Sanya 3 Days 2 Nights Summer Travel Guide
Just returned from beautiful Sanya, I have summarized this super practical 3 days 2 nights travel guide for my sisters, including food, drinks, and entertainment. 🏖️
🌦️Weather
The recent temperature is around 28°-32°, with a perceived temperature of around 32 degrees.
🚗Transportation
Mainly by taxi + bus, because staying in Dadonghai or Sanya Bay is not very far from anywhere. Sisters with conditions can choose to drive by themselves, as the highways in Hainan are toll-free.
🏨Accommodation
It is recommended to choose hotels near Dadonghai or Sanya Bay, close to the city, convenient for food, drinks, and entertainment, and cost-effective.
🗺Itinerary
🌳Day 1: Nanshan Temple - Tianya Town
Nanshan Temple (103/person)
Be sure to take the sightseeing bus, the scenic area is very large, and walking alone is really tiring.
Tour route: Buer Gate - Golden Jade Guanyin - Sea Guanyin - Longevity Valley - Bodhi Tree - Nanshan Temple - Nanshan Seaside - Thirty-three Guanyin Hall - Cihang Pudu Garden
Tianya Town (free)
A blue and white town along the coast, drinking coffee, watching the sea, and enjoying the sea breeze, very pleasant!
🌴Day 2: West Island - Coconut Dream Corridor - Yiheng Night Market
West Island (90/person)
The sea water is clear, it is a coral reef protection area, and there are unique coral houses on the island. Find a homestay to stay for one night, go to the beach at night, and go to the fish market early in the morning.
Coconut Dream Corridor (free)
Great for taking photos.
Yiheng Night Market
Bought a lot of little dresses at Yiheng Night Market, many of which are 100 yuan/3 pieces. There are also many kinds of snacks here, but it is a bit crowded.
🌅Day 3: Yacht Harbor - Dadonghai Beach Bar
Yacht Harbor (free)
You can finish visiting here in at most an hour, the clear sky is perfect for photos.
Dadonghai Beach Bar (free)
Beach chairs by the sea, swaying coconut trees, accompanied by the sea breeze, listening to the waves, it's just too chill.
🍽Food Recommendations
Alongjiang Hainan Cuisine → Aju Cold Drink → Puzhen Abo Zaopei Vinegar Hotpot → Junrui Sour Noodle Snack Shop → Qianniudao Zhazha Beef → Tanglaopu Qingbuliang

I dare say this point is a must-visit spot for taking photos in the corridor
I dare say this point is a must-visit spot for taking photos in the corridor.
Don't underestimate this small scenic spot of the corridor, it's actually 20km long. I've visited it 5 times and summarized 4 beautiful shooting spots. Don't just go there directly this time!
Beautiful grassland and vacation-like pavilion
Remember, it must be this name! Some sisters got the location wrong, although they are all in the corridor, the scenery is completely different! It's next to the National Light Hotel, there is a large grassland for shooting and a super vacation-like coconut grove rest pavilion here.
②Beautiful and less popular coconut grove
After getting off the car and walking west, you will arrive. This place has a very photogenic coconut grove and is less popular, with fewer people.
Less popular shooting spot - Coconut Grove Grassland
Lanhai Beautiful New Coast - South Gate 1
Enter from South Gate 1, turn right and walk along the road for 200m, the coconut grove next to it is really less crowded, it's a gospel for taking photos for people with social phobia

Shocking, I found the correct way to enjoy the Coconut Dream Corridor
It turns out that the Coconut Dream Corridor can produce such stunning photos, I missed you, Coconut Dream Corridor, these places are too photogenic!
-
📸Photo check-in spots
1️⃣Haiyun Hotel
✅ Large lawn + coconut beach
The large lawn and coconut beach are always photogenic, but there might be security reminding you not to step on them! If you're tired, you can rest under the nearby parasols!
·
1️⃣Wedding photography base
✅Various beautiful props for shooting
There are many wedding photo spots, you can enter for free as long as you don't disturb their wedding photography, even if you don't go in, the coconut grove outside is also beautiful!
·
3️⃣Beautiful New Coast
✅Stunning sunset photo spot
A coastal road, unobstructed by coconut trees, with a wide view of the sea, is very beautiful, very suitable for shooting sunset silhouettes, full of atmosphere! Simply too beautiful!
-
⚠️Precautions
1️⃣The sunset time of the Coconut Dream Corridor is usually around 6 o'clock, but the specific time is subject to change, you can check on your phone's weather app.
2️⃣If you want to see a beautiful sunset, you must go on a sunny day or after the rain, it will be very beautiful, there is usually no sunset on cloudy days.
3️⃣Beware of mosquitoes, there are a lot of mosquitoes there, you will be bitten all over in a few minutes. Prepare some mosquito repellent, spray as you walk!
4️⃣There are many photographers by the sea who resist cameras, you should refuse, it will be a trap, the price is generally 10-30 per photo, if you really want to shoot, you need to learn to bargain!
5️⃣If you want to take fairy stick photos, don't wait until it's completely dark to shoot, it will be pitch black and not good-looking, it's best to shoot when it's almost dark and there's a sunset!
6️⃣There are many people at the photography base who will pull you to play on the motorboat, don't go, it's a trap, you will spend 240 yuan in a few minutes!
7️⃣You can bring a mat, cushion, blanket, etc., it's so happy to have a picnic with good friends under the coconut tree with the sea breeze blowing!
8️⃣Wear slippers, it's very convenient to play in the water! There are also many places to rinse off.
9️⃣In the evening, the area around the Sea Moon Square is very lively, many elderly people are dancing square dances, and many people are playing in the water on the beach! Especially in winter, many elderly people come to Sanya to spend the winter!
🔟Near the Sea Moon Square is the Yiheng Night Market, you can go to the Yiheng Night Market to eat after playing. But it is not recommended to drive there, it's very congested, it's best to take a taxi!

