South Shore Shopping Centre
Just a few steps from the Mends St Jetty😍
I have tried a few times the Gelare in carousel cannington and it was 😍 and now I have tried Gelare South Perth which should've no difference.... but I guess it's the item i ordered or I am not used to that🥴🫣 I ordered the breaky waffle and hmmmm it was a bit chewy and not the kind that i always have tried in Gelare Carousell😅. I ate everything, though coz I don't want to think about the price loss🤣🫣😵💫.🤣🤭 I love the eggs and bacon😅 and coffee😍🥰.
Gelare is a go to cafe to try the best waffles and pancakes and ic cream in town.
I have been pronouncing Gelare as gelair and my was I silly, supposed to be "dye-la-rey"- /zd͡ʒeˈla.re/ though i really heard some say -gelair- 🤭

A unique place to eat
With those hand writen name tags for cakes and the garden like setting. Secret garden has character. Ita not one of those modern cafe ourfits with bland seeming set up. Thia place is special. It is tucked away in a charming location and offers a serene and enchanting atmosphere that makes you feel like you've stepped into a hidden oasis.
The menu is full of delicious options, from freshly baked pastries to delectable breakfast and lunch dishes. I was particularly impressed with their selection of cakes and patisseries – each one beautifully crafted and bursting with flavor. The coffee was excellent too, perfectly brewed and not mild unlike some of the other places. There is so much to like about the secret garden. I highly recommend visiting.

Exploring Perth Zoo was like stepping into a wildlife wonderland, where every corner revealed a new and fascinating creature from around the globe. As I entered the gates, I felt a sense of excitement building inside me, eager to discover the incredible animals and habitats that awaited me within.
One of the highlights of my visit was the Australian Bushwalk exhibit, where I encountered iconic Australian wildlife in their natural habitats. From kangaroos and koalas to wombats and emus, I marveled at the diversity of native animals that call Australia home. Walking through the bushland setting, I felt a deep connection to the natural world and gained a newfound appreciation for Australia's unique ecosystems.
Next, I ventured into the African Savannah exhibit, where I was transported to the grasslands of Africa and encountered majestic creatures such as lions, giraffes, and rhinoceroses. Watching these animals roam freely in their spacious enclosures was a truly awe-inspiring experience, and I couldn't help but be moved by their beauty and grace.
As I continued my journey through the zoo, I encountered a wide variety of animals from around the world, from playful primates and colorful birds to slithering reptiles and elusive big cats. Each exhibit was thoughtfully designed to mimic the animals' natural habitats, providing them with ample space to thrive and allowing visitors like myself to observe them up close in a safe and respectful manner.
In addition to its impressive animal exhibits, Perth Zoo also offers a range of educational programs and conservation initiatives aimed at raising awareness about the importance of wildlife conservation and habitat protection. I was inspired by the zoo's commitment to conservation efforts and left with a renewed sense of responsibility to help protect the planet and its precious inhabitants.
As the day drew to a close and I reluctantly made my way towards the exit, I couldn't help but feel grateful for the unforgettable experience I had at Perth Zoo. It was a day filled with wonder, discovery, and appreciation for the incredible diversity of life on Earth, and one that I would cherish for years to come.

Authentic Italian Food in Perth
Ask where to find authentic and good Italian food in perth, and the common answer you will get is Ciao Italian on 273 Mill Point Road at south perth. You will never fail to see large crowds waiting in line for a table at ciao italia because their food is just so good and authentic. The Italian restaurant is famous for their pizzas, calzone, pastas and tiramisu. It can be within the pricey range but portions of the food is huge and can be easily shared within a group. Service is great from staff and they usually have a personal touch, though during busy times, they can be abit slow. The food there will leave you with an impression and you will be back there again, whenever you are in perth!
