Love the room here. It is quite spacious and clean. The hotel pool and rooftop restaurant is the place to be for an amazing 360 degrees vista of Ipoh. It is also adjacent to a mall so you can easily pick up some stuff which you may have forgotten to pack along (just saying). My only grouch is that you need to walk a fair bit to reach Ipoh's centre of town where all the food is lol! However, walking back after a heavy meal seemed like a good idea! #malaysia

Great location within Ipoh Parade shopping mall. Clean spacious room and the buffet breakfast is excellent with plenty of variety. My favourite at breakfast was the nasi lemak station. The coconut rice was so fragrant and the condiments was really tasty and spicy. There’s also plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby all within walking distance to the Weil Hotel. On a rainy day, there’s plenty of choices of food and shopping to do with a supermarket within the mall and the Weil Hotel is connected under the one roof.

Services / Facilities: The service was great. Their staff was very responsive to our needs. You may park your car in Ipoh Parade and validate your parking ticket for free parking. 👍🏼 There is also a rooftop infinity swimming pool which looks very gorgeous. Room: Overall satisfied with the room, although it can be cleaner. Some corners are a bit dusty but it is only a small issue. Experience long queue for breakfast but the staffs were so friendly to greet and service me eventhough they are so busy. I would suggest hotel to open a hall for breakfast if the hotel is full and add manpower during peak session. Secondly, negative review for the customer service. One bad service make the whole experience of my trip. I had called at 10.30pm to ask them help to collect my ice pack to freeze it, thats no breastmilk. But she asked me to put in chiller and i mentioned it cant freeze the ice pack, for the bm ill put in chiller. But she asked me to walk down to reception myself get the receptionist to store it for me. I have to hug my baby all the way to pass them the ice pack. Im so dissappointed for the customer service.

Dear readers, Due to long holiday, we planned to bring the kids to Sunway Lost World of Tambun in Ipoh. Hence, we have booked our 3days 2nights stay at Weil Hotel Ipoh as the location is convenient, near shopping mall called Ipoh Parade mall where you can easily go shopping and get food. The hotel itself is beautiful the room is clean the water is well functioned. The bed is huge as we can fit all of us five hahaha. And it was 15 minutes drive to lost world of tambun from the hotel. The breakfast is good. Many choices of food western and local which is good. However, i would suggest the hotel to expand their dining area to ensure all customers are fit in. Day tripping to Ipoh. Enjoy staying at the hotel as the hotel linked to Ipoh Parade Mall with varieties of restaurants, cafe and retails. Spending few hours at the rooftop pool. One can enjoy breathtaking and full view of Ipoh town and surrounding limestone hills, Tambun, Meru and the sprawl. For dining experience, the buffet breakfast here is great. Soft croissant, fruit yogurt, local cuisine.

A very comfortable & convenient hotel to stay when you’re in Ipoh. It has been our hotel of choice, conveniently located at the city center and attached to a large shopping mall. Our stay here has been very pleasant, rooms are very comfortable, clean and spacious. Staffs are also helpful and courteous, making our stay even worth the money and value. Comfortable and neat hotel next to shopping mall. Love the rooftop with good view. But didn’t like the breakfast because it was cold, waited for about an hour before our breakfast came and it was so cold . Apart from that , the hotel is a nice place to be.