Con-sea-led Summer in Sanya
Although the virus decided to grace my summer vacation with its presence causing an immediate lockdown of the city, I didn't let it ruin my holiday. This hotel was ideal thanks to its spacious room, balcony bathtub, breathtaking views, projector and enough amenities to last me two weeks 💙 my confinement was made much easier with an array of movies, the convenience store downstairs and the ocean almost within my grasp 🙄
The beach is a 2 minute walk away and a variety of restaurants are in the area.

Lovely quiet beach ~Coconut Dream Corridor
A small stretch of beach adjacent to Sanya bay. Coconut dream corridor is one of the nicest beaches in Sanya . Although is it not crowded and there are fewer people compared to other beaches , it makes for a good location to take photos . There are professional photographers on the beach who also offer to take photos for about 15 or 20 RMB per picture. Swimming is not allowed but you can take a walk down the beach and the beautiful path of coconut trees that line up the beach . There are restaurants and hotels by the road of the beach and it’s convenient to take a bus or taxi to and from the location. You can see the phoenix island and Sanya bay beach from there. Overall it is a nice place to relax and have a nice stroll .#sanya #coconutdream #beach #sanyabay #vacation #china#beachlife #stroll

Coconut Dream Corridor lying down and watching the sea view! It's so worth it!
Who would have thought that there would be such a great homestay in Sanya! It's so good~
✔Near the beach ✔Sea view ✔Floor-to-ceiling windows ✔Viewing terrace
Friends who are planning to come to Sanya for the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day, I highly recommend this one~
.
🪭The location is very convenient
The location of the homestay is excellent, it is by the sea in Tianya Town
A few minutes walk to the beach, it is very suitable for walking with children
Turn a corner and you will immediately arrive at Huanglong Street, where you can eat, drink and have fun
Every time you go out, there is a warm front desk lady to see you off! It's so warm
.
🪭The stunning sea view is amazing
The first feeling when I arrived at the homestay was that I was amazed by the invincible sea view
The large viewing terrace, I want to take beautiful photos no matter morning or evening
The bubble pool is also super big, lying in it and enjoying the sea breeze, the happiness is bursting
I thought of ten thousand copywriting about the sea, but it's better to face the sea
.
🪭Service is full of good reviews
From pick-up to check-in, the service is meticulous to every detail
The tour guide lady is very enthusiastic, and she also recommended a lot of delicious milk tea shops
Breakfast is delivered to the room, and there are fresh fruits every day
Push the window to see the sea! Lying on the bed, you can see the sunrise and sunset, it's really beautiful to cry!

Come and encounter the romantic blue of Sanya Bay
👍️Recommendation:
This planned trip to Sanya is for a total of 6 days and 5 nights. Initially, I read online that the sand at Sanya Bay isn't great, so I only booked one night as a transition. Unexpectedly, even though it was a brief glance, the experience at Sanya Bay was fantastic!
📅Travel Guide:
It is recommended to stay at Sanya Bay for 2-3 days because most attractions are nearby. The beach is long, the Coconut Dream Corridor is beautiful, and it is close to West Island, the airport, Tianya Haijiao, and Nanshan.
On the beach at Sanya Bay, it's great for kids to dig in the sand, catch crabs🦀, collect shells, and even pick up starfish.
Spend most of the morning on West Island, and in the afternoon, take a walk along the Coconut Dream Corridor. It's really beautiful~
🏨Accommodation Guide:
Strongly recommend staying at a hotel near the beach, as there are options for all price ranges.
For cost-effectiveness, you can stay at the Huayuan Hot Spring Resort Hotel where we stayed. The experience was really good👍. I booked the most basic room for only 163, with a large balcony for drying clothes, which is very convenient and has excellent lighting.
The hotel's exterior color scheme is nice, there is a pool and a rest pavilion. Although it's not very new, the facilities are well-maintained. This price is really a bargain.
💗Other Tips:
From the back door of our hotel, turn left and cross the road to reach the beach, which is super convenient. The beach there is really beautiful!
There are lots of hermit crabs, a paradise for kids.
There are private vendors offering jet ski rides on the beach. If interested, you can negotiate the price and experience it. They can take you to deeper areas to catch starfish. But safety first~
There are also private photographers who will take candid shots of you and then show you the photos, asking if you want to buy them. The individual price is 10 yuan per photo. If the weather is good, the photos can look really nice. If you don't have a friend who takes good photos, you can consider this option. They will take dozens to a hundred photos for you to choose from. I think a flat rate package is the most cost-effective. I selected more than 20 photos and paid 100 yuan in the end, and I was quite satisfied.
This time, I didn't have enough time to visit West Island, but I will definitely make up for it next time~ The second day we moved to Dadonghai! Please stay tuned for my next record.

