The hotel room is very spacious at Taipei Hotel.
📍Address: 100 Donghua North Road, Songshan District, Taipei
💰Average cost per person: $600
🏖️Environment/Facilities: Large outdoor crescent-shaped swimming pool
🕰️Business hours: 24 hours
Just went on a family trip to Taipei and stayed at ILLUME Hotel next to the Taipei Arena. Although it is a four-star hotel, it has the grandeur of a five-star hotel. This hotel is very suitable for attending concerts at the Taipei Arena, as it is just a short walk away. There are also many dining options nearby in the evening. The hotel room is still very spacious even after placing two beds, and it is clean and tidy. It also has a gym and an outdoor swimming pool, giving it a high-end feel. Highly recommend adding the buffet breakfast, the restaurant has a very high ceiling and is very beautiful.
Authentic Chengdu 'Mm Chicken Knife' Skewers in Taipei for 10 NTD.
Taipei has opened a skewer hotpot restaurant, and its chain stores are increasing, creating a small trend. It is said that the owner is from Chengdu, and I personally think both the spicy and white broths are delicious. It's a late-night diner for spicy food lovers and night owls, open from noon to 5 AM. 😃
🌟 The entrance has a large red sign with colorful retro lights, and the overall decoration is very thoughtful! Inside the store, there are two large refrigerators with over 40 types of skewers, including vegetables, meats, and hotpot ingredients, all priced at 10 NTD per skewer (but the portions are small, perfect for friends with small appetites). Ordering a few meat dishes is still very satisfying.
🌟 Special Sichuan Spicy and Pork Bone Double Broth for 1-2 people costs 380 NTD. We chose mild spicy, which was not enough, so we went up to medium spicy, which was just right. The broth is flavorful with a good balance of spiciness, and it contains duck blood and tofu. Let it simmer for a while for an even better taste. 😋
🌟 You can grab skewers like pickled pepper beef, squid tentacles, tribute vegetables, and boneless ribs for 10 NTD each. The more you eat, the more addictive it becomes. For individual meat dishes, we recommend beef balls and Matsusaka pork. Sichuan wide noodles cost 150 NTD (a large bucket in China), the portion is small and expensive but chewy and delicious. Don't cook it too long, or you can replace it with Prince noodles for a more Taiwanese flavor. 💕
✔️ Do not order the pepper chicken feet! They are cold and hard.
💯 They also have red sugar glutinous rice cakes for dessert, perfect to end the meal. Remember to buy the 20 NTD spicy sauce with Baoning vinegar and chili oil. It's great for gatherings with friends, and the eating style is fun. Highly recommended! 👍

A good place to enjoy flowers in Taipei🌸 Yangmingshan Flower Clock🌼
#花看花
✨Yangmingshan is one of the popular tourist attractions in Taipei, and the 🌸Yangmingshan Flower Clock🌼 is located in Yangmingshan Park. It is famous for its exquisite floral design and unique clock face, and is also a landmark attraction of Yangmingshan Park. ✨
🌼 As the seasons change, the types and colors of flowers will also change, forming beautiful flower scenes that change with the seasons. Cherry blossoms in spring, hydrangea in summer, miscanthus in autumn, each season has its own unique style. 🌾
Walking around the Yangmingshan Flower Clock and admiring the flowers and natural landscapes along the way makes you feel happy. This is the only time I missed the cherry blossoms in full bloom, unfortunately...
🌳 Surrounding natural environment
The natural environment of Yangmingshan is beautiful, surrounded by mountains and forests, and the air is fresh. There are many trails in the park for exploring and relaxing walks to enjoy the beauty of nature. ✨

The most fashionable Internet beauty bar in Taipei East District: Cosmic Bistro 小Cosmos Restaurant
#bar #100 ways to travel
If you want to talk about the most fashionable starry sky atmosphere bar in the East District, you must recommend "Cosmic Bistro". It is a rare triangular window store in a building in the East District. It is based on the cosmic starry sky and fashion and elegance. The decoration is very beautiful and textured. Inside are all fashionable internet celebrities and beauties, which is quite pleasing to the eye.
The food at Little Universe is as high-quality as the bartending. The chef is an Australian Cordon Bleu and he cooks creative Western cuisine. Not only is the taste rich and layered, but the presentation is also a beautiful photo on the internet! The most recommended is the cherry duck breast with fig pasta. It is really amazing to be able to combine three ingredients with different flavors in such a delicious way.
The bartender has also won an international bartending competition award, and his skill is beyond praise. Like the food, the bartending is also unique in the decoration and presentation. It's really delicious and smooth to have a drink in an environment with beautiful lighting and beautiful atmosphere.

