We arrived at the hotel before 1300 and the room was not ready. The lady at the counter then offered us a free upgrade and free access to the executive lounge for happy hours. Amazing. The room is a standard hotel room with a king sized bed. The TV only has 10 local channels and none of them is English channel. The bathroom is a big plus and it comes with all basic items (comb, brush, shaver, etc). It has a shower area and a bathtub area. Quite spacious for this kind of standard hotel room. We were at 19/F and the view was also great! Highly recommended!

My stay here was absolutely fantastic! I booked a king-sized room, and the mattress was perfectly comfortable—not too soft, not too firm. The bedding was clean and super soft, making it incredibly cozy to lie down and get a great night's sleep. The breakfast was a buffet with a wide variety of dishes, all tasting delicious and made with fresh ingredients. I was thoroughly satisfied with the meal. Overall, the environment was spotless, and the service was attentive. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay!

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Fuhuali, making dining and shopping very convenient. There are also several convenience stores nearby, and **food delivery can be brought directly to the room.** There's a ground parking lot diagonally opposite the hotel, and hotel guests can get a discount on parking fees. The room was clean and tidy, with no mosquitoes or insects. It's also very close to Gongbei Port, just a few kilometers away. Overall, highly recommended!

The apartment is a duplex, but quite small. It works fine for two people, though the kitchen setup is very limited—there’s only a single-burner stove and no cookware at all, not even basic utensils like forks. Housekeeping was a positive aspect, as cleaners came daily to tidy up and provide bottled water. The location is excellent, with Metro Line 11/25 right next to the community gate, making it very convenient for getting around. However, the apartment may not be suitable for older travelers or anyone with heavy luggage. You need to carry your bags upstairs yourself, and no assistance is provided. Another important point is connectivity. While the apartment has Wi-Fi, it did not work properly with international phones. Even with VPN attempts, we couldn’t get reliable access. If you’re traveling from outside China, it’s best to plan ahead by getting an eSIM or local SIM card. Keep in mind that many international apps may still not function due to regional restrictions, so you may need to rely on local apps instead. Overall, the stay was decent. Just be prepared for these limitations and plan accordingly when visiting China.

My stay was exceptionally comfortable. The room was clean, tidy, and had a cozy, inviting layout. The staff were warm, attentive, and very responsive. The location offers convenient transportation and excellent amenities. The hotel provides outstanding value for money, and my overall impression was very positive. This will definitely be my first choice for future trips.

While this is a decent hotel, the high price point doesn’t fully align with the experience. The location is excellent, sitting right next to the shopping mall entrance, and the concierge service is top-notch. Rooms are clean and feature a minimalist, Muji-style design; however, the extreme simplicity feels a bit underwhelming upon arrival. On the downside, the bathroom is small and the bed is uncomfortably firm. Breakfast was a major disappointment, offering limited variety and subpar taste. Additionally, the adjacent two-story Muji shop feels cramped and has a surprisingly limited product selection.

The hotel is clean, spacious, and bright, with large windows providing plenty of natural light. The facilities are convenient. The front desk staff and hotel manager were all incredibly warm, friendly, and professional, as was the room service – everything was impeccable. We had a very comfortable stay during our trip. The room had good soundproofing, and the staff were enthusiastic and efficient, basically fulfilling every request. Most importantly, the room rates were affordable, and parking was free. We were very satisfied! It's also conveniently located near the subway and airport for easy access.

The room size was pretty good, and it's super close to Gongbei Port – you can even see it from the room! The cleaning lady was lovely; she folded our clothes and left them on the bed every day. 😂👍 We also loved the smart robot, Xiaobai 🤖. The only downside is that despite how heavy the door is, it's not very soundproof. You can hear everything quite clearly if people in the next room are talking a bit loudly 🤦‍♀️. Luckily, the front desk provided earplugs 🤷‍♀️.

The rooms are clean and tidy, with complete and well-maintained facilities. The rooftop sky garden offers a delightful view. The hotel is right next to Lianhua Mountain Park, making an evening stroll after dinner super comfortable and relaxing. It's just one subway stop to Huaqiangbei for shopping and sightseeing, and the Gangsha Hui downstairs has a dazzling night view. Getting to the Shopping Park bar street is convenient, and it's hassle-free to grab a drink with friends. The front desk service is attentive, making for a perfect stay and travel experience.