To the sisters taking their kids to Sanya during the summer vacation, please heed my advice
Sisters, my experience of taking kids to Sanya for four consecutive years during the New Year tells you what is worth playing 🎠 and what to avoid ‼️
Here are my compiled tips, save them first ❤️
About eating, living, and traveling 🚘:
✅ Try to come early after the kids' vacation starts. During holidays, hotel accommodation, transportation, food, and drinks will generally increase in price, so it is recommended to book in advance 💰
✅ For accommodation, it is recommended to book early. My family usually books on June 18th or November 11th. Booking hotels and flights in advance saves a lot of money and offers more choices. If you book at the last minute, the prices will be outrageous, or there will be no reservations left.
✅ For clothes, it is recommended to bring 3-4 sets of summer clothes and one set of swimwear, which is enough. Usually, washing them at night and they will be dry by the next morning. The ultraviolet rays in Sanya are relatively strong, so be prepared for sun protection: sun hats, sun-protective clothing, sunscreen, and sun umbrellas ⛱️ are all necessary, and mosquito repellent spray is also essential.
✅ The must-try food in Hainan is not seafood, but Hou'an noodles, sour noodles, and various other noodles, as well as black pork zongzi. Also, freshly cut coconuts for five or six yuan each, fermented vinegar, fried ice, and vanilla duck are Hainan specialties. Searching for old brands will definitely not go wrong 😋
About attractions 🌴:
West Island, take a sightseeing car to Niuwang Island, Coconut Dream Corridor (the best time to play is around five in the afternoon, and the sea sunset is absolutely beautiful and very suitable for taking pictures), National Rice Park, Atlantis Water World, Atlantis Aquarium. Houhai Village is suitable for beginner surfing, and there are no other activities except surfing.
Avoid: Nanshan is crowded ‼️ Wuzhizhou Island is crowded, and queuing with kids is maddening ‼️
👉 Must-see pitfall guide 👈
🌟 Don't let strangers take pictures of you, they will charge you after taking them.
🌟 The specialties in duty-free shops are very expensive, it is recommended to buy them outside.
🌟 The black cars near the airport are specifically for scamming outsiders, don't take them.
Personally, if you are not visiting attractions with kids, staying in a resort hotel is the most comfortable 🤭. Hotels generally have children's playgrounds, children's pools, and seaside beaches, with plenty of activities for kids. The main focus is on high-quality companionship, which also makes it very relaxing for adults.

