Norway northern lights
Norway is one of the best places in the world to witness the stunning natural phenomenon known as the Northern Lights or Aurora Borealis. The Northern Lights are caused by collisions between electrically charged particles from the sun that enter the earth's atmosphere and react with gases such as oxygen and nitrogen. This creates a beautiful display of colorful lights in the sky, ranging from green and yellow to purple and pink. Norway's location in the high latitudes makes it a perfect spot to see the Northern Lights, especially during the winter months. Visitors can enjoy this magical display from various locations in Norway, including the famous Aurora Sky Station in Tromsø, the Lofoten Islands, and the Arctic city of Alta.#infinitypool #norway #Northern lights
Feasting on king crabs! 🦀
#newyearadventure #norway
The night we were scheduled to enjoy an eat-all-you-can king crab 🦀 buffet, I went all out. After breakfast that morning, I was resolute in my decision to skip lunch and prepare an empty stomach to welcome the grand feast several hours later 😄
As the staff laid the first little pile of king crab legs & claws on our table, our eyes lit up in delight and our hands soon got busy cutting them up to get at the juicy meat within. All the freshly caught king crabs were steamed to perfection and we loved every bite of their tender flesh, requesting for refills until we eventually waved the white flag 😋😋😋😋
These king crabs easily became listed as one of our top 3 meals during our Nordic Europe trip.
Experiencing the midnight sun on the Lofoten Islands is one of the craziest experiences ever!
NATURE WALK IN TROLL FOREST, BERGEN
#closetonature
The nature walk in the Troll Forest on Mount Fløyen is a magical experience that blends stunning scenery with a sense of adventure.
Mostly flat trails but sometimes with gentle slopes, meanders through a lush, green forest with towering trees and moss-covered rocks.
There are also playgrounds and slides for kids along the way, making it even more enjoyable for families.
On rainy days, the misty atmosphere enhances the forest enchanting vibe.
The trail going up takes around an hour or so, depending on your pace and there are rest stops for you to sit, take a break and enjoy the serene environment.
Rating : 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Free admission.
Quick Tips : you need to go up Mount Floyen by furnicular and from there, you can see several walking trails to choose, from easy, moderate and challenging.

Norway Tour.
【Northern Ice Tour - Hardangerfjord, Norway】
Hardangerfjord is located in the central western region of Hordaland County, Norway. It is 179 kilometers long, making it the second longest fjord in Norway and the fourth longest in the world, with a depth of up to 800 meters.
Hardangerfjord is the most gentle of the four major fjords in Norway, with idyllic scenery. You can take a bus or high-speed boat to the leisure resort at the end of Hardangerfjord - the Ulensvang area of Utne and Lofthus.
On the way, there are waterfalls flowing from the glaciers for thousands of years. The crew will take the bow of the boat directly to the waterfall and serve the glacier water for the tourists to taste. It is really sweet and refreshing, and it is good!
The bridge across the fjord was built by China. The tour guide also introduced it, full of pride.
In September in Norway, the temperature is suitable, and the fjord is full of colorful wooden houses on both sides, as if wandering in a fairy tale world.
Meet your Pink Hour🟣 at the end of the world.
At the end of the world, fjords embrace snow-capped mountains, the sunset kisses the afterglow,
the wind stirs up ripples on the sea, and the pink morning glow weaves dreams.
How far is the end of the world?
.
✈️Transportation & Route: Fly from China to Bergen and then transfer to Tromsø. The self-driving route is: Tromsø-Narvik-Reine-Tromsø (P17). Tromsø (P2-5) and Reine (P13-14) are both well-known travel destinations in Norway. On the way to Reine, you can pass by Svolvær and Henningsvær (the football field at the end of the world). However, the small port town of Narvik is the most amazing stop on this trip. It is surrounded by the sea, fjords, and snow-capped mountains, and has all the features you can imagine in the Arctic Circle. Because we had a skiing itinerary, we booked the Basecamp Narvik hotel at the Narvikfjellet ski resort. P6-12 were mainly shot in and around the hotel. But even if you don't stay, you can continue to drive to the top of the mountain, where you can overlook the entire town and the fjord🏔️
.
🕰️Time: The itinerary is concentrated in mid-February. The daytime is short, and the sunrise and sunset times will be extended. During this period, the sky often appears dreamy pink, and you can also try to shoot the aurora at night💫
.
🌡️Temperature: Although northern Norway is located in the Arctic Circle, it is affected by warm currents. The perceived temperature is actually similar to that of Beijing in winter, but you need to pay attention to wind protection!
.
💰Consumption: The currency is the Norwegian krone, but you can basically use a credit card. It is recommended to prepare a chip card first.
.
🌍Visa: You need to apply for a Schengen visa in advance. The slots are relatively easy to make an appointment, but it is still recommended to make an appointment as early as possible. For specific requirements, please refer to the VFS official website.

A Three-Day, Two-Night Trip to Norway: Experience the Charm of Harbor Cities
Norway is absolutely amazing to explore! Three days and two nights are simply not enough!
In Stockholm, I felt a strong cultural atmosphere, visited many interesting museums and art galleries, and tasted the local cuisine, which was incredibly delicious! I also visited the Royal Palace in Stockholm and saw the luxurious palace of the Swedish royal family, which felt like being in a fairy tale.
Then, I arrived in Bergen, and this harbor city is truly beautiful! I visited the Bergen Aquarium and saw many unique marine creatures, and climbed Mount Fløyen to enjoy a panoramic view of Bergen, which was incredibly healing.
Overall, this trip to Norway was fantastic! Both Stockholm and Bergen are stunning cities, and if you have the chance to visit, don't miss out!

