Enjoyed everything here . Service in the rooms could have been faster . Used Plates lying outside room doors for over 15-18 hours . Housekeeping needs to gear up . Change batteries in the safe took them more than 2 hours . Breakfast could have improved . Was boring to eat the same mostly for 4 nights

Grand Vijayawada by GRT is an excellent Hotel, beyond my expectations.
Location : Excellent, walkable distance to all shopping
Hotel Room : Excellent, with all facilities like a five star hotel, provided complimentary fruit basket
Staff : well trained , very good behaviour, never experienced in any star hotel across the world . Also very polite and helpful.
Excellent ambiance.

Taj Tirupati – A Memorable Stay, As Always
We stayed at Taj Tirupati for just one night this time, but it's one of our favorite places—we visit two to three times every quarter. Every stay feels special, and this one was no exception.
The hotel graciously helped us with an early check-in, which we really appreciated. The staff, especially at the reception, were incredibly kind, warm, and professional. Their hospitality always makes us feel at home.
The breakfast spread was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from.
This visit was even more special as we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. A heartfelt thanks to Ms. Bhavani D, the Reservation Team Leader, who went out of her way to arrange a complimentary cake for us. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our day extra memorable.
Looking forward to coming back again soon!

GGuest UserHi. In the web it is mentioned that 3 persons can sleep in the king size bed. But we got queen size bed so we-haven't slept properly because of less space. They haven't provided drinking water, complimentary breafast. As the amount per day for stay is 2100. Not worth for this money

GGuest UserHaving booked Deluxe Room expected a more spacious and ventilated Room but it's not up to the mark. Restaurant service is very poor. The Restaurant timings are too late and happy. At least coffee and tea should be available in the morning from 6 am onwards. Reception is fine but Room service is slow. They need to improve in their hospitality service and approach. Maintainence of Rooms and bathrooms should be improved . Overall they need to improve. So my feel is average.

I stayed at Taj Tirupati for just one night as I was visiting the Tirupati Balaji Temple. The hotel’s location is perfect — just a short distance from the temple, which made my visit very convenient. The staff were warm and welcoming, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the food was absolutely delicious. The serene ambience and excellent service made my stay truly memorable. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I’d definitely love to return for a longer stay next time!

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I stayed here last year during my visit to Tirumala. It’s a great place for families — a good hotel with excellent facilities. Everything was clean, and we had no major issues during our stay. The breakfast was also delicious. However, one drawback was the room service. They didn’t respond the first time we called — we had to meet them face to face before getting any service. Also, some staff members seemed to expect tips in return for help, and if we didn’t give, they were less willing to assist. Aside from that, it’s a good hotel with no major complaints. Recommended for a comfortable family stay.

Wah Taj! This is our first stay in a Taj or a sister hotel. The property is on the famous MG road, so your shopping is sorted out. The stay has been very comfortable, the staff exceptional! The highlight of our stay was the breakfast! Amazing spread! And super delicious!! Would stay again here!!!!!

I had a pleasant overnight stay at Grand Vijayawada by GRT Hotels in Labbipet. The location is very convenient and close to the main areas of Vijayawada, which made travel easy. The rooms were neat and well-maintained, and the overall cleanliness was impressive. The staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout the stay. It would be even better if the hotel could showcase some local cultural artworks or handicrafts to give guests a stronger feel of the region. Overall, a comfortable and satisfying stay
