GGuest UserI stayed here for one night on a Saturday as a solo traveller, and it was a truly pleasant experience. I wasnât flying but chose this hotel for its convenient location close to family, and it turned out to be an excellent choice.
From the moment I arrived at the Paisley based hotel, the reception team made me feel genuinely welcome. Their friendly manner and thoughtful approach created such a positive first impression and really set the tone for my stay.
The room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable, offering everything needed for a restful night. I felt completely safe and well looked after, which made the stay even more relaxing.
A heartfelt thankâyou to Hannah, Bubbles who were both wonderfulâkind, personable, attentive(plus generous - looking forward to enjoying my Scottish fudge), and the rest of the Courtyard team for their warm hospitality and professionalism. I would happily stay again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming base near Glasgow.

GGuest UserWas disappointed this time stay at this hotel a few times. Our plane was delayed so we never arrived until 2am. The girl at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Went to our room and there was an awful noise coming from the bathroom it was like a strong wind blowing through the cistern. We flushed the toilet a few times but it wouldnât go away, we were tired so just went to bed with the bathroom door closed but could still hear it. We were up at 6.30 am went for breakfast and reported it to reception. The first girl we spoke to didnât seem interested at all, just said she was listening but there was nothing she could do. It was her attitude more than anything , we then went back up and checked out about 7.30am the second girl at check out was nicer said she would report it and would be in touch. We like this hotel and go away a lot but we were very disappointed in the attitude of us having a very sleepless few hours. Took a video of it but it wonât upload.

GGuest UserRight across the road from the airport exit, super convenient! Don't follow your GPS, it'll take you on a huge detour. The hotel is actually really big, and you just cross the street from the exit. Perfect for people catching flights. We arrived at 2, had a quick rest, and even managed to check out Glasgow University!

GGuest UserHotel seemed a bit tired and in need of some tlc, staff all friendly when spoken to and bar staff helpful. Bar area seemed a bit cramped and awkward. Our room was supposed to be executive but felt pretty cramped. Have stayed elsewhere for less and had more space. The bathroom had nowhere to put toiletries in or out of the shower and the toilet in a very enclosed space between the wall and the glass shower door. Actually banged my shoulder on the toilet roll holder! Room was clean but bed was rock hard and neither of us managed to get much sleep due to having to keep moving off the numb joint so often. The room was on the second floor and absolutely roasting so had to keep the fan on all night which was really noisy as well. Breakfast was plentiful and set out well but a bit tasteless. Overall disappointing stay for our anniversary.

GGuest UserWe were for 3 nights in one of the lodges. These are really greatly maintained and equipped. Beside a large living room and 2 very nice bedrooms there were 2 bathrooms. Unfortunately one of both is a disabled WC. There is no delimited shower and the toilet has no cover. Between it and it looks rather strange.
Otherwise a great stay and a safe place for a return.

Although I agree with energy saving, a small room with a window that does not open and the air conditioning that does not cool off at the desired temperature is not acceptable (a completely ineffective gradation is set). That the room was small was already evident from the booking, but the information on the restriction of opening the window for safety (a few cm) was completely hidden. Not exactly in the city center.

GGuest UserStayed one night in room number one. There was a loud humming noise coming from outside the bedroom window. I spoke to the hotel about this and was told the appliance would turn off at 9pm. We came back from the gig around 11.30pm and it was still running. It continued to turn on and off throughout the night. If we had been staying longer i would have complained and moved rooms. There are other reviews on here about noise issues in this hotel.

GGuest UserThe suite was nice and spacious. Big unsightly stain on the couch though. Shower was great. Bed comfy. The spa and outdoor jacuzzi was good. The cocktails were expertly made. Would definitely stay again.
