It was great to have a swimming pool in front of the accommodation. It has antique accommodations, a bathtub, and is located away from the main street, making it quiet and peaceful. It's a bit far from the main street, so it's a bit inconvenient to go to the market. A little disappointing in terms of cleanliness. But it was okay because the view of Mateora was so thrilling.

Loved the location, the villa and the management. Our villa had a beautiful balcony view over the lake and a wood fire inside a well as central heating. The owners were super kind and friendly. The hotel villas are in a very remote location high in the mountains and that's what we loved about it. Stunning scenery all around, it was beautiful. Dinner was available at the hotel but we wanted to go for a drive. We had coffee and a light meal at Plaz Pezoulas which was about a 15min drive away. The shower was hot and breakfast was nice. The owner gave us 4 bottles of water for our drive upon checkout which was very thoughtful. 10/10

Although the hotel is new, and it shows in the rooms, everything is of high quality. The lobby is beautiful with many sofas, decorative elements, and antiques. I'd especially like to highlight the fantastic pool with large, soft towels and comfortable sun loungers overlooking the Meteora rocks – it was a real lifesaver on a hot day of sightseeing. The hotel is located at the entrance to the village, and you can walk to the town center. I'm glad we chose this hotel. Just be aware that the lowest room category will have a view of a wall; it's better to book a higher category.

What a welcome we received when we arrived after hauling our cumbersome luggage up the hill to the hotel from the bus stop. We were met by a lovely member of staff who gave us cold towels and refreshing juices. The hotel is certainly quirky and has the charm of a mountain chalet. The outdoor bar/ sitting area is a great way to view some of the huge rocks/ mountains of the area. The staff member there was also very friendly. Breakfast was okay, but again the staff were ready to assist. A short walk into town and you'll find any number if great restaurants.

This hotel is amazing! I’m shocked it’s only 2 stars on google, I am guessing this is due to the lack of facilities such as a pool and large breakfast, however the breakfast was enough. The owners are lovely and really hospitable and helpful. The hotel is clean, in a location with a beautiful view, and has kind service. There are plenty of places to eat nearby as well. I would strongly recommend this hotel. Thank you to the beautiful owners for having us. Both me and my dad who came to stay are very satisfied with our visit.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Perfect Stay in a Beautiful Town Centro Urban Suites is located in a very strategic area near the centre of town — everything is within walking distance, from restaurants to local attractions. The place is very nice, clean, and comfortable. The owner was extremely helpful and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. Tirana is a beautiful and lively town, and staying here made it easy to explore and experience it fully. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city!

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Location is near the monasteries that we plan to visit. Our room has a balcony and a nice view. There's also a lift in the building, so we don't gave to climb the stairs with heavy luggage. It has a wide variety of breakfast spread. We arrived earlier than check in time, around 2pm, there's no one at the reception. We went back after lunch and were able to check in. Maybe we should have informed them that we are arriving earlier than 3pm.

It was very pleasant stay! The Bungalow was spacious by the garden nice atmosphere and the breakfast fantastic. Will stay again

The balcony view is super beautiful, the whole hotel is very exquisite and beautiful, like an ancient castle, there is a beautiful garden, a tree in the morning, very cute, but unfortunately we are building a brand new building on the side during our stay, and construction starts at 7 o'clock in the morning. The electric drills and knocks are a bit of a spoiler for the pastoral flavor of the quiet town. Breakfast is not bad, all the hotel itself, it is better to eat, pay attention to this hotel has no elevator, the beautiful balcony is on the second floor, the waiter at the time of check-in is good to help the two big boxes, the waiter at the time of check-out is not willing to help, saying that it is not their scope of responsibility, Our two women were like dragging dogs, and they dragged the two big boxes down. If you are old and weak, I don’t recommend this one. I don’t mind that there is no elevator. This one is very good. Overall, we are very satisfied.

A lovely family hotel. The room I got was homely and warm, everything was clean and tasteful. Good breakfast at a really cheap price I arrived injured and in bad shape, and the hotel owner treated me like I was her family member. It's encouraging to meet such good people. I will definitely come back here again. I must mention the bed which was extremely large and comfortable.
