The room is very cozy, the facilities are not too new but they are all good. There is a meadow outside the room window, and the view is great. There are kettles, tea cups, coffee, etc., which is very convenient.

This is the best hotel I stayed in the UK for 20 days. After arriving at noon, they were warmly greeted by the hotel hostess Jan. She not only took the initiative to introduce the situation of the hotel, but also sent us to the room and asked if we would like to make tea. The lobby is very cozy, there are many cakes and sweets to eat at will. The room is almost like home, because it has everything. The sea view room we booked is also equipped with a telescope. The breakfast is cooked exclusively in the kitchen, and authentic Welsh recipes are optional. The room was clean and tidy. We spent three pleasant and comfortable days in Caernarfon. We often travel abroad. The hotel is top-notch in terms of services, facilities, and catering. Please thank Ctrip for us!

Really clean room, good service at the front desk but the aircon is like a cement mixer unfortunately :-( if they sort that out then it’s a perfect stay! Also parking is non existent you need to put your car in a council car park and hope it doesn’t get broken into! Btw don’t stay in a room opposite the travel lodge as you will be away all night! Other than that no issues.

Hotel is where the marina is. So it is nice. It is also the opposite end to where the castle is. Fortunately, Caernarfon is not very big. It's a nice 10 min walk along the coastal castle wall. What's unfortunate is that our toilet smells of urine and that the hotel doesnt really have a drop off drive way. The hotel uses public carpark for guests, so imagine when it rains. Reception is 1 floor up. More like a cashier counter. All in all, stay was fine, just a little ”piss” off with the smell in the bathroom.

Easy access, good location, friendly personnel

Despite the C19 restrictions the trip has been amazing. The staff is gentle, friendly and very helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and cozy. The location of the hotel is very convenient, car park included and hotel decoration full of details and interesting stories.

Highly recommended for a night in Bangor, probably the best choice for a budget of £100/night. Located in the university, on the hill, it has nice view over the city and the river. The room was larger than what I expected, and is clean and nicely furnished. The breakfast was good, traditional British style with a bit more choices to serve.

A beautiful location. Friendly and helpful staff. Great food and good children’s menu at the hall. The children enjoyed the playground and safe environment.

I was very happy with the lady who checked us in she was very friendly and helpful. Also she had given us more condiments when needed the bed was comfy too.
