A few minutes of walk to the domestic terminal. A few more minutes if you are coming from / heading to the international terminal. The room was in general decent. Nice bed and furniture. However, we were unlucky to have some really noisy customers staying next door and they chatted very loudly at very late night which disturbed our sleep. They only stopped after we sought help but then they did it again and we had to seek help again. The hotel probably needs to do some work re the walls between the rooms.

I recently stayed at d'primahotel Tangerang and overall had a very pleasant experience, especially considering the value for money. The hotel is conveniently located close to Soekarno–Hatta International Airport, making it a great option for transit stays, short business trips, or overnight layovers. It is also relatively close to Batu Ceper station and some shopping areas, which makes getting around fairly convenient. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and generally clean. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was modern and functional. The hotel has a modern industrial-style design with a pleasant atmosphere throughout the lobby and café areas. The overall ambience felt relaxing and suitable for both business and leisure travellers. One of the highlights of the stay was definitely the breakfast buffet. There was a good variety of Indonesian and international food, and the quality was surprisingly good for the room price. The restaurant and café area had a nice atmosphere, and the buffet was handled efficiently even during busy periods. The hotel staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. From reception to restaurant staff and security personnel, the hospitality was excellent. Many staff members went out of their way to assist guests, which made the stay more enjoyable and comfortable. There are a few minor downsides. Some parts of the hotel feel slightly older and could benefit from renovation or better maintenance. The surrounding area is not particularly scenic or tourist-oriented, and it feels more like a business or industrial area rather than a lively residential neighbourhood. Walking around outside the hotel at night may not be ideal for everyone. Overall, d'primahotel Tangerang is a very good choice for travellers looking for an affordable, comfortable, and convenient airport-area hotel in Tangerang. The friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable rooms, and easy airport access make it a hotel I would happily stay at again.

The room was simply gorgeous. To be fair, the entire hotel looks well designed and maintained. The bed is so soft that we overslept everyday 😂😂The couch by the window is a nice touch to watch the views outside. We were blessed with beautiful sunsets while we were there. Food: The breakfast buffet includes western and Indonesian cuisine. I actually preferred the fruits prepared at dinner than breakfast. You can choose to eat at the restaurant on the 6th floor or ground floor, both serve the same meals at the same time. The prices are a bit steep but totally worth the taste. There is an ice cream bar on the ground floor😋😋😋 Amenities: There’s a pool and jacuzzi on the 16th floor. The jacuzzi is large enough for a group of about 6 friends to comfortably sit in there. We had massages while we were there, quite an average experience. What was supposed to be a 90-minute experience was greatly shortened with no explanation. The facial was below average and should be cut out of the treatment if there are no individuals trained to provide the service. The massage rooms look spectacular with a private shower and bath. Perhaps include some aromatic elements to elevate the experience.

The highlight was the service, housekeeping, cleanliness, and the interior. Very attentive and the controllables are spot on. Soundproofing can be better with hallway noises can be heard early morning and late nights. Similarly, inventory control can be improved too. Checked in around 4pm and was advised that room wasn’t ready. Understood that it’s a fully booked weekend and the system could’ve been improved. However, the hospitality and service more than make it up for the non controllables.

The room is spacious and affordable, with a shopping mall downstairs, and Chinese restaurants nearby. Taxis are also readily available. It's one of my favorite hotels, and I'll definitely stay here again next time. Haha.

I spent two nights. With my baby , I forgot my charger there and when I called they said that they didn't see it. The bathroom door wasn't that clean. Apart from that all good

I had such a pleasant stay at Model J Hotel Jakarta. The hospitality from the staff was truly wonderful. Everyone at the front office and the housekeeping team greeted me warmly and made me feel very welcome. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully arranged, which made my stay even more enjoyable. It was a lovely experience overall, and I’m really happy to have found this hotel. If I return to Jakarta in the future, I would definitely love to stay here again. Thank you for the great hospitality. I would like to sincerely compliment Shinta at the front desk for her exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming. Her genuine smile and positive attitude immediately made me feel comfortable. Shinta was also very helpful throughout my stay. She handled everything efficiently, answered all my questions patiently, and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. Her professionalism combined with her kindness truly made a difference in my experience at the hotel. Thank you, Shinta, for your outstanding hospitality. The hotel environment is good. I stayed there for a exhibition. There's a convenience store downstairs and many Chinese restaurants.

The room itself was fine. I had an early flight the next morning, and the shuttle didn't require a reservation; I just needed to let them know the day before, which was convenient. They also had an alarm clock, and the swimming pool and treadmill were fully equipped. The restaurant food was good too!
