#parksandgardens #100waysoftravel #Kualalumpur #klcc #klccpark #green #citytour
My visit to KLCC Park was a pleasant surprise, as it turned out to be a peaceful and beautiful oasis amidst the bustling city of Kuala Lumpur.
Despite being located right next to the iconic Petronas Towers, the park was remarkably quiet, offering a serene escape from the urban hustle. I noticed many locals jogging along the well-maintained paths, making it a popular spot for fitness enthusiasts
. I particularly enjoyed sitting under the shade of a large tree, watching the stunning fountain in the center of the park. The gentle sound of the water and the cool breeze made it a perfect moment of relaxation, allowing me to fully appreciate the tranquility of this green space.

See the twin towers in a different light
This is the best place to see the tallest twin towers in the world. They are the Petronas Twin Towers in Kuala Lumpur and at the foot of the towers is a Lake Symphony light and sound water fountain. Showtimes daily at 8pm, 9pm and 10pm. Duration about 10 minutes long.
Location is at KLCC park, the esplanade outside of Suria KLCC. So you can eat and shop before or after the show! You can see a snippet of the show in my IG @angelinatps

KLCC Park
A wonderful place to get some photos and soak up the beautiful view of the Petronas Towers is KLCC Park. There are large crowds of people sitting around in the evening because there are water fountain shows starting at 7:30pm. The water fountain turns on with changing colors - there is no music, but it is still a fun place to people watch and get a view of the towers all lit up after the sun sets.

It is just unbelievable how calm this park is, even though it is right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, if you are tired of the heat or the busy traffic, this is definitely a place to be in, just make sure you ready to walk, like a loooot. There’s a lot of things to do here, whether you wanna wander around or just walk or even just sit there. Theres also plenty of drinking water and some taps provide cold water which is super nice, and top of all that the entrance is free of charge!

Kuala Lumpur - the city that never sleeps in Malaysia. Home to numerous skyscrapers but undoubtedly the iconic Kuala Lumpur Twin Towers, Kuala Lumpur is a definitely a destination to check off your bucket list. Even with a city so big, it’s filled with diverse culture left and right. For those unfamiliar to this state, it’s about an hour and 15 minutes car ride to the city. However, if you’re looking to get to the city faster, hop on the KLIA Express which cuts down the journey to just 40 minutes. Do head over to the Twin Towers at night as there is a beautiful light and water feature show being played 3 times a night. #newyearadventure

Leave me be in Malaysia
As the capital and largest city in Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur offers variety of options for sightseeing, shopping, dining, and entertainment. From gleaming modern skyscrapers, natural attractions, and traditional monuments, the city caters to all kinds of travelers looking for different experiences.
One of the main attractions when going to Kuala Lumpur is none other than Petronas Twin Towers which link the skies of Kuala Lumpur. It gives a glimpse of the spectacular views of the city from the observation deck on the 86th floor or the double-decker Skybridge connecting the towers.
After visiting, you can enjoy time in the gardens and wading pool at KLCC Park or shop 'til you drop at Suria KLCC, which is considered the best shopping mall in Malaysia!
And when you feel hungry, I suggest you go to Latest Recipe located at Level 5, Le Méridien Kuala Lumpur, Jalan Stesen Sentral, Kuala Lumpur Sentral, 50470 Kuala Lumpur. Eating there provides a very good experience at a favorable price. The food and seafood are diversified and fresh, and the environment is also very good. On-site staff will also provide disposable gloves for guests to take food to avoid cross-infection with meal clips. Epidemic prevention measures are OK.

THE JEWEL INSIDE THE PARK
#klinsider
The As Syakirin mosque or also known as KLCC mosque among locals is a mosque located in the Kuala Lumpur city centre. (KLCC). It also located very close proximity to both Suria KLCC mall as well as the iconic twin towers.
Here visitors will be amazed by the architecture of this mosque as you will be able to see the twin towers from inside the mosque through the transparent large glass window of its dome.
Not only that, the chandilier centrepiece is very beautiful especially when it's light on. Infact this gigantic Sparkling chandeliers at the main dome really brings out the beauty of this lovely mosque.

KLCC Park - Jalan Ampang, KUL
#klinsider
This is a Petronas-owned park open to the public located between the Twin Towers and the KL Convention Centre.
A very popular park, it has running trails, a splashing pool, a children's playground, and a dancing fountain with lighted choreography at night.
One end of the park connects to a mosque.
There used to be fireworks for New Year's and major festivals before the pandemic, but since the pandemic and the advent of the energy transition, Petronas has been more frugal as they are working towards a net zero target, and there are no more fireworks.
This park is beautiful! It is a child’s paradise- with layers of playground levels for all levels and ages. It even has a splash pad.
Even in the heat, it had plenty of shade and benches for parents to supervise. I highly recommend it!