Coconut Dream Corridor, half coconut grove, half sea
When you come to Sanya, you must check in at the Coconut Dream Corridor. It is a free attraction. The nearly 20-kilometer coastline of Sanya Bay Road is all Coconut Dream Corridor. Really, don't directly search for the location of Coconut Dream Corridor 😂
1⃣ Check-in point
The 31st parking lot at the westernmost end of Sanya Bay, where you can take photos of the lighthouse and West Island. There are very few people! Suitable for friends who just got off the plane and want to check in~
2⃣ Check-in point
Guoguang Howard Johnson Resort or Haiyun Hotel, where there are super photogenic green lawns and coconut groves, suitable for taking photos all day long. It's a holy place for atmospheric photos! There are bars and coffee shops on the beach, so you can have an iced drink or Hainan's magical cooling drink to beat the heat when you're tired. You can't go wrong with any choice, enjoy a cool summer, and relax~
3⃣ Check-in point
Meili Xinhaian Bus Station, the best view, with a section unobstructed by coconut trees or buildings. You can enjoy different angles on both sides, the best place to shoot the sunset!
4⃣ Check-in point
Wedding photography base, a few hundred meters east of Meili Xinhaian, with many free photo props like hot air balloons, seaside swings, heart-shaped nests, pink windmills, etc. Super photogenic~
Important reminders⚠
① If you haven't posed by 6:30 PM for sunset photos, forget about it. It's recommended to go early. Visit check-in points 1, 2, and 4 first for various photos, and then wait for the most beautiful sunset at check-in point 3~
② If the weather is cloudy, don't consider the Coconut Dream Corridor! Otherwise, you might doubt if you came to a fake Sanya 😢
③ Apply sunscreen! In Sanya, unless it's raining, you must use sunscreen! Otherwise, getting tanned is a minor issue, but getting sunburned will ruin the rest of your trip~
④ Wear flip-flops to the beach so you can play in the water and wade anytime. The key is you won't be annoyed by sand getting into your shoes~
⑤ There are many mosquitoes and insects under the coconut trees, on the grass, and by the beach, so take precautions!
⑥ If you encounter a photographer with a camera 📷, and your travel buddy's photography skills are really bad 😅, you can negotiate the price first and take sample photos. Don't assume professionalism means no mishaps, choose wisely~
⑦ There will be many sea activities vendors at the beach trying to attract customers. If you want to try, negotiate the price first! If not, just ignore them. They won't force you, don't worry, it's just their job~
⑧ Beach photo essentials: sunglasses, straw hat, scarf, colorful beach dress, and colorful island wear are also good. For stunning outfits, I personally recommend white/pink/light blue/yellow and other light colors. Keep it simple for a better look 😁
Finally, a key point: to take photos at the beach in Sanya, there must be sunshine! The blue sea and sky are truly beautiful! The bigger the sun 🌞🌞🌞, the more beautiful the sea view. Even amateurs can take great photos ✌

The Secret Garden Trip to Sanya Bay, a Romantic Encounter in the Dream Corridor
🌅When the first ray of sunlight gently brushes the sea, I step on the soft sand, as if walking into a flowing painting. Dream back to the corridor, just lying quietly in this dreamland intertwined with blue and gold, waiting for every romantic you.
🌿On both sides of the corridor are lush tropical plants, growing wantonly, welcoming every visitor with the fullest green. I reach out and gently stroke the broad leaves, feeling the gentle embrace from nature.
📸Of course, how can such a beautiful place be without taking photos? I found several excellent spots, whether it's a back view or a side profile, you can easily get a blockbuster feel! Remember to bring your sunglasses and straw hat, you are the most dazzling one in this corridor!
🌅In the evening, the sunset spreads like molten gold all over the corridor, at that moment, time seems to stand still. My lover and I walk hand in hand, our shadows stretched long, intertwined, as if the future is full of infinite possibilities.
🍹Tired of walking? The little bar at the end of the corridor is waiting for you! A glass of iced cocktail, paired with a gentle sea breeze, is simply worth it!
💌A final tip: Remember to bring sunscreen, the sun in Sanya is super enthusiastic! And don't forget to bring your good mood, because here, every moment deserves to be treated gently.

Sanya
I'm not exaggerating, the sea in Sanya during summer is among the best in the country. It's crystal clear, without any impurities, and can rival the Maldives! It's truly pure and transparent!
🌟Highlights:
Seaside Bathing Beach
This is the only place on the island suitable for swimming. The sand is very fine, and the color of the sea is distinct. Taking photos in swimsuits here looks especially good!
2 Ocean Star
The pavilion on the mountain top offers a bird's eye view of the waves crashing against the rocks, creating splashes. The vast ocean view is spectacular!
3 Lover's Island
The rocks by the sea and the glass sea are the most beautiful! The sea water is really clean, but don't go barefoot as there are many corals and pebbles.
4 Private Customization
The final stop, with many spots to explore. The private customization photo spots are just one of them. However, it's not recommended as it's been taken over by travel photography. Instead, we recommend the swings, hanging chairs, and the seaside, as well as the flamingos. The 138 tour bus allows you to lie on the beach chairs for free for 1 hour. Walking further, there are many pink check-in points, all very beautiful.
📝Tips:
1. The glass sea becomes more transparent under the sun. The best time to see the sea is from 12:00 noon to 5:00 pm.
2. Protect yourself from the sun. The sea breeze combined with the sun can easily cause sunburn. Bring sunglasses, high SPF sunscreen, and sun-protective clothing.
3. It's recommended to wear slippers! You can step into the water, and sand in sports shoes can be very uncomfortable.
4. The sea looks much duller on cloudy days, with low water transparency, making it hard to take good photos.
5. Most glass seas are on the island, requiring a boat ride to get on and off the island. It's best to set aside a whole day for this.

