The staff at this hotel truly made my stay outstanding. Everyone I met was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk team was especially impressive — professional, patient, and always ready with thoughtful suggestions seeing that I’m a first time traveller to China. Their proactive service, friendly smiles, and willingness to go the extra mile created a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. Never had I been offered to be allowed to view each room and its view from the 31st floor overlooking central before. It’s rare to find a team this dedicated. Highly recommended.

The hotel is a standard five-star hotel. The service attitude of the girl at the front desk was good and the check-in experience was very good. The hotel is very convenient to the city's attractions, including the ancient city, Fengchi Garden, and Foding Temple, which are only a few minutes' walk away. The wetland park can be reached by bus. The air is very comfortable when strolling by the river in the morning. There are also many restaurants around, especially the Liupanshui specialty food Laoguo Street, which is only a few minutes away. Hygiene: Very clean. The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, very clean and tidy. The front desk service was excellent, always ready to assist. The rooms are spacious and bright, with an elegant environment, offering a garden-style accommodation experience. Highly recommended.

Food lovers will be in paradise at this hotel! The Yun Shang Buffet on the 57th floor is the highest panoramic restaurant in the city, offering unlimited seafood, freshly carved Tomahawk steak, and Haagen-Dazs desserts. Breakfast features both French croissants and local Guiyang wontons and sticky rice. The Le Xuan Hua Chinese restaurant on the 4th floor serves authentic Qian cuisine, with sour soup and stir-fried pork that capture the local flavors. The special Cili (Rosa Roxburghii) cocktail at the Le Bar on the 55th floor is incredibly creative, and the Executive Lounge provides all-day afternoon tea and evening hot food. You can enjoy a grand meal while watching the sunset and savor all of Guiyang's specialties without even leaving the hotel. The dining quality truly lives up to five-star standards. This hotel stay was incredibly comfortable! The room was quite spacious at 49 square meters, offering plenty of room to move around without feeling cramped. The bathroom had a three-part separation (sink, toilet, and shower), which was incredibly convenient for families or friends sharing a room, as no one had to wait for others. I also loved the layout with distinct living and sleeping areas, ensuring a quiet and undisturbed rest. The smart home system was a breeze to use; just a voice command to control lights, curtains, and AC. It's a godsend for anyone a bit lazy and easy for seniors to pick up too. The location on North Bank Street is super easy to find, and it's so convenient for getting around or going shopping. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and will definitely be back!

The hotel's location is great; it's within walking distance of MixC World, and about 1.5 km from Yitian City and Jiaxiu Tower, making it a very convenient spot in the old city. If you're driving, you can park in the Hongtong City parking lot next door and take the connecting walkway to the hotel. Next to Hongtong City is the Erqi Snack City, where I finally got to try the highly anticipated Gaoba Xifan (sticky rice porridge), which was very authentic and not too crowded. I highly recommend the hotel's 'Pet Paradise' for families with young children. The animals are very clean, unlike some external animal feeding places, and it's not crowded. The staff are enthusiastic and helpful, assisting with animal feed (which is free) and ensuring guest safety. It was a perfect way to avoid the crowds during the Dragon Boat Festival and enjoy a leisurely tour of Guiyang. Since there are many out-of-town visitors, I suggest the rice noodles and Changwang noodles at breakfast could be pre-seasoned with local condiments. Also, since there's congee, it would be great to have more variety, like salted eggs. Otherwise, everything else was good.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 10-minute walk to the old town, the Confucius Temple, the Martial Temple, and the snack street, making it super convenient for sightseeing. The room was clean and tidy, and the mattress was soft and comfortable. The only minor drawback was that it could get a bit stuffy at night. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful; they not only helped us plan our routes to Jiuzhou Ancient Town and Baojiatun but also thoughtfully recommended an amazing bean and rice hotpot place.

Who knows! This trip was originally just about finding a place close to the scenic spots and convenient for dining, but I was completely blown away by the experience at this hotel. It's only a few minutes' walk from the entrance to the scenic area, so I could sleep in and leisurely stroll in, saving so much trouble. The hotel is surrounded by local restaurants and snack shops, so I didn't have to go far to find food – a paradise for lazy people! I was immediately captivated by the room. The overall design was a sophisticated wabi-sabi style, with gentle and comfortable color schemes, completely unlike the cookie-cutter style of chain hotels. The bed was large and soft, making for a wonderful sleep. The carpets and wall decorations were very stylish, showing the owner put a lot of thought into the design. The cleanliness was impeccable; there wasn't a speck of dust in the corners, and the bathroom had no odors, making me feel very safe and secure. The hotel's public areas were also amazing – every corner was photogenic, and there was even a gym. The biggest surprise was the bathtub and swimming pool; after a long day of playing, a soak or a swim in the evening would instantly relieve all the fatigue of the trip. The service details were the biggest plus! The hotel proactively contacted us the day before our check-in, thoughtfully sending us a super practical travel guide, which saved us a lot of time planning by providing information on scenic routes and nearby restaurants. During our stay, the staff were also very welcoming, responding quickly to any needs and offering exceptional service, like friendly companions. Overall, this hotel is impeccable in terms of location, cleanliness, facilities, and service. It's close to the scenic spots, convenient for dining, the rooms are comfortable and stylish, and there's a swimming pool and gym, plus the attentive service. This trip was so comfortable; I'll definitely stay here again next time! For anyone traveling around here, you absolutely won't regret choosing this hotel!

This hotel is incredibile. From the scent and the decoration in the hall to the little detail inside the room. The service is impeccable: kind, patience and availability at every time. Me and my girlfriend loved this place and we'll definitely come back. They also upgraded our room because the first one was not in higher floor as I requested in the first place. So, without hesitation, they gave us a better room on the 30st floor. Thank you!

 Out of the 8 hotels that we have stayed so far for this trip to Guizhou, we found this hotel to be the most outstanding in terms of service especially the staff during the morning breakfast.  She was very knowledgeable in introducing the specialties of food in Zunyi that was served.  She even went to the extend of introducing the park that has the blooming cherry blossom. The varieties of food served during breakfast was great. Breakfast served on the top floor was great too. The room was also very comfortable.  Toiletries like body wash, shampoo, body lotion, etc were all with natural plant iingredients.