Taipei's recommended green plant art bar 'Monkie'
Recently, I've been loving this stylish bar. The cocktails are almost always a hit, each one unique in its own way. The cocktail designs are beautiful, and the overall ambiance and lighting in the bar make it very comfortable, perfect for a drink. 🍸
🌟 The green plant art on the bar and the rows of liquor shelves behind it look stunning under the lighting. The arrangement of tables and chairs and the appropriate spacing make it very comfortable to sit. The copper mirrors on the ceiling and walls reflect the space, making it feel spacious.
🥂 There's a drink not on the menu called 'Old Taipei,' made with tea-distilled vodka or tequila. Each table is served complimentary popcorn, which is perfectly sweet and salty. 💕
🥂 Each person has a minimum order of two cocktails, with no time limit. The bar is newly opened but doesn't have many seats, so it's recommended to make a reservation in advance!
📍 No. 67, Dongfeng Street, Da'an District, Taipei City

The chef's exquisite culinary skills elevate vegetarian dishes to a new level, including innovative vegetarian dim sum and flavorful banquet dishes, successfully breaking the stereotype that vegetarian food is bland and proving that it can be delicious and diverse. The spacious banquet hall-like design combined with the warm tones of a traditional tea house makes guests feel comfortable and at home.
🥗 Radish Pastry: A must-try signature dish with a crispy exterior and a soft filling, perfectly balancing the sweetness of radish.
🥗 Heavenly Tofu Skin Roll: Stinky tofu wrapped in tofu skin, with the aroma of preserved egg that doesn't overpower, offering a rich texture.
🥗 Health Herbal Soup: Rich in ingredients and with a thick broth, perfect for a bowl in autumn.
🥗 Jade Leaf Delight: Clever use of nuts and mushrooms to create a crunchy texture, best enjoyed with fresh romaine lettuce.
🥗 Spicy Double Delight: Traditionally made with spices, this dish uses purely vegetarian ingredients like soybean crumbs, basil, and dried chili, paired with bamboo shoots and egg tofu for a unique taste worth trying!
🥗 Red Bean Pancake: Moderately sweet without the usual greasy taste, a perfect dessert to end the meal!

The main offering here is brown sugar pearl milk, with limited other options. They also have some Taiwanese snacks like salted crispy chicken. Almost every customer orders a cup of bubble tea, which is made to order. You can watch the staff prepare it through the glass window. Delicious Homemade Dishes in Maokong, Taipei: Qingquan Mountain Villa
Maokong Station in Taipei is renowned for its beautiful natural scenery and tea culture, and its homemade dishes are also very popular. The Maokong area primarily focuses on tea cultivation, so many restaurants and tea houses offer tea-themed dishes. Tea-smoked chicken, marinated with local tea leaves, has a unique flavor as the chicken absorbs the tea aroma. Fresh cilantro paired with tea leaves makes for a refreshing and popular appetizer. Local restaurants offer fresh seasonal vegetables, usually served stir-fried or as a cold dish. Rice cooked with tea water, paired with seasonal vegetables and meats, offers a distinctive flavor. 🌟🌟👍
These dishes not only showcase the local characteristics of Maokong but also allow visitors to enjoy the tea culture and natural scenery while savoring the food. If you have the chance to visit, be sure to try them yourself! 👍👍💯
Outdoor Hidden Gem Night View and Beer at 'Zhangmen' Breeze Songgao
We should all be grateful that the craft beer bar 'Zhangmen' on the 4th floor of Breeze Songgao hasn't closed down 😂. It's truly a hidden gem and very affordable. The spacious open-air terrace allows you to enjoy the moon, the Taipei 101 building, and the million-dollar night view while sipping a beer (and maybe even catch a glimpse of a beauty, just kidding with the old joke) 💕
🌟 The beer selection is decent, though slightly smaller compared to other branches. They offer classic styles and various IPAs with a good range of bitter and mature flavors. The fried snacks are just okay, but they go well with the beer!
🌟 'Zhangmen Craft Beer' remains a beloved spot. It's not as crowded as other places in Xinyi District, making it super chill and relaxing. Beers range from $220 to $350, with seasonal specials available. You're sure to find a flavor you love 👍
