I had a very satisfying stay at the IntercityHotel Berlin Airport BER Terminal 1+2. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right next to the airport. It's a short walk from the terminal, which is perfect for travelers catching early flights or arriving late.
The room was clean and tidy, and quite spacious. The twin business room had comfortable beds and excellent soundproofing, ensuring a very quiet night's rest. The facilities were comprehensive, and the overall environment was modern and comfortable.
The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful; both check-in and check-out were smooth. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and tasted great.
Overall, I was extremely pleased with everything, from the location and room comfort to the service. If I'm ever flying from Berlin Airport again, I'll definitely choose to stay here.
Super beautiful and sweet room. You have to hear a train rush in the night 2-3, but not really dramatic. The breakfast was almost empty and the coffee machine was not going, but it was possible to make it at the reception because they have a machine there. The lady behind the trees could check in as well as no German. We can't, however, english many certainly. If I book a hotel in DE, I would like a German-speaking person as a contact point for all cases. But € 100 for 2 people with breakfast and parking (10€) very good. Please return
It was another wonderful and eventful trip.
Unfortunately, some attractions were broken or the soda machines were empty; this needs to be improved. The kettle in the room was also broken.
The staff at the hotel was exceptionally friendly, the breakfast buffet was very extensive and delicious. It is seen individually that the building has come into the years and could need a little lifting in the form of color and newer equipment. For the location is very good, centrally located and everything is well reached. You should work with this pound.
This is new hotel, conveniently located very close to the central train station in Potsdam. Take the exit to Friedrich-Engels-Straße, turn right and you already see the new nice looking building about 300 m away on the other side of the street ”Lange Brücke” (long bridge). The reception and breakfast area is on the first floor (Erdgeschoss), well lighted with large windows. Everything looks new, nice and neat. (No worries, no smell at all from construction materials or new furniture, also not in the corridors or in my room). The standard room I booked is small with minimalistic furniture, but I like it simple anyway. The tiles in the bathroom are real cool and nice looking, so is the carpet and color arrangement in the floors.
The staff was friendly, but you need to be a bit patient, as several if them are new and still being trained on the software to check in. 😊
No doubt, next trip to Potsdam I will chose the same hotel.
The price was very affordable, and the room's cleanliness was acceptable. If you're staying on the first floor, be aware that the elevator has two entrances; the correct one for your room is on the left when facing the buttons. It's about a 5-minute walk from the train station with luggage, very close, on the same side of the street, straight ahead. The trains seem to run all night, and it's only two stops to the airport, which was incredibly convenient for an early morning flight.
When you stay at Kur- & Wellness Haus Spree Balance in Burg, you'll be on a river, within a 10-minute walk of Spreewald-Therme and Burg im Spreewald - Tourist Information Office. This luxury hotel is 0.5 mi (0.8 km) from Kirche Burg (Spreewald) and 0.6 mi (1 km) from Heimatstube Burg.
Pamper yourself with a visit to the spa, which offers massages, body treatments, and facials. Additional features at this hotel include complimentary wireless internet access, wedding services, and tour/ticket assistance.
Satisfy your appetite for lunch or dinner at Konrads, a restaurant which specializes in local and international cuisine, or stay in and take advantage of the room service (during limited hours). Wrap up your day with a drink at the bar/lounge.
Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, multilingual staff, and luggage storage. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Stay in one of 38 guestrooms featuring flat-screen televisions. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and satellite programming is available for your entertainment. Private bathrooms with bathtubs or showers feature rainfall showerheads and complimentary toiletries. Conveniences include safes and desks, and housekeeping is provided daily.
SSummer-coolWarm service, great breakfast, although far from the city, there are 2 big supermarkets opposite the hotel, convenient shopping. The accommodation is clean and tidy, although it is an old-fashioned door key, but the sense of security is still enough.
5* Hotel . Booked 5 months ahead for a good price. Convenient location especially if you have an early flight to catch. Room was very nice and comfy bed. Highly recommend
The hotel is worth it’s money and well managed. The standard is good considering the relatively low costs, The breakfast is nice. Unfortunately, the hotel charges for parking in its underground parking lot 14 euros per day. The breakfast is nice! Room service comes only every 3 days and after we asked for daily room service it still wasn’t done.
I stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Cottbus and, unfortunately, my experience did not match the hotel’s supposed four-star standard. The staff at the restaurant and reception were genuinely friendly and helpful (5*)— that’s the only reason my rating isn’t lower. However, the room condition was disappointing: wallpaper peeling off, visible stains on the carpet, and even some exposed wiring near the ceiling where a lamp used to be. The overall cleanliness and maintenance felt neglected. You could sense that the place once had class, but now it’s in need of serious renovation. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, and the chef clearly cares about quality — but it’s hard to enjoy a nice meal when your room feels worn out and tired. In my opinion, this hotel currently feels closer to a three-star level at best. I sincerely hope management will invest in proper maintenance to bring the place back to the standard that the name “Radisson Blu” promises.

LLucien P. FantkeFantastic location. Friendly service. Good breakfast. But: internet super slow if working at all. No flexibility in bike rental. Staff tried to be helpful but wasn’t very knowledgeable in certain areas. Free welcome apples were a nice touch. Room itself could have been cleaner. Broken outside window. Tv not properly working due to internet issues. Water wasn’t refilled. Had to ask for refill during our 3 day stay (even we booked the luxury suite) especially on a Sunday when all shops are closed that isn’t very cool. Staff was very friendly about it but I would prefer service that doesn’t wait for me to ask for things.
Despite the 10mins long walk on main road to the hotel (they do provide sign to guide you), I really enjoyed my stay that is away from the city. The front desk staffs are very friendly in helping me in renting a bicycle and using their sauna. A great place to unwind and relax with long cycling path. The breakfast is acceptable and filled with choices. The front desk staffs also informed me that they do sell pizza when I come back late one night as everywhere nearby was closed
Location directly next to the train station from where you can quickly get to Berlin or the center of Potsdam. Large, clean and fully equipped apartment. Despite our early arrival, we were checked in a few hours earlier