Absolutely one of the most beautiful places in Europe.
In Olden, Norway, a charming place and one of our stops on the European cruise. Although we only stayed for half a day, words cannot describe such a beautiful place, like a paradise. The unpolluted natural scenery everywhere includes waterfalls, rainbows, lakes, and green hills, with lovely small villages offering local souvenirs and restaurants. Located at the end of Innvikfjorden, it offers stunning views of the fjord and mountains.
Norwegian Fjords 🤍
The most beautiful trip with the family around the fjords.
Fortunate to encounter
The moment of midnight sun in the Arctic Circle,
when sunrise and sunset occur at the same time, is truly wonderful,
After watching the sunset,
the sun rises immediately above the sea,
fortunate to experience days without night!
Here, I am reluctant to sleep, as 24 hours a day is too beautiful!

Woodnest - must stay in Norway 😍🤏
An amazing hut that has everything you need for a unique getaway! The hard work that the owners have put in to build this awesome place cannot be underestimated.
It was an amazing stay at Woodnest. The photos don´t do justice, it is even better 🤩 if you like to walk, the walk is not that difficult it just adds to the uniqueness of this place! One of the most beautiful places I had the chance to stay at, 100% recommended. Thank you guys for what you have created ❤️
We are also very impressed by the cleaning staff who takes the rather difficult hike every single day to make sure the guests feel welcome in a clean hut!

A country perennially covered in ice and snow is filled with mysterious and beautiful colors
The Kingdom of Norway (Norwegian: Kongeriket Norge or Kongeriket Noreg), commonly known as Norway, has its capital in Oslo and is located on the western part of the Scandinavian Peninsula in Northern Europe. It borders Sweden to the east, Finland and Russia to the northeast, faces Denmark across the sea to the south, and is bordered by the Norwegian Sea to the west. The total area is 385,000 square kilometers (including territories such as the Svalbard archipelago and Jan Mayen), with a coastline of 28,953 kilometers (including fjords) . Most regions have a temperate maritime climate, and the country is rich in oil, gas, hydropower, forest, and fishery resources. The country is divided into 1 city and 10 counties. As of February 2024, the total population of Norway is 5.55 million , with Norwegian and Sami as the official languages. The majority of the population adheres to Lutheranism within Christianity.
In the 9th century, Norway formed a unified kingdom. During the 9th to 11th centuries, the Kingdom of Norway entered its golden age. In the mid-14th century, it began to decline, and in 1397, it formed the Kalmar Union with Denmark and Sweden, ruled by Queen Margaret I of Denmark. In 1814, it was ceded to Sweden by Denmark. On June 7, 1905, it declared independence from the Swedish-Norwegian union and elected a Danish prince as king, who was known as Haakon VII. Norway remained neutral during World War I. During World War II, it was occupied by Germany. In May 1945, the German occupying forces announced their surrender, and Norway was liberated.
Norway is a highly developed modern industrial country, and it is also one of the wealthiest and most livable countries in the world. Since the discovery of large amounts of offshore oil and natural gas in the 1970s, the oil and gas industry has dominated the Norwegian economy, with world-class technology and equipment for offshore oil and gas exploration and extraction. Norway has a long history in shipbuilding and shipping, and is a major maritime nation with world-leading technology in marine engineering, special vessels, and their equipment manufacturing. Norway also has unique advantages in environmental protection, information and communication, chemical industry, metallurgy, medicine, and other fields, with distinctive services in finance, tourism, environmental protection, and information. In 2022, Norway's gross domestic product was 5,570.7 billion Norwegian kroner.
Norwegian Cruise
It was a beautiful experience for our virgin Norwegian Cruise. This was the most beautiful place we ever been as we have cruised many places and it was more better view and very good weather to cruise during the month of May. Although there really was a climate change, the mornings were cold but the afternoons were hot. We dont really need a long sleeve shirt to keep ourselves warm since it was hot already.
Norway's most famous fjord looks like this!
Sognefjord!
Norway's most famous fjord, to get a full view of it, of course, of course, of course, you have to experience it by boat!
🕘【Visiting Time】: Departing from the town of Flam, arriving at the town of Gudvangen, the whole journey is 2h
💴【Ticket Price】: Less than 40 euros/adult
⛺【Cruise Content】: The cruise we took departs from the town of Flam, yes, that's the super popular tourist distribution center, which is said to be able to dock vessels of ten thousand tons, with souvenir shops, restaurants, small trains, cruises, and many other facilities. It's perfect to depart from here to experience the nearby fjord scenery.
The ship will travel along the Sognefjord all the way to Gudvangen, and the scenery along the way is called the most spectacular Norwegian fjord scenery. Because the early spring has passed and there is still snow on the mountains, the towering rocks on both sides are majestic and magnificent, and the water surface is even more sparkling, it's simply a tailor-made travel project for individuals.
🚌【Transportation Tips】: To take the Sognefjord cruise, the most convenient way is to drive to Flam or Gudvangen, and then go to the pier to check tickets and board the ship. There are two route options, and the content of the tour is the same in the middle, 2 hours.
A must-experience in Norway in this lifetime! Sognefjord Cruise😊

Life advice: Cowards, don't come to Narvik, Norway!
I was fortunate to see the magical geography of the fjords on my trip to Norway. During the Ice Age, up until 12,000 years ago, the entire Norwegian region was under ice, but today there are hardly any glaciers left. A fjord (English: fjord) is a landscape feature left behind after glaciers carved through valleys and melted. This viewpoint offers the most spectacular view of the fjords, and even Porsche has filmed there.