Sanya Bay Coconut Dream Corridor Ocean View Balcony Hanging Chair Room Sanya Bay Store
Homestay After arriving by plane, you can take a car for a dozen minutes to get there. You can directly contact the landlord via WeChat, who personally receives guests. Very nice, if you have any questions, just contact him on WeChat. Convenient and worry-free. From the balcony of the house, you can see the sea view of Sanya Bay, and it is a 5-minute walk to the beach.
It is very convenient to go northwest to Nanshan, West Island, or southeast to Yalong Bay Tropical Forest Park, and Wuzhizhou Island. During the off-season, there are not many people in the scenic spots, no queues, and it is easy to get a car for the round trip.
There is a small supermarket and a pharmacy downstairs. For large supermarkets, you can directly search for Wanghao or any plaza. It is very convenient to buy daily necessities. You can also eat and shop around, which is very cool.
There are many dining options, most of which are a dozen minutes and a dozen yuan by car. For breakfast, there is Xinma Danzhou Rice Noodles nearby. For barbecue snacks, there are Yiheng Night Market and First Market Night Market, as well as Qunzhong Street. For fish soup and home-cooked dishes, there is Hui Min Village on Huixin Road. For vanilla duck, go to Litchi Ditch. For Huangliu Duck, go west from Jiefang Road Pedestrian Street. There are many places for Zaopei Vinegar and Coconut, depending on personal preference. For seafood, go to Xiao Moyu Stall, the fish is good, and there are many spicy stir-fries.
During the off-season, everything feels quite suitable.
Amazing
Very enthusiastic and considerate
Very close to the sea and Coconut Dream

Sanya Coconut Dream Corridor | I'll go again when it's sunny next time
I'll go again when it's sunny next time. The guides all say to go there for the sunset, but both times I went, it was cloudy weather☁, and even if there was sun, it would be blocked by clouds soon after, so I couldn't see the sunset.🌇
But actually, with a little adjustment, the photos still turn out quite nice. The whole corridor is very long, but the waves🌊 are big, and it's basically not suitable for swimming in the sea. There are still a few spots for taking photos. This place is more suitable for 🚲 electric scooters or driving.

JULIANNA BLAIR
In Sanya, I was firmly captivated by the Yemeng Gallery
Sanya Yemeng Gallery is a must-visit place in Sanya.
Definitely the Yemeng Gallery 🌴
Coconut groves, sunset , sea 🌊, beach
The holiday vibe is maxed out
But note: The 20+ kilometers of coconut palm beach in Sanya Bay are all called Yemeng Gallery.
So remember not to directly navigate to Yemeng Gallery, as this section is near the city center and has a lot of pedestrian traffic. It's recommended to head west, where the further you go, the fewer people there are, and the more relaxed your visit will be.
🌴 Yemeng Gallery is a great photo spot
✅ Various props for photo shoots
Navigation: Sanya Bay Wedding Photography Base
There are more than a dozen shooting spots here, and the scene decorations are free to use. You can go in and take pictures as long as you don't disturb the wedding photography.
✅ Gorgeous sunset photo spot
Navigation: Beautiful New Coast (bus stop)
A coastal road with no coconut trees blocking the view, offering a broad vista of the sea, perfect for sunset silhouettes, and full of atmosphere.
✅ Beautiful coconut grove and lawn
Navigation: Haihong Square
A seaside park facing the sea 🌊, with large green lawns and rows of coconut trees 🌴, full of holiday vibes . If you get tired of playing by the sea, you can also rest under a beach umbrella, which is cool and shaded.
Tips
It's recommended to rent a small electric scooter 🛵, so you can freely ride along the seaside, going wherever you want.
The sunset at Yemeng Gallery is usually around 18:30, but the exact time can be checked on your phone's weather forecast for the day.
A beautiful sunset usually depends on the weather, generally on clear days or after the rain , while overcast days typically don't offer much of a sunset.
Be aware of mosquitoes, as there are particularly many there, and you can get bitten a lot in just a few minutes.
There are many freelance photographers by the beach 📸 who will offer to take your picture, be cautious, as it can be a rip-off! Prices usually range from 10 to 30 yuan per photo, so learn to bargain.
If you want to take pictures with fairy sticks, don't wait until it's completely dark to take them, as they won't look good when it's pitch black. It's best to take them while there's still sunset!
You can bring a grass mat, cushion, or blanket to sit on under the coconut trees or on the beach.
Wearing flip-flops is better for playing in the water, as there are many places to rinse off.
In the evening, the area around Haiyue Square becomes very lively, with many elderly people dancing in the square and lots of people playing in the water by the beach. Especially now in winter, everyone comes to Sanya to spend the winter.
Delicacies
Near Haiyue Square is the Yiheng Night Market, where you can stroll after playing, with all kinds of food, fruits, and clothes available.
If you want a proper meal, try 'Coconut Grove Uncle's Sour and Spicy Vinegar Hot Pot,' a Sanya specialty that many celebrities have tried. Their sour and spicy vinegar hot pot is absolutely amazing! It perfectly combines sour, spicy, fresh, and sweet flavors, is delicious and appetizing, and everything you dip in it tastes great!
Who says Yemeng Gallery is just a free, broken beach It's an underrated photo spot that's just right to visit

