé Fish Market.
We also spent lots of time to relax on the Beach, enjoying the pristine beaches and crystal-clear waters. Just to recommend some of my favorite restaurants 🏖️
One of my most favorite restaurant will be The Lighthouse Restaurant, Baros Maldives. They served very very fresh seafood. It offered a romantic dining with views over the lagoon We had very good experience and really enjoyed the food and view. Do try out their seafood chowder which I think it’s the best 🥰🥰🥰

I would also recommend you Reef Club, One&Only Reethi Rah. They served mainly Italian food. We tried the seafood and also Wood-fired pizzas which was recommended by the staff. It was really delicious, and the pizza was very crispy.
💰 $50-70 per person.
Aside from snorkeling, we also spent some time for Scuba Diving. The Maldives is famous for its world-class dive sites. You can also check out for
Banana Reef, Fish Head. I think the price is reasonable. All the staffs were really nice and professional.
💰 They charge about $100-150 per dive (including gear)
We also explored activities like Jet Skiing, Parasailing 🪂 Kayaking.
💰Normally it costs around $50-100 per activity.
After all the hectic activities, we also spent time to explore the Sunset Dolphin Cruise🚢 A relaxing way to end our trip.
Overall, the trip was very relaxing. We really enjoy it and hope to come back again soon.
Last but not least, if you’re a big fan of Yoga like me, definitely try out their Sunrise Yoga. Where you get to experience yoga session on the beach.

What to Do on a 4-Night, 3-Day Trip to the Maldives
In the scorching heat, our bodies crave the sea...
A short trip to breathe in the fresh air, watch the water, play in the water, and see sharks. Spend just 4 days and 3 nights on the Maldives island, with a budget that varies depending on the activities of interest. Here's a rough itinerary:
Day 1
• Fly from Bangkok to the Maldives, arriving around 10 am.
• Room rates are about 10,000 baht/night at Grand Park Kodhipparu Maldives.
• A speedboat picks you up at the airport pier.
• Choose a beautiful sea bungalow for one night to take photos and enjoy the sea. Sleep to the sound of waves surrounding you and kayak around your accommodation.
• In the evening, enjoy a buffet meal at the hotel and relax at the chill club.
Day 2
• Take a speedboat back to the airport and then another boat to Maafushi Island.

Island Retreat @ Kurumba Maldives
Kurumba Maldives is very close to Male Airport and we got there in 10 minutes via speedboat. On arrival, they greeted us with coconut ice cream which was very much welcomed after a flight. Though we arrived late at night, the staff were extremely kind and friendly.
The villa itself was fantastic! It was neat and clean. We had an open air bathroom with a gigantic bathtub that could even fit two in. When we wanted to head out, all we had to do was open the sliding doors and the beach was right at our doorstep.
Food can be a little pricey as we were on a island after all but the quality was superb. Well fitting for a 5 star luxury resort. There are also many activities like water sports, spa, yoga, snorkeling, diving, etc.

Looking for a getaway from it all? Nothing screams "paradise" quite like the Maldives, a 26-atoll chain of islands with powdery beaches, turquoise waters, and dreamy overwater bungalow resorts. Maldives is known for its outstanding beaches, hotels with incredible dining, and high-energy water adventures.
It is pretty hard to find an island that isn't beautiful in the Maldives and this one wasn't the exception.
I had the opportunity to dive with sharks. At first, I was quite hesitant to do so but I knew it would be rare to get the same opportunity again. So my friends and I got there, ready to dive and jump in. The view was amazing. The sharks are kept well nourished making them easygoing next to humans and the amount of fish around is breathtaking.
The island is occupied by a resort and they can get unfriendly with visitors from other parts. We took our towels and headed to the beach. The water is super clear and the sand is gorgeous.
Highly recommend this once in a lifetime experience!

Last time when I go to the Maldives I really wanted to stay at luxurious place like Adaaran Prestige Vadoo. Really cozy, luxurious, beautiful and privacy. But, when I think I will go to so many activities, not come to relax at hotel, then I choose another more pleasant hotel.
But, I still choose to come to this private hotel just for snorkeling and relax at their beach for a day. Really worth with what I paid! The water really clear. No need to snorkeling, you still can see a fish from your chair. Fantastic experience when I can see really beautiful fish, even not in deep water.
For information this Adaaran Prestige Vadoo is a luxurious Maldives Island resort that stands out amongst the best. The list of indulgences that awaits you at the Maldives Island resort can only be matched by the captivating lushness of the surroundings.
If you stay here you can swim 24hour with fish including shark. But for me, enough a day trip for exploring this island. Nothing much can do except swimming, snorkelling, wait for sunset and sunrise and feed fish.
I think that more satisfied stay here one night if come for honeymoon and just for relaxing and refreshing.

There is just something that is so freeing by being at the ocean/beach. I’ve always loved water and the beach because when you’re there, you just forget about everything else. there’s something so powerful in seeing the water flowing or being blown in one direction and the waves crashing…your mind is only filled with the sound of the water and nothing else.
Water is one of the elements that is both gentle and powerful enough to break down. It reminds us that we should not underestimate nature and its ability.
