Suspected Trip.com approved star standard, this facility can be called five stars, the room is relatively large, but all aspects of health are not enough to be rated as five stars.
1. There are 2 dryers in the laundry room, and must be kept next to it until drying, otherwise it will be wet all night.
2. The whole hotel includes a strange smell in the room, including the room.
3. The room to be quiet is noted. When it arrives at 11 pm, the front desk actively upgrades to a room that can be entered by the elevator. It does not look at the remarks.
4. Breakfast is really unnecessary, the variety is scarce, and the supply is insufficient.

What a truly excellent hotel! The breakfast area was always bustling, offering delicious and distinctive dishes. The service was top-notch, with staff diligently clearing tables. We received welcome fruit daily. If I ever return to Ordos, I would definitely choose this hotel again. Its unique charm and the warm, personal touch from the staff are truly commendable. It truly lives up to its 'Warm City' nickname! ☺

Let's start with the positives: First, the location is excellent. It's really convenient for getting to the train station, attractions, and shopping centers. Second, all the staff at the hotel are great, especially the room cleaners. They're incredibly responsive, always willing to help, and have the kindest demeanor. They were the only ones who genuinely smiled among all the hotel staff. After they finished cleaning, I thanked them, and the lady just smiled and said, 'You're welcome.' I'd gladly pay a premium for their service. Third, while the rooms aren't equipped with high-tech gadgets, they are clean and hygienic.
Now for the negatives: First, there was a middle-aged man standing near the hotel's drop-off point. I'm a woman in my sixties, and I arrived with my daughter and young grandson. This man stood about five paces away, didn't even glance our way, let alone help us with our luggage from the car. I honestly thought he was just a prop. Given the fantastic service from the cleaners, I was ready to give the hotel a perfect score. However, when I checked out, my daughter had already taken the child skiing. I was alone, pulling my suitcase, carrying a backpack, and a large bag of local specialties out of the hotel lobby. I happened to see him helping a young man with his luggage into the entrance. The young man had nothing but a camera in his hand. This man looked at me, then turned and walked out. I was speechless. I gave the hotel service a perfect score because I truly didn't want one bad apple to spoil the whole bunch.
Second, I booked a kids' room. It wasn't very big and had a small tent. The trade-off was that there was no sofa; you basically stepped straight from the door onto the bed. If your child isn't particularly fond of playing in tents, there's really no need to book a kids' room.
Third, the hotel breakfast seemed to offer Chinese, Western, and Mongolian options, but none of them were particularly good. The restaurant staff, however, were very nice.
Fourth, because the hotel didn't provide disposable combs, I mistakenly thought a comb my daughter had brought was a hotel amenity. When I checked out, I tidied up the room a bit, and there was a comb on the bathroom counter. Two days later, my daughter asked me for her comb, and that's when I realized it was hers. The hotel didn't call me during this time. When I called to ask, they said it would cost 18 yuan to ship it from Hohhot to Beijing, at my expense. Given the comb itself only cost 20 yuan, I decided to let it go. This incident completely extinguished any desire I had to stay at your hotel again.

We had to change rooms because we found an insect. To make matters worse, while getting settled, I accidentally scalded my arm with hot water while preparing tea. A staff member kindly provided some ointment, but it was still quite painful.
The new room, unfortunately, was on an upper floor facing the main road and lacked proper soundproofing. We could hear traffic noise throughout the night, which is far from ideal for light sleepers or elderly guests sensitive to noise.
Adding to our troubles, the strip lights in the room couldn't be turned off. It was too bright to sleep, and despite not wanting to bother anyone late at night, I had to call an engineer again to fix it. We were told the ballast was broken. It was just one thing after another!
As a gesture, they waived the charges for our drinks and water, amounting to over 40 yuan. Honestly, I wasn't looking for compensation; I just felt completely worn out, physically and mentally, after the injury and all the accumulated hassles.
This was our experience. To be fair, despite these specific issues, our overall stay wasn't entirely bad. Bugs can appear anywhere, and thorough pest control might prevent them. However, lights shouldn't be faulty, especially in a hotel. Perhaps this Wanda property is getting a bit old.
(The attached photo was taken on the third day. I hadn't initially planned on writing a review, which is why I didn't take pictures of the issues as they occurred.)

Let's start with the positives: The overall service, from the front desk staff to the cleaning aunties, was quite good. The location is also excellent, making it convenient to get everywhere. The room was spacious, and it even had a bathtub.
Now for the negatives: There was only one duvet per room, with no extras, just a blanket. This isn't a huge issue, but the next morning, I woke up with fresh red bites all over my body and arms. I just wanted to report this to the hotel, but then 2-3 people came up, supposedly to solve the problem, and immediately asked, ”Did you go to the grasslands? These must be mosquito bites. Our duvets are disinfected, so there shouldn't be any problem.” I was speechless. First, we had just arrived in Hailar and hadn't even been to the grasslands yet. Second, if the bites were above my waist, would mosquitoes really bite me while I was under the covers? Do you change the duvet inserts for every guest? They wouldn't admit there was a problem and instead tried to push the blame onto the customer. It would have been better if they hadn't sent anyone at all. We didn't make any further demands; we just checked out and left.