To experience summer out of season, I choose Sanya
As a tourist city, it offers professional service attitudes. The deep involvement of people from the Northeast has brought the city a Northeastern enthusiasm, while the indigenous residents remain relatively modest and slightly old-fashioned. I hope Sanya becomes more affordable for consumers, which would be even better. I love the sea in Sanya, the blue sky and white clouds, the clear waters, the soft sandy beaches, and the long Coconut Dream Corridor. There are regrets, though, as I didn't witness a complete sunrise or sunset. I saw the sunset twilight at the Coconut Dream Corridor and the morning glow at Deer Turning Head. The weather wasn't perfect, but since life is full of imperfections, how can one yearn for perfection? To enjoy a comfortable life and to be content is the normal state of being.

·
📕📕Other suggestions
①If you want to watch the sunset, go early, it's best to arrive before 6pm, now the days are short and the nights are long, the sunset will disappear in about 20 minutes
②Remember to bring insect repellent spray, there are a lot of betel nut bugs under the tree, don't scratch it with your hand if you get bitten, go to a nearby pharmacy to buy medicine
③Pay attention to sun protection, if you don't want to tan three degrees, apply it even on cloudy days, the ultraviolet rays at the beach are stronger
④It is not recommended to play water sports in the Coconut Dream Corridor, the water quality is average, it is more recommended to go to Wuzhizhou Island
⑤Don't gamble with the wild photographers by the sea, they don't make a sound when they shoot, they have no skills to speak of, and the fees are not low
⑥The temperature difference between morning and evening is large, bring an extra thin jacket when you go out to avoid catching a cold
⑦If you want to catch the sea, remember to check the local tide table, you can't pick anything if the tide doesn't recede! Be careful not to go barefoot, some coral stones can easily scratch, be extra careful if you bring children

Sanya||Sanya Extreme Two-Day Tour
||Sanya Extreme Two-Day Tour. The last stop of my Hainan trip was Sanya, where I spent two days visiting all the free attractions and skipped the ones that required an entrance fee (poverty made me frugal). In two days, I went to Nanshan Temple, Tianya Town, Tianya Haijiao, Yemeng Gallery, and Luhuitou. Overall, I really liked them all, especially since the weather was nice. My favorites were Tianya Town, Yemeng Gallery, and Luhuitou!!!
Tianya Town's buildings are mostly blue and white, which looks particularly beautiful in good weather. Life here is very leisurely, and the road ends at the sea.
The sunset at Yemeng Gallery is absolutely stunning; you must go see it!!!
Luhuitou offers a panoramic view of Sanya, which is very impressive and not to be missed.
💓My itinerary and transportation
1️⃣ Day one:
Nanshan Temple (p1-4) — Tianya Town (p5-11) — Tianya Haijiao (p12-14) — Yemeng Gallery (there's a dedicated post on the homepage)
Left the hotel at 9:30 am, arrived at Nanshan Temple at 11:30 am: by bus
Spent an hour and a half at Nanshan Temple, went to Tianya Town at 2:30 pm: by bus
Had lunch and toured Tianya Town for an hour and a half, reached Tianya Haijiao at 4 pm: by taxi
Spent an hour at Tianya Haijiao, got to Yemeng Gallery at 5:30 pm: by bus
Watched the sunset at Yemeng Gallery, arrived back at the hotel at 8:30 pm: by bus
2️⃣ Day two: Luhuitou (p15-18) — Airport
Woke up, had lunch, and went to Luhuitou at 1 pm: by taxi
Spent two and a half hours at Luhuitou, then went to the airport: by bus
💓What I ate:
I had Hainan noodles and fresh-cut fruit in Tianya Town. The Hainan noodles were the best I had in Hainan, and the fresh-cut fruit was very affordable at five yuan per serving.
💓My expenses: A total of 1516 yuan spent in Sanya over two days
1️⃣ High-speed train from Wanning to Sanya: 43 yuan
2️⃣ Taxi and bus fares for two days: 57 yuan
3️⃣ Two nights in a hotel: 300 yuan
4️⃣ Sightseeing car at Nanshan Temple: 28 yuan
5️⃣ Sightseeing car at Tianya Haijiao: 25 yuan
6️⃣ Flight back to Chengdu: 840 yuan
7️⃣ Meals for two days: 207 yuan
8️⃣ Luggage storage at Luhuitou scenic area: 6 yuan
‼️‼️‼️Important notes:
1️⃣ The bus charges by sections, and you need to scan a code when getting on and off.
2️⃣ Nanshan Temple and Tianya Haijiao are similar, but I recommend Nanshan Temple more. Taking the sightseeing car and getting off at the Nanshan Temple stop, then walking a bit of the mountain path is particularly fun.
3️⃣ Don't just look at the sea; if you only look at the sea, you may get visually tired. It's better to combine sunset viewing, hiking, and urban cultural scenery for a richer and more interesting experience.
4️⃣ Good weather is really, really important!!!
5️⃣ Tianya Town is suitable for a leisurely stroll to enjoy the laid-back life of a seaside town. If you rush through the sights, the experience will be poor.
6️⃣ I recommend walking in the Luhuitou scenic area. The scenery you see on foot is something you can't see from the sightseeing car. I walked the whole way and took photos, and it only took me two hours.
7️⃣ I recommend taking the sightseeing car at Nanshan Temple and Tianya Haijiao because the scenic areas are large, and walking is too tiring.

