I was excited to see these varities of Veggies and fruits in Richmond Market. I almost made basket full but when I was about to pay oh boy, did I forget that in BC is expensive. Enjoyed roaming around though

Vancouver International Airport, Canada's second largest airport, is also the second busiest international airport. A variety of lounges, restaurants and service facilities are relatively complete, especially ice wine is worth buying, as a hand letter. The airport is very large, the security check time is slightly longer, pay attention to reserve more time, the indoor space is more spacious and bright, and the service is also good. It is one of the best airports in North America. In 2007 and 2010, it won the SKYTRAX North America Best Airport Award.

Its sustainable design aims to provide an alternative to modern playgrounds in the Lower Mainland area, as most of its facilities are made from ropes, yellow cedar wood, and other similar natural materials.

Restaurants and laundry nearby!
Tons of good restaurants nearby. Hotel has two doors (front and back) which access different facilities (back door near supermarket T&T). Hotel is really just so so but it's good value for money. Can't expect too much with this price in Vancouver I guess.

⛱️Attraction: Lingyan Mountain Temple in Canada

The Richmond Center is a transit hub for buses and the SkyTrain (light rail), with many bus routes available. From here, you can also take a bus to the Richmond Fisherman's Wharf (routes 401, 402, 406, 407).
Bus route 401 passes through Terra Nova Rural Park, and the stop is 'No. 1 Road near Westminster Hwy'.

Visiting time: 30 minutes, unless you participate in activities, which may take longer.
Cost: Free
Note:
1. When taking the bus in Vancouver, pull the yellow cord or press the red button on the handle before getting off, so the driver knows to stop; if no one pulls the cord and there's no one at the stop, the driver will continue driving without stopping (to save time and energy);
2. In Vancouver, the back door of the bus does not open automatically; you need to push the door for it to open, while the driver will open the front door;
3. After entering the bus through the front door, there is a red line on the floor. Everyone should stand behind the red line to avoid obstructing the driver's view;
4. In the downtown area of Vancouver, there are buses with longer carriages, especially on Broadway Street. For such buses, you can board through the front, middle, or back doors, and there are devices for swiping transit cards. If you are buying a ticket on the bus, it is best to board from the front door;
5. Pay with coins next to the driver at the front door to buy a ticket, no change is given, so it's best to prepare the exact change in advance;
6. The most convenient method is to buy a Compass Card, which is a transit card that allows direct transfers to buses, SkyTrain (light rail), and SeaBus. The deposit is $6 CAD, and you can top it up in advance.
7. All buses charge for one zone; the SkyTrain has 1, 2, or 3 zones; the SeaBus has 1 or 2 zones.
8. Money-saving tip: All tickets, from the time of card swipe, allow for free transfers to other modes of transport within 90 minutes without the need to purchase another ticket.

Garry Point Park, one of the top ten parks in the Greater Vancouver area
Garry Point Park is located in the southwest corner of Richmond, covering an area of 0.30 square kilometers, with approximately 2.6 kilometers of walking trails. It is an excellent place to watch the sunset. The park also features the scenic Kuno Garden, a Japanese memorial garden.
The park is not large, having opened in 1989. The area was a fishing village in the 18th century and developed into a hub for salmon canneries in the 20th century. The Gulf of Georgia Cannery, adjacent to the park, was built in 1894. It is one of the few remaining well-preserved salmon canneries in British Columbia, witnessing the history of the fishing industry on Canada's west coast from the 1870s to the present.

Minna Park: Catch the last petals and enjoy the cool weekend
🌸 Hey guys, I recently went to Minna Park to catch those disappearing cherry blossoms. You know, every time spring comes, my heart can't help but float with those petals.
🌳 Walking on the small path in the park, it feels like the whole world has become particularly quiet. Only the sound of the breeze brushing past the petals and my own 'thumping' heartbeat are left. 🌸 Those cherry blossoms seem to tell me that spring really came.
🐰 There are also many little rabbits bouncing around in the park, they seem to be cheering for this short spring. I sat on the grass, watching them play, and felt that the whole world had become particularly beautiful.
🌞 The weather this weekend was really great, neither cold nor hot. It's that kind of just right coolness that makes people feel relaxed in body and mind. I lay on the grass, watching the white clouds floating in the sky, and felt as if I had also blended into this beautiful nature.
🥂 If you have the chance, you must go to Minna Park to see those cherry blossoms. Remember, go with a good mood! So, see you next time~ 👋

Discovering the YVR Airport
So much to see walking around the YVR airport, definitely take the time to appreciate the local art displayed. Airports tend to be stressful and sterile places, purely just for your transit but Vancouver is a beautiful place to take in when heading to your next destination.

Miserable cat
Surprised to find a miserable cat hiding under my car one day before getting into my car. It seems scary about the people outside and might also because of the cold weather in Richmond, BC.
Initially I had no idea what to do, but after making some noise, it finally came out of my car. It quickly ran away and I got no chance to give it a hug. Too bad!