Facilities: It is convenient to order takeout with a robot! The room has electric curtains, the toilet is the most old-fashioned, and the bathroom smells a bit! The air conditioner has only a small outlet, and the bed is inside. The air conditioner is still very hot when it is turned on to 18 degrees, and the temperature is displayed as 25.5! The TV can't cast the screen!
Environment: Very noisy! It happened to be a China-Korea trade meeting, there were a lot of people, no parking spaces, and no one came to guide parking. There were cars parked everywhere in front of the hotel!
Service: The service is OK. I was woken up by the waiter early in the morning, all kinds of noise! There is a construction site next to the hotel, and the house is being built, and the noise is loud! The sound insulation is too poor! In the morning, the neighbor was cleaning the room, vacuuming and clanging, and I couldn't sleep well at all!
The sound of water running upstairs is also very clear!
Reception is very helpful and extremely welcoming.. Mariott always lives up to its name. It's the only hotel that allows me to change money into smaller change.
Room is comfortable and cosy. Worth every single cent. Location is great too. 2 malls are within walking distance.

Service: First of all, the hotel's service is very good. From the moment you enter the hotel, you will be guided and served. It is friendly but not exaggeratedly enthusiastic. Thumbs up👍
Facilities: 1. The facilities in the room are a bit old, but this is also a common feature of some old hotels. It is understandable, but the facilities are complete. 2. In addition, the climate here is a bit dry, and the humidifier in the room is really thoughtful. 3. The parking lot is large and free, and there are multiple charging piles, which is very convenient.
Environment: The hotel decoration has the characteristics of Inner Mongolia, and it is atmospheric! I didn't expect that you can catch dolls in the hotel. Hahaha, I like it so much. The surrounding roads are very spacious and there is no traffic jam. It takes only ten minutes to drive to the mall. It is the first choice for self-driving travel.

The hotel lobby is exceptionally elegant, with many solid wood decorations. Presenting a hada (a ceremonial scarf) upon entry is a very ceremonial experience, which the children loved.
Check-in and check-out at the front desk were quick. During the National Day holiday, they even proactively upgraded us to a suite with a beautiful view of Wulanmulun Lake.
The breakfast selection was quite extensive. The mutton noodles were inconsistent in quality; they were delicious the first day but too bland the second, though overall very tasty.
The bedding was comfortable, but the room was quite hot; we had to open the window to sleep at night, perhaps because of the underfloor heating. Although the hotel just opened this year, two rooms had different odors: one was almost odorless and well-ventilated, while the other had a strong aromatherapy smell and poor ventilation. The staff said it was an automatic air-purifying system, but it couldn't completely shut off the odor… The front desk and lobby staff were very welcoming, but the service response was too slow. On the first day, we called to ask our child for toiletries, and they said they were out of stock. The next day, when we went to the front desk, they provided them. We don't know if they genuinely didn't have them or if there was another reason.
Overall, it was very good, but the room service could be improved. I would recommend it to friends and hope it will be better next time.

This hotel experience was a perfect one! Not only is the decor so stylish it's instantly appealing, but the value-added services are incredibly thoughtful, down to the last detail—there's a convenient airport pickup, a cafeteria open late at night, and welcome fruit.
The most surprising thing was the butler service. They arranged an airport drop-off a few days before my stay, so I didn't have to worry about it. After my stay, they also provided precise recommendations for local restaurants and fun activities. The entire experience was truly fantastic.

GGuest UserThe hotel is about 4 kilometers away from the highway. The hotel is very convenient for parking and dining. There is a gas station more than 100 meters away from the hotel, so it is a good choice to take a break as a self-driving tour. In addition, hotel services and facilities are also good.
XXieyuanyuanAs luck would have it, we all work in the government affairs system, and we naturally developed a good impression before we even checked in! The hotel has a beautiful natural environment, standardized management, and is not far from various scenic spots in the city. The front desk staff who checked in at the Guobin Building 11 were polite, enthusiastic, thoughtful, and responsive. Zhang Yanan, the manager of the housekeeping department, personally sent us to the room, introduced the relevant facilities of the room, and sent welcome fruits. The area in the room is relatively large. Although the facilities are a bit old, they are still well maintained, and there are full of details everywhere, giving people a feeling of being at home. The breakfast is currently a set meal, with a reasonable price and good taste. Next time I come to Hohhot, I will choose Xincheng Hotel.

MM437293****The International Hotel was great! The heating was on, so the room temperature was perfect, and the room itself was very spacious. The bedding was also super comfortable. Plus, having a convenience store on the first floor was incredibly handy.
GGuest UserIt’s my second time to stay at the Orange Hotel. The environment is very beautiful and my children like it very much. There is one thing that is very inappropriate. My child peed the bed. I’m very sorry. I heard that I didn’t complain at all and didn’t mention it when I checked out. Avoid it. Saved me the embarrassment, thank you very much. And there is no extra charge. The service is really great. The children are very happy and so are the adults. The parking lot in front of the door is very convenient for parking. I like it very much.
GGuest UserThe location is easy to find. The front desk service is very friendly. The room is clean and tidy. I am very satisfied with the environment. The whole house is smart and convenient! The price is also quite affordable. I came here with my friends and was very satisfied with the food and accommodation!

MM47015****The Baochen Smart Select Hotel was such a pleasant surprise! The room was spotless, and the bedding was soft and odorless, making for a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and patient, proactively recommending local eateries and routes. The location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, making it easy to explore and get around. The facilities are excellent, with plenty of hot water and fast Wi-Fi; every detail shows their thoughtfulness. The value for money is incredible! I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town and have already recommended it to my friends!
