Japanese coffee shop in Kwun Tong industrial building🏭
After driving for a few months, I finally have time to come up and sit down 😬
It turns out this is no ordinary tea shop🏠
This is a classroom that offers coffee and tea art related workshops👨🏻🏫
Therefore, there are two comfortable and spacious tatami seats🧎🏻♀️🧎🏻
There is also a coffee bar and sofa 🪑🛋️
There are also many exquisite Japanese cups and saucers available for purchase🛒
There are many choices of hand-brewed beans here, and the owner patiently introduces them one by one💬
I chose Peruvian beans from kaffa oslo in Norway🫘
The tea-like feeling with obvious apple aroma is quite outstanding🍎☕️
Homemade earl gray bagels are delicious🥯
Especially it’s easier to tear with your hands than to cut with a knife and fork😮
Paired with home-made Earl Gray tea sauce, the taste will be more layered😌
Japanese caramel pudding served on a flower plate is beautiful with a cherry blossom spoon🍮🌸
The egg flavor and caramel syrup are well balanced and the pudding is very smooth😋
The shop owner also tanned Ethiopia Geisha at Taichung Coffee Stopover🍶
There are long tasting notes written on the coffee packaging bag📝
"The sweetness of ruby black tea mixed with the sweetness of white sugarcane
Orange jelly is sweet with perilla plum and sour taste.
The sweetness of watermelon connects with the aftertaste of grapefruit and green tea"🛍️
Most people can feel it, but I really can’t taste the watermelon flavor🍉😅
