First time in Tirana, and this was a great little apartment to stay in. This was a short walk behind the opera, and within a short walk to many of the main sites you might be visiting as a first-timer here. Checking in the room was easy, and management was quick and helpful to communicate with me via. Whatsapp. I really enjoyed my time, and this was a perfect place as a solo traveler who wanted to be in an apartment in the city.

Highly recommended for travelers! This is a brand new hotel with excellent facilities. It's just a 5-minute walk to Skanderbeg Square, and there are airport shuttle and various bus stops right outside. Restaurants, bars, and supermarkets are all conveniently located nearby. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, and they offer luggage storage, which really lightens your load for exploring Albania.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and the room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was the small fridge in the room stocked with drinks—you can simply enjoy what you like and pay for it at checkout, which was super convenient. The rooftop was definitely a highlight. It offers a stunning overlooking view that’s perfect for relaxing, taking photos, or enjoying the scenery day or night. Downstairs, there’s also a great bar where you can chill, unwind, and grab a drink without even leaving the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, comfort, and amazing view. I’ll definitely be coming back and with friends next time!

The hotel's location is excellent. However, the room was completely empty – no cups for tea, no slippers, no toothpaste or toothbrush, and no kettle to boil water. For the price, it really wasn't worth it.

Hello!I liked everything, but want to complain about one of your workers. His name is Elsit Koraj. In my room was not brush and toothpaste. I asked in reception about it, then Elsit Koraj said that he will tell workers to provide me. Then after 10 minutes he came by himself to my room, I wanted to take brush then he said “Can I come in? “. I thought he want to put by himself. But he entered to my room looked around then asked am I alone. Then asked if he can seat, it was very strange . Then I asked to leave my room. After 15 minutes he called to room phone and told “I was in gym, I ran, can I take shower in your room?”. I was angry and told that I will complain to him. That day was afraid to go down because thought only he is in reception and locked my door. Next day I wanted to complain and asked him to call administration. Then he blamed me that I allowed him to enter my room. what is this? What kind of service is this ? When I asked his full name he replied that no need to complain and than he has family and kids. I don’t care about it. You have to prevent others girls from it. That fact that I am young alone foreign girl not means that he can and tell anything he wants. I paid for what? I chose the best hotel for myself, paid not little money for what? For harassment? I was so annoyed and will leave my review everywhere and wil complain. You have to prevent others from him! Also when I asked to invite someone higher rank, he invited sale director. But he was just protecting his colleague telling how long he working there. He even didn’t listen me. I was post in instagram and tiktok, I have enough followers! If you will not take action in relation to him. Also he justified his actions by saying that he was checking whether I was a ********** or not and also accused me of letting him in!!!! What a humiliation!!!

Hotel was very clean, we did ask for the wifi password but did not work to connect to the tv, we asked for a room with a view of skanderbeg square and they gave us a completely different room with was unfortunate. Room was decent.

Great hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast is buffet with a wide range of Albanian and continental dishes. The swimming pool on 8th floor is fab with sun loungers and toilet. There’s music in background which adds to the atmosphere. The hotel is not in the centre buy bus ride and taxi ride not too far away.

Superb location, friendly staff, and spotlessly clean. The decor was classic and understated. The bed was comfortable and very spacious. The breakfast was excellent, though I might have wished for a bit more fruit. Otherwise, it featured scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, burek, plenty of vegetables and olives, a wide selection of bread and spreads, Belgian waffles, yogurt, muesli, a huge variety of jams, and more. However, there were no extra amenities (such as a pool or a sky bar), just a single restaurant. While that's not a dealbreaker, it's a bit of a shame considering it's quite a pricey place to stay.

Good stay. It’s far from the touristic town centre but the neighbourhood gives it a more local area experience. Restaurants and markets in the area. Hotel seems to be best for families of people traveling with a car. Single room layout a bit off because i couldn’t get to the other corner but it’s spacious enough and the shower room is really nice and modern. Breakfast not the best but has a good variety. Really clean but perhaps housekeeping can be by request (I dont mind it but they changed everything every day is a bit unnecessary).
