Absolutely great hotel, staff was friendly, breakfast with wide range of different food, beverages, fruits, etc. Fantastic swimming pool and restaurant in the yard, quiet and clean area. We felt ourselves very comfortable during our 5 days stay. Strongly recommend!!!
”-”: the only negative thing is their gym - small, poorly equipped, stuffy with destroyed (worn) exercise machines, see pics.

The hotel is very decent. Everything looks fresh and well-groomed. Nice interior and modern rooms. We liked everything.
The only thing is that the breakfast could be improved a little more, because... There were no vegetables or greens/salad at all.

We had a wonderful stay at Glam Hotel Milano. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and they went above and beyond by allowing us to check in early since we were traveling with our baby. After a long journey, that small gesture meant so much to our family.
The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, which made it perfect for resting after a busy day exploring the city. The location is also amazing — it’s literally steps away from Milano Centrale station, making it extremely convenient for trains, transportation, and getting around Milan.
We truly appreciated the hospitality and professionalism of the staff. They made our stay smooth and enjoyable, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Milan.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service!
The hotel's location isn't bad, close to a metro stop, and it seemed clean at first, but then... surprise! There was a sock, who knows how long it had been there. The front desk staff were great. The bathroom has no ventilation, and the walls seem paper-thin. At 3 AM, a couple started screaming and arguing. It sounded like the guy was hitting the girl, and it felt like they were right in my room... Security or anyone in charge never came to check what was happening. All in all, it wasn't a very good experience.
Facilities are good but services are typical Italian...
Being an international chain the service quality should be prioritised. English communication is not enough at all, and certain employees/waiters show no politeness so a shame on the overall experience during the stay.
The position is not bad, just near the motorway.
The check-in was quick, though they didn't explain to me that if I had big baggage, it was better to get in from the main entrance and not from the back of the car park, because I had to make a plan with 20 kg of baggage per arm.
Unfortunately, I didn't sleep because the room temperature was too hot without the possibility of adjusting it, which is dangerous for both the mucosa of the eyes and the nose for everyone.
Sorry.
The location of the hotel is great, and the service was great. We had an issue with a safe in the room, which was fixed immediately. The front desk team was wonderful! In general, it's a very clean and nice hotel from the lobby to the rooms. We stayed from Sept 26, 2025, to Oct 1, 2025. I rated facilities as 4 and not 5 stars due to a few reasons:
- It was extremely cold in the room, especially in the mornings. Shivering in the morning was extremely uncomfortable when you get out of the shower and wish there was a heat source close by because you are shivering.
- One night, we returned from a theatre and ordered two grilled sandwiches in the bar, 14 euros per one. The sandwich was two semi-cold pieces of white bread, one piece of cold cut meat (no idea what kind) and one piece of semi-cold cheese.
- The hotel has no food in the rooms policy. Since the use of the late-night ”bar” is definitely not recommended, keep in mind that you will have to eat something outside before
returning late. We didn't try their restaurant, but considering the experience with the late-night ”bar”, I would be cautious.
If you are prepared to overlook the minor things stated above, we recommend staying in this hotel.

