One-day tour of Portugal: A journey through fairy tale towns and the sea.
Hi everyone! Last week, I went on an amazing one-day tour, starting from Lisbon and visiting several beautiful places along the way. Let's take a look back at the highlights of the day!
We set off from Lisbon early in the morning. Our first stop was a beautiful fairy tale town, Obidos. Wow, the old streets, flowers, and colorful houses there were like something out of a painting. We walked along the ancient city walls, and the scenery was truly breathtaking.
Next, we went to Nazare, a super cool seaside town. Standing on the cliff, looking at the roaring sea below, was an awe-inspiring experience. Although I didn't dare to try surfing, watching others having so much fun made me itch to try it.
Finally, we arrived in Porto, a city with a unique charm. The mix of old buildings and modern styles was fascinating. We strolled through the alleys, discovering many beautiful tiles, and walked across the famous bridge. Of course, we couldn't miss the egg tarts there, which were so delicious they made me want to cry!
The itinerary for the day was so full that I felt like I couldn't take it all in. The tour guide was super nice and knowledgeable, making the trip enjoyable and relaxing. The tour group was small, so the service was very attentive, and the vehicle was comfortable.
In short, if you want to experience the charm of Portugal in a short time, I highly recommend this kind of one-day tour! You don't have to plan it yourself, and you get to see so many beautiful sights and taste so much delicious food. It's totally worth it!
Even after returning home, I was still immersed in the wonderful memories of that day. I hope to have the opportunity to travel again and experience more different landscapes!

Obidos, Portugal: The ancient city that was left in the time #
Obidha is one of the most beautiful and best preserved medieval towns in Portugal.
The ancient city is very close to the capital of the time, because the land is on the highlands of the Atlantic coast, so it has very important strategic significance.
Before the ancient Romans arrived on the Iberian Peninsula, some people settled here.
In the 13th century, King Dinish gave this land to his wife, Queen Isabel, and Obidos became the Queen's territory. After that, it has been protected and repaired here.
In the city, there are well-preserved castles, labyrinthine streets and red-roofed white walls. Walking through it is like walking through the distant Middle Ages.
A city represents a kind of life. In Obidos, this kind of life is quiet, uncontested, calmly facing the impermanence of life, smiling and enjoying the happiness of the world.
The building that stood in the golden age of the ancient city not only left a traceable era for future generations, but also left a city that has been enjoyed for generations.
