I was in this hotel in late December, I had an experience that was not very good but we go by the good part of this hotel is the location is in front of the Municipal Market and in front of the bus point that makes the journey to the tourist points. Now the part that is not so good, breakfast has diversity, but when some item finishes, they don't rest fast, the breads are coated, the dry cake, juice is not natural ... the room where I stayed the box was well-fetched, I had no air conditioning control, so I arrived and asked the reception for this control more than once, but I did not receive it. And I had a countertime, the hotel around 15:00 only leaves hot water, as the system is gas, so it is impossible to take a bath. I called to inform and ask for help, the information I had already seen, well, in that meantime the water was over, because the bomb had a problem. Whenever they called at the reception they gave a deadline, but the deadline was not met ... finally was a disorder! I think the information could be clearer because problems happen, but the way it is conducted is a differential.

Estive no hotel para um congresso, estava lotado de participantes de todas as idades, acho q por isso o muito barulho. Quarto com frigobar, armário (q poderia ser melhor aproveitado), tv, ar condicionado… tudo naquele controle central q fica na cabeceira. Alguns móveis velhos mas isso é o de menos, o problema maior é a cama! Cheguei a travar. Cama velha de mola, toda ja com buracos e ondulações, muito desconfortável. Também a falta de uma cortina blackout nas janelas de vidro. Banheiro é pequeno mas não vejo como problema, chuveiro elétrico daquele mais simples mas tem uma vazão de água até q boa… Café da manhã “básico” (pensando em hotel!), não iriei opinar porque não posso comer glúten então fiquei restrita. Internet grátis ruim, principalmente se vc for precisar pra trabalhar. Funcionários simpáticos, cheguei antes do horário de checkin e pude deixar minhas malas já no hotel…

We love this resort. Sadly, we only stayed two nights, and I feel like we should have stayed at least three days. One problem I had is that I requested a room with a king or queen bed size, and they ended up giving me a room with two beds. Overall, the place is awesome, the drinks are perfect and we're excited to see the expansion of this place.

We returned from the tour afternoon, and we were informed that the technician was preparing the air, but it was not working yet. We opened the air and saw a dirt crust, we returned to the reception to tell that, besides not working, it was completely dirty. There was room available to exchange and we spent the second night in heat. In short: we spent 4 nights in heat because the technician who said to clean the air, at least did not spent a pan in the air conditioned. I stayed at Radisson for one night from Thursday to Friday April/2021. My bedroom was luxury double room, and the reservation was made 2 weeks in advance through booking.com app, i got a fair price that included breakfast. I really enjoyed the bedroom size, with a pretty spacious bathroom, working desk with comfortable chair. Big TV and gigantic confy bed. The reception clerk was really polite, I had done the Pre booking on line, it took 5 minutes to finalize the check in and get the room card. I drove to Curitiba, and the hotel counts with valet service at extra cost. I like the ironing board in the hotel bedroom. Nice touch the washing cloths, lots of hotels in Brazil don’t have those. Extra points for the good hair dryer. Good toiletries- body moisturizer, shampoo and hair conditioner, 2 soap bars, tissues and shower caps. Fluffy and big towels, plenty of clothes hanger I Stayed on the 3rd floor, next time i’ll ask for a higher room, so i can have a better view of the Japanese Square Park. The hotel location is pretty good, in a high end neighborhood and close to downtown. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant, the menu didn’t have a lot of variety- I ended up having filet and past and the flavor was good, but if i stay at the hotel again i will have dinner outside the hotel. The bedroom offered tea, coffee and water bottles and a courtesy. The breakfast buffet had a pretty good variety of fruits, yogurts, juices and nice and fresh breads. It did have a espresso machine and some sweets and cheeses. Considering pandemic measures i thought the hotel is being really careful living windows and doors open, and at the hotel restaurant the tables have enough room between them. I would say it’s a 9 out of 10.

The hotel has a well-established apartment with a basic (TV 32'', fridge and air conditioning). No room service or washing service for guests. Parking is paid (21 real per day). The cleaning service is satisfactory. The breakfast is good, but there is no great variety. The location is good, near a variety of tourist attractions in the center of Curitiba.

The hotel is very well located!Big room for the standard, with dryer, place to support the bag, satisfactory cleaning, (with room to improve), Wi-Fi OK, academy, medium breakfast. The hotel has been very friendly and very friendly staff (except a boy who was at the reception day 28/5 at night ) I would certainly host again since it maintains the cost-benefit ratio. Upon arriving at the hotel at 11 am after a full night of travel, I was asked to stay and wait until 2 pm or until a room opened up. I then requested an upgrade, hoping a higher level room would open up sooner. As a Wyndham Diamond member, not only did they not recognize my status or any membership with them at all, they also tried to charge me for the upgrade and did not allow any early check-in. It was only after mentioning that I was Diamond and showing them on the app that Diamond members can get free upgrades that they allowed me to be upgraded and check-in early. While I'm happy with the result, I've never had any other hotel neglect to acknowledge my status, especially if it's that respective brand's top-tier status. I've also never had to remind the hotel itself of their own membership benefits policy. To me, it seems almost embarrassing that they did not know how to treat their Diamond members. Other Wyndhams I've stayed at were happy to upgrade me, oftentimes without me even requesting it. For the stay itself, the suite was nice and very large. Two queen beds with a small seating area. TV was positioned a bit oddly, but still watchable. I liked that they had a microwave, kettle, and fridge, but the fridge was stocked full of drinks that they laughably did not know or have the prices for. There was also a vent in the room that was making odd noises and allowing warm air inside. The room did have a nice view, though, and the location was not bad. Finally, breakfast was actually quite good, with decent variety and hot food options. Check-out was a breeze and very quick, thanks to me not consuming any minibar drinks.

