非常乾淨清爽的酒店，小而精緻。周圍環境也很好，酒店內部設施很新很全。前台服務也很周到，就是晚上出門不太方便需要繞一下

The stay was good. The location is quite away from main train/bus station and from Masarykovo náměstí. With tram 13, you can come quite close to the hotel. The room was quite good, but building a bit old. Area surrounding the hotel: not that many supermarkets and restaurants in close vicinity, but if you walk a bit you can find some restaurants cheap and with good food. Surrounding area mainly Czech speaking, but friendly with foreigners and communication possible with Google translate. The staff was friendly and helpful. Cleanliness: good.

This hotel is good, that is, the front desk service is not good, the parking is too expensive, the bed is too small and too old, it is recommended to improve it, don't waste your own good conditions

I stayed at Mercure, Imperial, Quality in Ostrava so I basically tried all 3 major hotels in downtown. But Sting is incomparable!!! Of course the price is not exactly the same, but if you are traveling with someone else or in a group, booking Sting is a no brainer!! (i stayed alone) I loved my stay!!!!!!! Definitely will choose Sting again

Stayed in room 414, liked the fact that it had a microwave! The only downside of this hotel is that you need to walk up stairs to the lobby. (Photo is of the lounge -＞ has electric kettle there)

Hotel location was so good access to downtown Staff is friendly too And it was so nice to have a free parking lot. I will use it again when I go to Czech business trip.

Location is good,within 10 mins to the tram station and a few stops to main train station. Supermarket and restaurants nearby. Also 10 mins walk to the park. The hotel is a bit old with basic amenities. Location and service ia good.

Facilities: relatively new Hygienic: good, the kettle is not very clean Environment: General, a bit biased Service: Breakfast is average

Ho passato una settimana in questa struttura per lavoro, la camera pulita e spaziosa, bagno grande e funzionale; ottima l’insonorizzazione. Colazione da provare ! Ci tornerò

Clean castle, and the park around and spa are very careful. Little people, camera, reasonable prices and hotel breakfast Ok.
