We liked the apartment on the beautiful Snæfellsnes peninsula. The apartment was well equipped with a small kitchen, and there was also a coffee machine and a toaster. The beds were comfortable, there were cupboards, and a pull-out couch next to the seating area. There was enough space for the three of us. However, we did not receive the access code from Trip.Com. The landlord did not respond to our email request. There was a telephone in the stairwell with a telephone number, a piece of paper, and a pen. We called and received the number code straight away. The house looks like a former office building, and our view from the window was of the parking lot. The bed linen was clean, but looked worn. Please replace it. There is a restaurant, pharmacy, groceries, and a bathroom nearby. Unfortunately, we did not see any fresh fish directly from the fisherman.

It was very good that there was a hot tub. Wi-Fi was not available in private rooms but available in shared spaces. The shared kitchen was clean and spacious. The bed linen table was not included in the inn fee, so I booked the linen after booking the inn. Please note that it will cost a plus. It should have been 1500isk per person. Also, I personally didn't like the shower room because it was not a private room but I had to go with other guests. I wish I had about one shower in the private room.

Really lovely hotel. Everything great, only downside was the location. We hadn’t realised how far out it was from everything. Great for seeing northern lights but at least a 2 hour drive to lots of the popular sights.

Everything was great about this place. The staff was very friendly and nice. The room was extremely clean with everything. The shower was wonderful with very hot water. The breakfast included was superb. And we got to see the Northern Lights.

A little further out from Borgarnes but it’s a nice quiet place. It’s very cute and had everything needed during the stay. The breakfast had a large variety but pretty simple—still a good spread though no continuous restocks through breakfast time. There’s only stairs to get up to the second floor in the main building. The common area/lobby was very nice and cutely decorated. I greatly appreciated the various board games provided and we spent the night playing, laughing, and relaxing after a long day. Overall a clean place! Staff were very friendly and nice too!

Very helpful staff and the bed is really comfortable. The common areas are a bit dated and the bathroom is a problem in that the position of the sink makes it hard to use and the shower floods the bathroom unless you built a towel wall to contain the water to the shower but then you have sopping wet towels to deal with. The shower setup is the kind of thing you have to put up with in India and other 3rd world countries. This place is not close to any grocery stores so you have limited food options. I had the dinner buffet which was good but fairly expensive.

The house was not missing any details, shoes, jackets for if we were cold. Apart from the kitchen, I had another ”zone” with Nespresso coffee shop next to and silences,books,... It is noted that the house is prepared with ”mimo” so that we feel happy. To improve towels that were already too used, that is, clean.

Amazing location surrounded by nature. Delicious breakfast. We enjoyed staying in the Superior room, spacious and comfortable for our family of 4.

Quiet and clean hotel with lots of facilities which allow guests to enjoy. We arrived at the hotel late (after 9pm) and the hotel restaurant was still able to serve us food that was way beyond our expectations - the waitress was extremely kind and helpful. We were also able to catch the northern lights which was a pleasant surprise considering the time of the year (August). Overall, we are very pleased with our stay here.