Very Good
GGuest UserIt’s a nice enough upper budget hotel but don’t stay in the winter - the heaters are turned on so high and you will need to open the windows but the sound from the street will keep you awake. The beds are very hard. The staff is strict about keeping the key when you leave and don’t seem to smile much. I would recommend closer to the city centre near the duomo or on the other side of Milan where it’s less noisey.
Also there are some photos of the recently renovated rooms butt the room I had was not one of them. It can be a little misleading.
GGuest UserThe location, cleanliness, and service are all excellent, and it is comparable to other four-star hotels in the vicinity. Just the facilities are not modern enough; the elevators are old-fashioned, manually controlled models.
JJulius LOCATIONS GOOD, ROOM IS CLEAN, BEST AMONG THE EUROPEAN COUNTRIES I TRAVELED. LOBBY MANAGER HELPED TO CHECK IN AND ARRANGED TO SIT FOR THE TIME BEING.
TAXI AND TRAM AROUND THE HÔTEL REGION, SO NEED NOT TO WALK FOR A LONG DISTANCE. FOR SHOPPING, THERE ARE A LOT OF LUXURY SHOPS NEARBY, RESTAURANTS ARE GOOD, WITH TIPS, SERVICES ATE EXTRAORDINARY.
STRONGLY RECOMMEND TRAVELLERS OR PEOPLE ON BUSINESS TRIP TO CHOOSE.
GGuest UserThe location is very good, just over 100 meters from the subway, and all the attractions are within four stops. It's very quiet, and the neighborhood is also very safe. There is a pizza, pasta, and breakfast shop downstairs. Recommended
CChengbaomamiMy first stop in mainland Europe was Milan, and I chose this hotel. For two adults and one child, we opted for a triple room. European hotels are strict about occupancy matching the actual number of guests, so finding a triple room can be a challenge. We arrived from Milan Malpensa Airport at 6:30 AM, took a 1-hour train ride, and then walked to the hotel in less than 10 minutes – the route was very easy to find. The hotel is conveniently located, with a coffee shop across the street. We initially thought about having breakfast there, but later decided to head to the Duomo area instead. The hotel allowed us to store our luggage in advance, but early check-in wasn't possible, which is understandable. We came back around 3 PM for check-in and found that while the room wasn't large, it was well-equipped with bath towels, slippers, shower caps, and shampoo. You'll need to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and electric kettle. There's a safe and a mini-fridge in the room, but the mini-bar items are chargeable. Breakfast was especially plentiful and served from 7 AM to 11 AM. Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel, though the Wi-Fi connection was a bit tricky. One minor complaint: the bathroom light is sound-activated, which is fine when showering, but it kept going dark while using the toilet, and even clapping loudly didn't always work. The small balcony was nice, but for non-smoking tourists, it's not particularly useful.
AAlexanderWe booked 3 superior rooms, specifying king-size beds in our wishes. Upon check-in, one of the rooms turned out to have twin beds. After discussing it with the reception, this room was changed. Next, it turned out that all three rooms were intended for disabled people, the bathrooms in these rooms were different from the bathrooms shown both in the photo on trip.com and in the photo on the hotel website. After explaining the situation, the receptionist replied that in their system standard rooms and rooms for disabled people are not different, but in fact we did not receive the rooms we booked. The receptionist firstly changed one room to a standard one, and after several dozen minutes, changed another one. The third standard room was not available that day. As a result, the check-in procedure, which usually takes about 10 minutes, took us about an hour and a half, and during this time we were running around and moving our luggage from floor to floor. The receptionist promised to come up later with some kind of compensation but nothing was offered.
And then there's more. At the end of our stay, one of the rooms was being cleaned during breakfast. When we came to the door of the room there was a sign on it saying ”do not enter, cleaning in progress”. After the cleaning was completed, it turned out that about 1000 euros were missing from a bag lying next to the TV. We went to the reception and the hotel manager, Mr. Bernardo, came out to us. The manager promised to execute an investigation and about half an hour later we received a call from him that the investigation was complete. He explained that the inspection of the cleaning staff did not reveal anything, and only suggested contacting the police.
As a result, these two incidents seriously ruined our stay at the hotel, and the hotel did not provide any compensation. Non-transparent information about the conditions of check-in and, worst of all, theft in the rooms - so you should think and decide for yourself, are you ready to meet this or not.
All the best.
GGuest UserRoom larger than average (it was a superior) very comfortable bed with double pillow and large and bright bathroom. Excellent cleanliness of the room and common areas. A bit small and sacrificed the breakfast room in a 4 star and for the price paid the lack of a restaurant inside remains an unknown. Bad also the parking for guests it was clear that with a full hotel it could not contain all the cars in relation to the number of rooms. Very bad to discover only at check out that it was paid.
林林雷恩RyanThe transportation is convenient, the hotel is very clean, the service staff is professional, shopping is convenient and convenient, and the public security is relatively safe. Except for the high accommodation cost, I am very satisfied with everything else. Will definitely visit again next time!
Wwill423The room was quite spacious, but the facilities were just average. The hotel's location is a bit too out of the way. For the price, getting such a large room offers decent value for money, though. There's a Conad City supermarket nearby, about a 10-minute walk. The hotel is very close to the S2 train station; it's right outside the exit. However, if you need to get to the M3 subway station, it's a much longer walk, probably around 15 minutes.