Hainan during the off-peak season must be the ideal place on earth, right?
The scene of facing the sea with spring blossoms actually exists.
Hi~ This is Yunzi☁️
As a native Hainanese
If you ask me what season is suitable for visiting Hainan, China
It would definitely be March to April.
【Why?】
1️⃣ The temperature is neither cold nor hot, with an average temperature of 20-30 degrees, which is very comfortable.
2️⃣ It's the off-peak season for tourism. After the crowded Spring Festival, Hainan returns to its former tranquility. The prices for flights and hotels, as well as other aspects, have significantly decreased.
-
【How to play?】
I've organized a 3-day and 2-night tour of Sanya for everyone, take note!
DAY1️⃣: Coconut Dream Corridor - Tianya Town - First Market (eat seafood)
On the first day, after settling down at a leisurely pace, go to the Coconut Dream Corridor or Tianya Town to watch a beautiful sunset, and then taste a big meal of Hainan seafood.
DAY2️⃣: Island tour for one day (choose between West Island or Wuzhizhou Island)
The must-visit islands in Sanya, both islands have very clear water. If you like the original fishing village, go to West Island; if you prefer commercialized mature tour projects, go to Wuzhizhou Island.
DAY3️⃣: Haitang Bay - Sanya International Duty-Free City
A shopping paradise that all the Liu Yifeis coming to Sanya won't miss. The sea at Haitang Bay is also very beautiful. Just make sure to prepare your ID card and off-island transportation information in advance.
-
【Where to stay?】
This time I stayed with friends at the , which is close to the duty-free shop. It's convenient to stay here on the last day of leaving the island for shopping. The minimalist style of the hotel combined with Moroccan architectural elements is very eye-catching. Outside the hotel is a mango forest, and the spiral staircase and infinity pool are also great places for taking photos and checking in. You can really take great photos without leaving the house!
-
【What to eat?】
Coconut chicken, Hainan noodles, Qingbu Liang, Zao Kasu vinegar hotpot (highly recommended!), and so on

