Hotels With parking in Para, Brazil

I arrived at the hotel to check in. However, there was already someone else in the room where I was going to stay, so I spent 30 minutes at the reception waiting for a solution. After 30 minutes they put me in a different room to the one I had booked. And my special request was not met. I do not recommend this hotel, the Andrade docas chain.

This was our first time in an Andrade hotel. We were there only for two nights, arriving early, leaving with a late-checkout. For the location, I would say the the hotel is not on walking distance of most of the tourist attractions. I can be mistaken, but the only site of interest nearby is the botanical garden Bosquear Rodrgues Alves. As for the clealiness, the room was clean, however the bathroom was not, although they cleaned twice during our short stay. The tap and the sink were still dirty. We enjoyed the breakfast. There are enough items available to put together a healthy breakfast. If their availability allows it, the hotel offers the possibility of a late checkout at 16u pm instead of 12u for 100 reais. This is absolutely great! As far as I know in most other hotels you are obliged to stay another night. Further more the hotel offers also bagage storage which was in our case c

Due to language barrier, I had a bad impression on their communication as they didn’t respond to my request for checking in much later than the check in time ( 12:00 -18:00 ) stated on the booking. However when I got to the property staff were there waiting to receive me very friendly and checked me in very quickly. The room was so comfortable, clean and beautiful especially the cute round bed that the first time I have ever seen in my life. The property is within walking distance from the tourist attractions.

I was likely given a very poor room because I arrived quite late. Although the room had a window, there was almost no natural light, and it fell far short of the ”city view” described. The overall experience was disappointing, especially compared to what was advertised. I hope the hotel can improve room allocation and ensure that all guests receive a stay that matches the description, regardless of their arrival time.

Hotel agradável, com arquitetura vintage charmosa. Quartos confortáveis, atendimento muito bom e equipe atenciosa. Possui spa, café da manhã excelente, com grande variedade e opções sofisticadas, além de restaurante com cardápio muito bem elaborado. Ótima experiência.

The room was tidy and very clean. We had cutlery, glasses and plates at our disposal, which although basic, many hotels do not provide. The service was good and fast. There is a restaurant, which for me is convenient and convenient. The location was excellent for my needs.

Great stay! Always looked for an Ibis at the town and now I’m hoping to stay here very often on my business travels. It is an hotel where you know what to look for, how it works, simplicity but at the same time functionality.

Minha experiência durante a hospedagem poderia ter sido melhor. O sanitário precisa de melhorias, assim como o café da manhã, que achei com poucas opções e precisa ser mais completo. Também gostaria de destacar que o atendimento e a cordialidade na recepção deixaram a desejar. Espero que essas observações sejam consideradas para melhorar a experiência dos próximos hóspedes.

Great hotel. Excellent location, staff very attentive to customers. Great breakfast. I'll come back again. It's worth it!

Clean place with kind and helpful staff and the bus station is near to hotel and really good and delicious breakfast
