The Carter Inn

I stayed here when I was riding the BDR trail on my dirtbike. The owners live in location so they are always available. Check in: Fast and easy. Very friendly and helpful. The stay: The room was clean, didn't smell gross, and had some fresh updates. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were nice as well. I walked over to the sleepy coyote for a bite to eat. Very good. The town only has 246 people, so everything is in walking distance. The next morning: Breakfast is included with the stay. This is where this place shines as well. They open up a room for you to go sit in to eat. They made me eggs and sausage to order. They also had homemade pastries, homemade sourdough bread, and homemade jam. I ate my breakfast, sat and talked with the owners for a bit as well. Overall: The Carter Inn is fantastic. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The owners truly know great customer service and make sure their guests' needs and wants are taken care of. There are only 8 rooms so make sure and book early! Thanks again!
Mountain Modern Jackson Hole

The only motel that stayed in the entire journey, the main rating is good, so the adventure experience is better than the imagination. The room is convenient to use and the decoration is relatively new. The only drawback is that the sound is not good and the sound is very bad. The price is OK, but the experience will be fine once and you should not stay at the motel again.

We stayed one night in a loft room which was a great BIG room but it had the tiniest bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel room. If you had two people (like trying to give a child a bath) you would have to either keep the door open or one person would have to stand in the bath while the second person came in in order to close the door. It was strange for how big the rest of the room was. Be advised all loft rooms are on the second floor and there is no elevator. They did have a coin operated laundry, only two and one of the dryers was out of service. Had to wait for a hotel employee to finish his laundry before I could use dryer. Nice breakfast only 6:30 - 9:30am. Comfortable beds, clean. Not really close to main square but it is walking distance (little over 1/2 mile). TV would blink to black screen while watching then would come back which was annoying. No no commercial channel (like movie channels) option for TV. Front desk staff were friendly. Really LOUD housekeepers yelling back and forth to each other on deck outside room early in the morning, so much for sleeping in. The hotel lobby is really pretty/nice but expected more for the really expensive price.
Super 8 by Wyndham Jackson Hole

Stayed here after spending all day at Yellowstone and Jackson area seems to be where you stay if you are heading to Utah for the National Parks. That being said all the hotels are crazy expensive in the area. This was one of the cheapest so this is where we stayed. First of all the staff are very nice here, even offered to carry our bags up the stairs to our room. Rooms outdated but clean. It was very quiet. Breakfast is a grab and go wrapped type food. Has coffee and tea. Worst part is NO elevator since it is an older hotel so be aware of that.
49'er Inn & Suites

Originally thought that the hotel would be very old, but did not expect the environment to be very good, the town is very lively, there are many tourists, the town's steakhouse is impressive, the steak is very delicious
The Sage Motel

This is a marvelous, colorful, comfortable diamond in the rough. I was not expecting this from the outside, admittedly, but I was blown away by the amenities, fluffy mattresses, and overall great quality of the rooms. Everything's brand new. The beds, TV, the bathroom fixtures, everything is new or recently renovated. Newer Keurig machine, microwave, and mini fridge in our room. The decoration is wonderful. Everything is colorful and chic. A great night's sleep. Would definitely recommend to friends.
Sands Motel

This was the quietest place I have ever stayed in. That in itself is reason to write a review. The roms were rustic and yet comfortable and clean. I planned on staying 3 days but ended up there for 6 just because of the quiet atmosphere. The staff was friendly and efficient. When there were issues in my original room with the TV reception the kind staff member upgraded me to another room which ended up being larger. I was pleasantly surprised at that service. Access to shops and eateries were close by as well as Interstate Highways. I will definitely return to this motel anytime I am in the Cheyenne Wyoming area.
Motel 8 Rock Springs

Clean room, nicely decorated, slept well great bed Superior in every way to other economy motels Stayed three nights and found it to be quiet Several restaurants within easy walking distance Our two Golden Retrievers were welcome-no charge Though it did not affect our stay, we suspect the desk clerk was a former checking clerk at the state penitentiary- the grimmest we have encountered Our room was second floor and carrying our belongings up a flight of stairs at our age was not pleasant. Recommend
Snowy Mountain Inn

I have stayed in most of the accomidations Saratoga has to offer, and this one takes the prize. I had stayed at the Silver Moon quite a bit in the pre-covid days as it was the best set up for extended stays. It was always good, but the property was aging and in need of a refresh. Boy let me tell you, this place is REFRESHED. I booked an extended stay room that must have just come out of renovation. I may have been the first person to use the room. The Kitchenette was well thought out with most things you could need, the fridge even has an ice maker. The beds were so comfy, I had the best sleep I've had in years on the road, well on the road at least. The TV, HUGE, I'm not kidding when i say it was at least 65” possibly 75” and to make it even better it was a roku tv that automatically signed me out of my services on check out. Traditional sattilite tv was also an option. I will be back, even for the simple overnight trips this is my hotel of choice.
Antler Inn

The hotel's address is right in the heart of Jackson Town, opposite the small restaurant and supermarket. Parking is free and the parking space is sufficient. The strange thing is that the room number is 1xx, but the small number on the first floor of the big number on the second floor makes me look good. The front desk was very welcoming. I checked out my credit card when I arrived late. I went to find it the next day. Nab had already collected it for me. It was just my myday. Unfortunately, unlike most American hotels, this one is not free and coffee and hot water is relatively inconvenient and hopes to improve.