Sanya
Sanya🏝️ Lazy Person's 5-Day 4-Night Lightning Protection Complete Guide (All Truths) ||| Having stayed in Sanya for so long, I've pretty much visited all the big and small attractions, and here's a lazy person's itinerary for you, just follow it and you'll be right.
-
Day1️⃣ Arrive in Sanya in the morning ➡️ Return to the hotel to rest ➡️ Yemeng Gallery ➡️ Yiheng Night Market
Around 5 pm, head to Yemeng Gallery to watch the sunset, which disappears quickly and you won't see it if you're late.
The orange afterglow dyeing the sky is really romantic🌇
At night, go to Yiheng Night Market, where the average price for a big skirt beach dress is 7.80 a piece; spicy girl camisoles are 4.50 a piece, all very cheap.
⚠️tips:
Yemeng Gallery should be located opposite to Haiyun Hotel, there's a large lawn that's great for taking photos.
There are many mosquitoes near the beach, be sure to spray mosquito repellent or wear long sleeves and pants‼️
-
Day2️⃣ West Island
The glass sea of West Island is really beautiful, rent a little electric scooter and go around the island, I really like this slow pace of life~
Sisters staying on the island can try sea foraging at night, it's quite interesting.
⚠️tips:
Try to take the earliest boat at 8:30, fewer people and no queuing.
Definitely bargain when renting an electric scooter on the island, and remember to wear a helmet or you'll be caught by the traffic police.
-
Day3️⃣ Yalong Bay Tropical Paradise Forest Park ➡️ Sun Bay ➡️ Luhuitou
The scenery of the primitive rainforest is so refreshing and pleasing to the eye~ You can walk across the Dragon Bridge and the glass bridge, other attractions are average.
After playing, go to Sun Bay to take some photos, the opal-like blue sea is so beautiful!!
At night, go to Luhuitou to climb to the top and see the night view of Sanya, admission🆓
⚠️tips:
It's not recommended to bring the elderly and children to the Forest Park, as the mountain roads are rugged and the journey is quite long.
Don't feed the macaques you see at Luhuitou, you might get scratched.
-
Day4️⃣ Nanshan Temple ➡️ Tianya Town
When in Sanya, you must visit Nanshan Temple, the 108-meter-tall Guanyin statue is really impressive.
There's free incense offered at every spot; remember to wear flat shoes, otherwise, it's very tiring to walk.
The seaside café in Tianya Town is beautiful, it's so pleasant to chat with friends while looking at the sea view.
⚠️tips:
Go to Nanshan Temple early as well, there are more people at this time, and the queuing time is too long.
Climbing to the Buddha's foot requires going up seven floors, there's no elevator, it's not recommended for the elderly and children.
Dress should be clean and simple, don't wear shorts, slippers, or camisoles, and do good sun protection.
-
Day5️⃣ Wuzhizhou Island ➡️ Houhai ➡️ Duty-Free Shop
Wuzhizhou deserves its reputation as the domestic Maldives, the clear jelly sea is so beautiful!!
Houhai is very close to Wuzhizhou, you can go surfing there, and there are bar parties to enjoy at night.
Finally went to the duty-free shop, you must bring your ID card, otherwise, you can only browse but not buy!
⚠️tips:
Wuzhizhou is suitable for water sports, just looking at the scenery is a bit of a loss.
If you want to surf in Houhai, find a coach with professional qualifications.
The points of Sanya's four duty-free shops are not interchangeable, you can compare and choose the most suitable one to buy.
TechnoSage
Just finished playing in Sanya, here's a 5-day travel guide, ask me anything!
Originally planned a 3-day itinerary, but it was not enough, so I decisively extended it by 2 more days!
Day1 Coconut Dream Corridor + Yiheng Night Market
11:00 plane arrived in Sanya
12:30 arrived at the hotel: Rested a bit and then got dressed up
14:30 went out to find food: Ate coconut chicken, drank refreshing tonic
16:00 Coconut Dream Corridor: Took photos of the coconut groves and the sea, sunset, indescribably beautiful. Remember to navigate to Haiyun Hotel, the vast coconut groves are more atmospheric for photos
19:30 Yiheng Night Market: Ate a lot of snacks (seafood barbecue, Lingshui sour noodles, coconut eggs...)
Day2 West Island (95r): Remember to bring your ID
To avoid queues, took an early boat, so I took a taxi to the pier early in the morning
After getting on the island, rented an electric bike (negotiated the price to 20 yuan/hour)
Bike check-in route: Coral Stone Wall - Heart Graffiti Wall - Lazy Tree - Sea Book House - Heart Book House - Niuwang Ridge - Seaside Bathing Beach
The sea at Niuwang Ridge is so beautiful, originally wanted to pick up shells, but ran out of time 😭
Ate the popular fried shrimp cake, felt a bit greasy, ate pickled vinegar, delicious
Walked all day, too tired, went straight back to the hotel to rest after getting off the island

Morning: Got up early, entered the park at 8 o'clock
Tour route: The Unique Dharma Gate - South Sea Guanyin - Thirty-three Guanyin Hall - God of Wealth Temple - Yuanqi Building - Nanshan Temple - Longevity Valley
Focused on visiting the God of Wealth Temple, mainly to seek fortune
Noon: Ate a vegetarian meal in the scenic area
Afternoon: Headed to Tianya Town, a well-planned seaside village, great for photography
Day Yalong Bay Forest Park (268r) + Sun Bay Road
Morning: Bought a package ticket, got up early again for the 7:30 entry
Tour route: Orchid Valley - Over River Dragon Suspension Bridge - Mountain Top Park (5D movie + sea view glass walkway) - Rainforest Waterfall
Felt a bit scared crossing the suspension bridge, the view of Yalong Bay from the mountain top is truly beautiful
Lunch: Had seafood at Yalong Bay Central Square
Afternoon: Sun Bay Road
The scenery is really beautiful, but can't be captured in photos!
Evening: Strolled through Baihua Valley commercial street, ate Hainanese cuisine
Day Duty-Free Shop + Atlantis + Houhai
Morning: Visited the duty-free shop, bought some cosmetics, also went to see the free aquarium on the right side of the Atlantis lobby
Noon: Casually found a Sichuan restaurant on Houhai Street for lunch
Afternoon: Houhai surfing, super crowded, thrilling but no real experience to speak of
Evening: Had a drink at a Houhai bar, life is too good
Day Slept in + enjoyed the hotel's complimentary brunch + headed back at noon

Checking in at Sanya Coconut Dream Corridor
The beauty of the Coconut Dream Corridor is not only in its natural scenery, but also in its tropical atmosphere, which makes people feel as if they are in a distant dream world. Bathing in the sunset of the Coconut Dream Corridor, it seems that time stops at this moment, only the sound of the sea breeze blowing gently, making people feel endless peace and satisfaction.
