Apart from the amazing ribs, the scenery in Strasbourg is also amazing!
🌉🌉 Located in northeastern France, Strasbourg is known for its beautiful bridges and canals. The most famous of these is the Strasbourg Covered Bridge, a 200-year-old bridge that is one of Strasbourg's landmarks and a must-see for visitors.
📷📷 The design of this bridge is very unique, consisting of two wooden viaducts connected by a stone bridge. The bridge is covered by a huge wooden roof, providing shade and shelter for pedestrians. On sunny days, the wooden roof of the bridge reflects beautiful light, making the whole bridge look particularly charming.
🌈🌈 In addition to the beauty of the bridge itself, the surroundings of the Strasbourg Covered Bridge are also worth seeing. The bridge is located on the canal in the center of Strasbourg, surrounded by ancient buildings and beautiful gardens. Here, you can enjoy the beauty of Strasbourg and feel the history and culture of the city.
👀👀 The Strasbourg Covered Bridge is not just a bridge, but a work of art. Its design and construction reflect the romance and artistic talent of the French and have become a symbol of Strasbourg. If you come to Strasbourg, don't miss this beautiful bridge!

The bridges of Strasbourg
July 14th, the twenty-sixth day of the European trip, not going far, just walking around the city, along the river. The historical center of Strasbourg is located on the Grande Ile, a large island surrounded by two branches of the Ill River, known as 'Petite France,' which is also called 'Little Venice.' The German-style timber-framed houses and the intersecting small canals complement each other, creating a fairy-tale-like beauty. Many various bridges connect the area, reflecting its historical soul. Among them, the most captivating is the medieval Ponts Couverts with its four ancient towers. As one of the iconic buildings in the Strasbourg city center, this historic bridge is praised for its elegance and unique design. From the bridge, one can enjoy a panoramic view of the beautiful Strasbourg city center. Nearby is the 17th-century Vauban Dam (part of the Vauban fortifications). Other beautiful bridges include the 19th-century ornate Fonderie Bridge (stone bridge) and Auvergne Bridge (iron bridge), as well as the futuristic pedestrian bridge (Passerelle, opened in 2004) over the Rhine River.
