We reached the hotel at 3AM the very early morning time with notice in advance. The checkin process is quick within lesser than 5mins. The property has the good location which is within walkable distance to the frequently visited attractions of the city. The time when we paid a visit to the city, beautiful lines of blossoms are blooming leading to the foremost satisfaction of staying here. Finally, the checkout is quick and sanitary staff also is friendly and helpful though there is language barrier but body language helped by the way. It’s recommended if you want to seek good property for stays during Harbin center.

The service of the staff at this hotel is very good. Staff are humble but receptionists can’t speak English. Only one guy whom I guess he is a front office manager, could speak some English. Also breakfast at this hotel is superb! It’s full of varieties of food but mostly Chinese food, not Western food. It’s really impressive for me to have breakfast here. There’s also big shrimps in the buffet line. I have never seen this option from other hotels. The room itself is also spacious. Location of this hotel is perfect, quite close to all main tourist attractions.

We stayed at the hotel as a family of four for three nights. The check-in went quickly and smoothly. All our requests were met and we settled in right away with no issues. Our room was quiet (no street noise) with a great city-view facing the Main Street. The cleaning was usual. The supplies were refilled daily. Breakfast had Chinese and western-like options. All staff was friendly and welcoming. The check out was quick. The porter helped us with our luggage (a carry-on suitcase, tote bag, and stroller) and bid farewell. One thing that would make this stay a better experience is to have more control of the light in the room. One could only have all of it on or off, no bed light. And the rain shower could use some minor fixing. Overall, we had great experience and it was a much better option space-wise (45 sq.m) and money-wise compared to other hotels of the same type and star rating.

You should call the hotel once arrived in Harbin. Which is not an easy thing to do unless you speak Chinese. I was helped by the airport personnel (but you have to walk out from arrival hall and get to the departure hall where the info desk is). The hotel itself is nice but in China they smoke everywhere, so rooms are quite smelly. 1F restaurant personnel were very kind and supportive. Will stay there next time since there is no much choice for an overnight in the airport area. Konggang and another hotel are just the other side of the street. Mini market is nearby which is convenient.

Everything was good except that the room makeup throughout our stay could have been better. Blanket and bed sheets were simply pulled up and pillows were left as they were. Bathing robe was not changed. Photos show room after nakeup. What's fantastic was the location. The MRT was just in front of the hotel and conveniences stores were just beside it. Many eating places and restaurants near to the hotel. The Zhongyang Pedestrian Street was a short walk away and Saint Sophia Cathedral.was just 1km. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. At the GF waiting area were snacks and free flow of tea and coffee 24/7. Good value for money. Enjoyed my stay .

The Ibis Harbin Central Street Airport Bus Station Hotel is the ideal place of convenience in Harbin because the bus top that connects directly to the Taiping International Airport is literally right outside; less than one minute. The nearest subway station is located in Shangzhi and is only 7-10 minutes on foot. The general areas and the room was very clean and all basic amenities were provided. The breakfast was quite good and the price was reasonable. The customer service was very good and they have their own AI robot that delivers food to your door and the still call to make sure you know the delivery is outside your door. She even does the meals by herself with the help of four other friendly and helpful women. The breakfast is simple local porridge served with pickled vegetables and also hard boiled eggs. Snow valley is a small town 2 to 3 hours drive away from Snow Village. There are scheduled long distance buses from Harbin to and fro Harbin as well as Snow Village. The hostess will help her guests with the transport arrangements and the buses will pick guests up from the main street just 100m away from this accommodation.

They booked the bus for us to come from Harbin and teach us how to get to Snow Valley. The welcoming us with good service. They also offer package to play snow at mountain around 400 yuan (Snow Mobile, Snow Tubing, Banana Boat, Sledge and ski). A husband of owner bring us from hotel to the mountain and guide us from buy a ticket and play the entertainment in mountain. He also take of ours video and picture when we play there. At night, they burn a firewood to make a feel in winter and give us sunflower seed and frozen fruit. Morning, They took us playing the tubing and sledge around the hotel. Very happy and took us Snow Horse Car around the village. Lastly, they send us to the bus stop before we are going back to Harbin. In front of the hotel, it has a mini animal park that can we visit. Everything is perfect and the owner are very nice. We will come again. They took care of us everything. We love soo much this hotel. Very recommended
