All the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The food was delicious and well-prepared. A special appreciation to the F&B team — their service was outstanding! They were attentive, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Honestly, every staff member we met provided great service. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well managed. You can really see that they work hard and achieve their KPIs — everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Highly recommended! Everyone should come and stay at this hotel. It is definitely trusted and worth it!

hotel very near airport, around 10min, clean friendly service, good food breakfast. the pool is outdoor on the roof was on maintanance.

Budget hotel. Good value near the airport. Cleanliness could be better but it’s generally ok. Food is just decent. There is a Spa with a good offer of treatments and a small gym.

It's a 10-minute walk from the airport. Thumbs up to the receptionist! She was very welcoming and even proactively contacted the taxi driver via voice message.

The best thing about this hotel is its walkable location from the airport. There's also a mall within walking distance, so finding food isn't a problem. I appreciated having disposable slippers. The hot water didn't flow in large quantities, so I had to fill a big bucket to use it (is this typical for other similarly priced hotels in Bangladesh or India?), but it wasn't stressful. Considering the price, it's great value for money, especially with breakfast included.

The facilities are relatively new, with modern amenities such as high-speed internet, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The surrounding environment is very safe and peaceful, with no disturbances or noise from the outside. Additionally, the location is perfect for travelers, as it takes only 10 minutes to reach the airport by taxi.

The TV can be used to watch YouTube and airplay, which is suitable for falling asleep at night. The breakfast is delicious, some dishes are changed every day, and the quality of desserts and fruits is also good. If you go late, the chef can help to make them, which is the most satisfactory place. The shower water flow is strong and the wind power of the constant temperature hair dryer is also strong. Disadvantages: The lobby area is small, and there is a machine sound in the room from time to time, similar to a generator? The sound insulation is average, and you can hear it when the door next door is closed.
