Less than a month until Christmas? Christmas gatherings have already started. Want to celebrate properly? 🍻 I went with a group of friends to Alexander Hotel to try their 'Shiny European Christmas' themed buffet dinner 🥰 There was a lot of food on site 😎 Popular choices include freshly shucked oysters, foie gras, crab legs, chilled shrimp, various sashimi, slow-roasted US prime sirloin, Spanish Iberico pork char siu, and Boston lobster wild mushroom cheese risotto 🥰 There were also Christmas-themed dishes like roasted US turkey with blood orange cranberry sauce, traditional German Christmas cake, Christmas log cake, Christmas pudding with brandy vanilla sauce, assorted Christmas cookies, Christmas chestnut cake, Christmas gingerbread mousse, Christmas mince pies, Italian Christmas fruit bread, and Christmas turkey breast corn cranberry salad 🎄 They also had premium ingredients and live cooking stations featuring Boston lobster wild mushroom cheese risotto with black truffle sauce, pan-seared foie gras with cheese corn puree and aged balsamic vinegar, and abalone seafood congee 😎 For the elderly, there were many cooked dishes available. Recommended dishes include steamed Sabah grouper, emperor crab chawanmushi, braised lamb brisket with bamboo shoots, red wine braised beef ribs, and steamed scallops with vermicelli in sambal XO sauce, among many others 😚😆

Really enjoyed our stay in this property! I stayed with my family almost two weeks in this property and we enjoyed every bit of it. Their breakfast buffet was fabulous. Check in/Check out was easy and they had few English speaking staff for help us out. Walking distance to subway and other transport modes! surrounded by many good eating spots. When checking in, the front desk staff were professional and courteous, and the procedure was completed quickly😄😄 The room is neat and elegant, and you can see a little sea view😍😍 In addition, the seafood plate ingredients are fresh🦐🐚🐙😋😋 I am very satisfied with my experience of staying here😊😊

This buffet is really good! The environment is comfortable and spacious, the decoration is luxurious, perfect for taking pictures🌟 In terms of food, I have to mention that the goose liver with corn puree is delicious and not too greasy The sashimi is very fresh and the master's knife skills are also good! Give enough portion each time 🍣 The seafood mussels, shrimp, snails are very fresh and sweet🦐 The only drawback was that there were no oysters available that day but there were king crabs! 🦀 The dessert area is also very attractive all kinds of pastries are quite high standard also made exquisite🍰 There is also MÖVENPICK ice cream. This time, with a passion for art, I embarked on this roaming journey to the art of Hong Kong, staying at the Hong Kong Heritage Hotel filled with Victorian colors🏨. 🚇Just a 2-minute walk from the Fortress Hill MTR station, you can reach the Heritage Hotel.🏨 Stepping into the hotel is like entering a Victorian dream. The hotel's design is unique and exquisite, blending classical and modern elements, making it unforgettable. The grandeur of the lobby is astonishing. 🚶‍♀My art tour began next to the hotel at Oil Street Art Space. This place used to be the clubhouse of the Hong Kong Yacht Club and has now transformed into an art-filled park. The red brick and tile buildings, British-style red walls, every corner is a perfect backdrop for photos. Occasionally, art exhibitions are held here, making it a place to linger. 🚋Next, I strolled to the North Point Chun Yeung Street tram terminus. The tram slowly passed by, with the sound of 'ding ding dong dong,' as if taking me back to old times. I sat leisurely on the bench at the station, enjoying the city's hustle and bustle. 🎭Then, I took a retro Hong Kong-style tram panoramic tour. The cityscape of Hong Kong outside the window is breathtakingly beautiful,🌟 each place exuding its own charming allure. The retro atmosphere inside the tram made me feel as if I had traveled back in time. 🏙After lunch, I also visited the ancient buildings and traditional districts of Wan Chai, experiencing the unique charm of the old and new Hong Kong. Yong Chang Lung Hardware, the Blue House, and Wo Cheong Pawnshop are all witnesses to history, making one feel as if they have traveled back to that prosperous era. 🎡In addition, we went to the old town of Central in Hong Kong! Besides the world-famous🌍 Central Ferris Wheel, there is also PMQ, a hub of original designer shops, the Central Market that offers both history and gourmet food, and Tai Kwun, where heritage is reborn as 'art pieces,' all waiting for you to explore🎊. 🌅In the evening, I arrived at the East Coast Park, an excellent place to watch the sunset over Victoria Harbour. Standing by the sea, looking at the distant skyline, letting the sea breeze brush my cheeks, my heart was filled with tranquility and peace. 🎭After dinner, I went to BUN'S 2020 skating rink.🚣 This nostalgic roller skating rink took me back to Hong Kong in the 80s. I skated freely on the ice, feeling the freedom and passion. 🛌Finally, I returned to the Heritage Hotel. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a bustling Hong Kong night view outside the floor-to-ceiling windows. Check-in beautifully at the magnificent Lishan Hotel, and enjoy a delightful semi-buffet lunch at an affordable price of just over 200 yuan per person. ❥ The buffet includes a variety of appetizers and desserts, as well as drinks, salads, and fruits. You can also choose from a selection of soups, seafood, sashimi, and desserts. Each dish is so satisfying that you'll want to try them all. ❥ The main course includes both Chinese and Western cuisine. We chose two Chinese main dishes and were pleasantly surprised to find that both dishes were delicious and well-presented. The Garlic Foie Gras Beef Fillet was tender and flavorful, with crispy garlic slices and smooth foie gras. The Green Egg Yolk Shrimp Balls were equally impressive, with fresh and large shrimp balls and a savory salted egg yolk flavor.
