With daily already paga(R$369,54) ,*time of check-i* I had to pay more R$130,00 (R$30,00 fee for having a baby that already cost *a ******* and R$80,00 for a bi-bed). Hotel sensacional. Só tenho elogios. Recepção com atendentes super mega simpáticos (Destaque para o Lucas). Café da manhã maravilhoso. Estrutura e organização impecáveis. Eventos muito legais promovidos no hotel. Facilidade de ter transporte para centro. Já me hospedei duas vezes e retornarei com certeza.

First of all, the location of the hotel is very good. It's less than 10 minutes by taxi from Porto Alegri Airport and the interior facilities of the hotel are clean. The price is reasonable, the reception staff are very good at English communication and friendly. Dinner was also available in a buffet style with 62 reals, so it was convenient.I am sure I am willing to visit again.

Primordial service from arrival, reception employee Marcos is always helpful. The adequate facilities are very well sanitized. The breakfast was wonderful, compared to the previous experience at the Hotel Brisa Tower in Maceió.

Amazing experience. Probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The combination of facilities, luxury and service was perfect from the moment we arrived until we left the hotel. Unforgettable moments for us. It will certainly be a must-see on our next trip to Brazil.

The hotel is in a great location, right opposite the rodoviária. It is very clean, functional and comfortable. The staff very friendly and professional. Breakfast is amazing! We stay in this hotel every time we need to take a bus or a flight, highly recomended.

Sandro was an incredible host. He went above and beyond to support my mum and I on this trip. We ended up getting sick and his kindness was valuable. I truly recommend this accommodation. The place is beautiful and the cabins are gorgeous and fully equipped.

The team well requests, academy mto well equipped and with new equipment...mto spa good and with staff who do everything to enjoy...excellent breakfast...excellent location, well in the grass center...in front of the cake street...paid parking, even for guests...

We couldn't take a bath because the hotel was without water, just a absurd one.
