GGuest UserWhile going on a work related trip with my extended family including a kid and a toddler, i had to take an unplanned break for a night stay. Booked the room in hotel om. Overall the stay was seamless with impressive services. The room dimensions were optimum and hygiene upto standards. Food was served in the room because of the inclement (hot) weather in the dining area and it was savored by each one of us. The hotel had proper parking place, slightly away from the city centre but not that much and also had decent support staff. Overall a nice stay and effortlessly recommended for family trips.

AAnonymous UserThe Hotel is great and service of F&B and Housekeeping is superb.
However the sore point is the Front Office Staff who probably are more like headless chickens running around all over the place. It seems that they don't have a proper shift handover. Even after giving clear instructions they were all goofy and confused at most times. They are operating with some chaos in that section.
However the other members of the staff are attentive to the details, the staff at the Lounge in the 7th floor was impeccable and attentive and very hospitable. Even the housekeepers and concierge staff were super.

The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the start. Dining was delightful, especially the breakfast spread, though quicker service during busy hours would be appreciated. The hotel’s location was ideal, close to key attractions and convenient for exploring. Overall, a lovely stay, and i’d gladly return.

GGuest UserI had a very pleasant stay at this highly accessible property. The rooms were exceptionally comfortable, and the service was outstanding. While the property was still undergoing some development during my visit—meaning amenities like the restaurant and swimming pool were not yet completed—the overall quality of the accommodation was excellent. The highlight of the stay was the incredibly accommodating staff, who went above and beyond by helping us plan our itineraries for Sehore and nearby areas like Bhopal. I highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic hospitality.
