The place is spacious and the location is excellent. It is right next to the main road. After watching the little penguins, you can buy fast food nearby before returning to the hostel. The room is spacious and there are staff on duty at night. You can park at the door, which is very convenient

The hotel environment is very good. The boss lady is a Chinese sister. She is very nice and gave me milk. It is very quiet here and very close to the scenic area. There is a McDonald's and a gas station ten meters away. There is a fish and chips restaurant 100 meters away. It is also opened by Chinese people. It is delicious but not friendly. In short, the hotel is very clean and sanitary, with a good location, convenient and fast, and convenient parking.

We were blown away by the room and the service! The rooms are large, modern, with a fully equipped kitchen, quality bed linens, and the room was clean and tidy. The fluffy robes were a nice touch. We entered the room on a cold night, and the owners had turned on the heat pump so it was lovely and warm which was very thoughtful. We will only stay here anytime we are back in Dunedin!!

Located on a city street, with various shops nearby. The front desk is staffed from 2 PM onwards. It's a 3-minute walk to Lake Wanaka, and about a 25-minute leisurely stroll to the Lone Tree. Enjoying the natural scenery along the way in the early morning is very pleasant and comfortable. If you want to stargaze at night, even walking to the nearby lake, you'll still be affected by the brightness of the streetlights. It's next to a large supermarket and a 5-minute walk to the food truck park, making it convenient for finding food. There are fewer parking spaces than rooms, so if the lot is full upon arrival, you'll need to park in a nearby park, and be mindful of the paid parking hours. The room has a sofa, a full dining table and chairs, a bar, and a basic kitchenette. However, the pot had food residue, which made us question the overall cleanliness of the utensils and made us hesitant to use them. The fixed showerhead in the bathroom was a bit inconvenient, and the room's brightness was dimmer than shown in the photos.

Facilities: The facilities are excellent. It has a kitchen where you can cook, and the cutlery and cookware are as shown in the picture. The suite has TVs and heaters in both the living room and bedroom, making it very warm. The bathroom is spacious, and there's plenty of counter space around the sink for your belongings. Free parking is provided, and it's very convenient to park right below your room. Cleanliness: The place is clean and tidy. The countertops were dust-free, and I didn't find any dirty spots. Location: The accommodation is in a great location, surrounded by several motels. It's in the city center, making it easy to get to all the main attractions. You can walk to the University of Otago campus in five minutes and enjoy a leisurely stroll there. Dunedin Railway Station and the Cathedral are also very close, so you can explore the city on foot. Service: The service was the absolute best! This hotel is run by a couple. When we checked in, the wife assisted us. She warmly and kindly recommended places to visit and even drew them out on a map for us. It's the first time I've encountered such thoughtful hosts. That highlighted map was incredibly helpful for our itinerary in Dunedin. I heard both husband and wife are very kind, warm, and friendly. If you're looking for a place to stay for a night in Dunedin, this is definitely an excellent choice.

Overall, this accommodation was excellent and exceeded our expectations. The unit was very spacious, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean upon arrival, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at ease. The layout was practical and suitable for both short and longer stays, with ample space to move around and relax. One of the biggest advantages was how easy the place was to locate. Clear directions and a convenient location made check-in smooth and stress-free, especially after a long journey. The surrounding area was also quiet and pleasant, allowing for a restful stay. Cleanliness was clearly a priority, from the rooms to the common areas, which we truly appreciated. Overall, this accommodation offers great comfort, convenience, and value. We would definitely recommend it to others and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

The service was very intimate. The room heating was turned on in advance before we checked in, and it felt very warm as soon as we opened the door. The room was clean and the layout was reasonable. It is also a walking distance to the river, the price is super high, and unexpectedly satisfied.

The front desk lady was incredibly nice, always with a warm smile, and even helped me get back something I'd left behind! So thoughtful! I even spotted a Chinese lady at the nearby gas station. The shower had fantastic water pressure. And the bedsheets? They felt just like those you'd find in a 3-star hotel back home. LOL.

The hotel is located in the city center, only 5 minutes walk to the First Church and about 10 minutes to the train station. Parking is convenient and there are many places to eat. When checking in, there is no front desk and you have to call. The hotel is old but very clean. The elevator is too old and a bit scary. I bought bread for breakfast at the supermarket. There are bowls and basins.

I originally planned to stay in Twizel, but couldn't find any good accommodation, so I chose Sara instead. It exceeded my expectations, offering great value for money. It's very convenient if you're driving, and the owner is really nice. I stayed for three nights and highly recommend it.