My wife and I ran into some issues at the border when we tried to cross. Somehow the Argentine visa is much harder to get than we initially thought. So we were stuck on the Brazil side - after seeing the awesome Iguazu falls. We looked up some quick hotels in the area so we can camp out until the visa came through (which never did btw) and found this gem of a place. Literally a 10 minute walk from a pretty sizable indoor mall. Front desk staff were very accommodating- and helped us navigate our stressful scenario fantastically. Claudia and Jacir went well above the normal expectations And in our view are the gold standard of hotel staff. The whole place was elegant. The food delicious. The wait staff very attentive to our needs. I would recommend this place to anyone in the Iguazu area. They really made our last few days in Brazil enjoyable -even though it was an unexpected stop - we don’t regret a minute of it.

The hotel has its central location and close to the city's excellent restaurants, bakers and other attractions, and the reception was also quite friendly, with the emphasis of Mr Marcelo and Mrs Deisy. They don't serve breakfast, but the site has a collective kitchen with microwaves, panels, cups and cutlery where people can make their lunches. The showers worked very well and the air conditioning also, however, the establishment needs urgently to solve a question: ”french” cheap. And in the second room they also appeared. In the evening they always appeared and this is a factor to be taken into account by the administration. Good cost-benefit, but with important reservations.

Everything about the hotel is wonderful, I went as a child and I want to go back more often. The service, cleanliness, tutors, location, everything was perfect. The hotel is located on the main route of Foz do Iguaçu, where transport is very easy. For children, there are several game rooms where parents don't have to worry about their children's safety. And for adults, there are bars everywhere. Attractions outside the hotel are spectacular, well worth a visit

The hotel is conveniently situated near the airport and the falls. Parking is free and there is plenty of parking spaces. Those with kids would be delighted with the pool, water slide and playground. We like the spacious hotel restaurant, which serves a hearty breakfast with a variety of cold cuts, warm dishes, breads, cakes, muesli and fruits. Dinner at the hotel restaurant is also good. The souvenir shop in the hotel is a gem, as the prices there are lower than other places (especially the official souvenir shops at the attractions). Our room is clean, quiet and comfortable, and wifi is ok (not too fast but sufficient for emails & social media). One advice: please bring mosquito repellent.

The hotel is very cosy, very well located 25 minutes from the Cataratas of Iguazú. It offers free parking with many available places. It complies very strictly with the new health measures against COVID-19. The hotel is a very friendly and friendly reception that offers the best service to the client. The hotel has a swimming pool and the nature environment is very pleasant where you can walk and be more unconnected. You have also the option of a jacuzzi suite where you can enjoy a memorable stay

Hotel muito bonito, limpo e bem localizado. Quarto amplo, Cama super confortável e o chuveiro é bem gostoso pra tomar aquele banho pós viagem O café da manhã é muito saboroso e tem opções pra todos os gostos. Com certeza ficaria novamente.

O Hotel esta em orimo localizaçao. O personnel esta amigavel.unico coisa que precisa por é um elevador. Do resto tabom para mim

I had a last hour need to stay in London and chose Golden Blue for the location, convenience and easy access to the centre of London and the area where the city's main doctors are located. Positive point for receptionist Heloiza, who after I had called 2x to try booking and other receptionists didn't even want to note my name and phone, she quickly informed she had no but would stay with my phone, and on the first cancellation he called me informing about the availability, negative point for breakfast, where I asked for a omelet and the co-worker refused to make pq had eggs mowed in the buffet already. I recommend hosting!

Me Hospedei dia 30 de Julho 2022, de Sab para Dom, e foi tudo excelente! Check in o funcionário foi super rápido e atencioso, tanto Check In quanto Check Out foram os mais rápidos que já tive. Quarto - peguei o ”super luxo”, que era R$ 40,00 a mais que o normal, fiquei no 5 andar, quarto todo arrumado, banheiro excelente, tudo bem novo e bem cuidado. Café da manhã - muito bom com bastante opções. Estavas tudo ótimo. Lazer - como estava com duas crianças, uma de 5e outra de 1 ano, foi MUITO bom ter a área kids para eles brincarem de noite. Tinha Sinuca, ping pong, academia, piscina (estava fria não entrei) e área kids. Não é um Hotel com proposta de mega lazer nem nada demais, mas me surpreendi com a qualidade pelo preço que paguei. (R$ 250) Quando eu precisar ir a Londrina, ficaria facilmente no hotel novamente e indico a quem quiser pode ir sem medo!

I wish I could have had more time to spend there. The costumer service at the breakfast which is lovely and plenty of food choices they even go an extra mile to give you a good experience. Reception team they are just attentive and awesome the maintenance team the same and the cleaning team all as above. So I do recommend the hotel and I can’t wait to be back in December for another 5 nights. 😊
