Touched and fled at Umbria Jazz:A very well-kept hotel, very small single room but clean and comfortable, abundant breakfast. Located in the municipality of Ponte San Giovanni, 8 minutes by car from the center of Perugia. I didn't get the pool to try, I think I was satisfied. Ps:For Umbria Jazz's week, it would be useful to provide a shipping service even for payment (have a shipping service in the parking). Other hotels already do it and would just have 4/5 races per day to give a top service.

Se desiderate una vacanza in un luogo in cui sentirsi a casa è il posto giusto, gestito come da una grande famiglia dal titolare al personale di servizio (Michele, il proprietario, una persona speciale che sin dà subito ci ha fatto sentire come se fossimo parte della loro famiglia, disponibile, pronto a soddisfare le richieste del cliente - - - la sig. Ra Nuccia, cordiale e gentile si dedica alle colazioni e alle pulizie--- la sig. Ra Anna ci ha deliziato con le Sue cene (tipiche del posto) abbondanti e squisite (ogni sera un menù diverso e mai ripetitivo)--- Amza, cameriere gentilissimo, disponibile e risolutivo. Tutti hanno avuto anche tantissima pazienza con i nostri bimbi di quasi due e cinque anni ( anche loro volevano ritornare ”a casa” (il country house) dopo le escursioni mattutine): si sentivano liberi e sicuri di giocare nel giardino e nell'intera struttura e soprattutto nella piscina con annesso spazio verde dotato di sdraio, ombrelloni e bar sempre aperto. Situato in un posto strategico per visitare le principali città e borghi dell'Umbria. Grazie a tutto lo staff! Serena, Francesco, Matteo (il torello), Daniele.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center. My room was small, but cosy. There is a decent pool with wet and finnish sauna. The breakfast service needs improvement, as well as cleaning.

An absolutely wonderful experience. You can feel the medieval vibe yet the accommodations are charming and modern. The staff were most welcoming and the restaurant breakfasts were delicious. The location is lovely and situated on a hill with breathtaking views. Nearby are easy hikes, cute towns and a beautiful stream. All in all a very magical experience.

Very nice place, close to the historical city of Assisi. Friendly and efficient staff. Nice rooms, very comfortable. All essentials were present. Good food. Parking in front. Nice walkings around; stunning garden. The meeting rooms are quite good as well.

Vacanza con famiglia in questo albergo 4 stelle. Devo dire che le camere sono molto pulite e ben attrezzate. Il letto comodissimo (a me piace resistente) e i cuscini morbidissimi. Di solito negli alberghi di questo livello si trovate certe sfogliatelle...e questo è un gran punto a favore. Fuori dalla stanza c'è una piccola terrazza non abitabile, solo per l'affaccio. Siccome era un week end caldissimo abbiamo usufruito dell'aria condizionata, che ha funzionato alla grande. Il bagno molto funzionale con una doccia grandissima ( per 2 persone) e bagno schiuma e shampoo profumatissimi (di solito troviamo sempre quelle bustine monouso). La cucina è stata eccellente, piatti buonissimi e ben presentati sia a colazione (abbondante con dolce e salato) che a cena. Il servizio ottimo con personale preparato e cordiale. L'area Wellness è un pò carente dal punto di vista della grandezza. Avere una sauna e un bagno turco in uno spazio così piccolo ha significato avere un ambiente molto caldo anche negli spazi comuni (la sala relax era caldissima). La vasca idromassaggio non erogava acqua alla forza sufficiente a giustificarne il nome. La piscina piccola ma ben attrezzata e lo spazio verde intorno ben fornito di ombrelloni e lettini. Ottimo anche il servizio in piscina. Insomma nel complesso una buona esperienza nel Hotel Garden. Forse qualche dettaglio andrebbe curato di più per un 4 stelle, ma ci hanno detto che stavano facendo dei lavori di ristrutturazione, e altri ne avevano già fatti quindi siamo sicuri che elimineranno alcuni aspetti negativi (a nostro avviso) riscontrati.

In generale la struttura è un buon tre stelle. È a tema cioccolato, per cui nella Hall c'è uno store dedicato. Le camere hanno uno stile meno moderno, ma sono molto pulite. La mia camera tra l'altro aveva il parquet. Al 5o piano, oltre al ristorante, c'è una piscina e un solarium con lettini ed ombrelloni a disposizione.  Ottima la colazione...Tanta varietà di dolci e buona anche la parte salata.  Ottima anche l'organizzazione. Causa covid il buffet non è libero ma ti servono loro e, nonostante l'albergo fosse veramente pieno, tutto scorreva senza intoppi.  Lo staff tutto molto cortese, ma un ringraziamento particolare va alla ragazza bionda che serviva ai tavoli e che credo gestisse tutta la sala... Tanta professionalità e gentilezza. La location non è super centrale ma di fronte all'hotel c'è una fermata degli autobus, e con la macchina sono 5 minuti per raggiungere il centro.. A piedi non credo sia impossibile ma non ho provato, anche perché Perugia è una città che si sviluppa in altezza. Il parcheggio non è custodito, ma ci sono dei posti auto a disposizione degli ospiti. La zona è un po' infelice perché nei dintorni non c'è nulla, nemmeno per fare una passeggiata la sera.

We received a warm welcome and our rom was ready early. Assisi is exceptionally steep so while the hotel is not far from anywhere it extremely hard walking. This meant getting to dinner was not easy. The hotel restaurant was very expensive. Breakfast too was a fairly ordinary affair although those staff were terrific. Suggest staying mote centrally.

The location is superb, just around the Franciscan Church of Assisi, and the hotel is a 5 minute turn right. At check-in, the hotel will give a green parking slip, then the luggage will be put down, and the car will be taken to the parking lot of the Franciscan Church. The front desk staff will help to mark the parking lot route on the map, or the Google navigation input parking lot English name Instructed to go, very accurate, the green parking slip should be placed in the front windshield of the car, the parking lot walks back to the hotel for 5 minutes; when leaving, first go to the hotel and the green parking ticket to the front desk for 7 euros a day. The hotel room is white, clean and tidy, three people stay, add a single bed, supplies are prepared by three people, there are slippers. Very recommended. The front desk and service staff are great.

In a time when some operators require advance payments when booking, Mr. Walter Nasini accepts our last moment reservation by telephone, without claiming anything, with a weakness that makes us feel like old customers immediately. This feeling confirms our arrival and is accentuated during the stay, in this family-run structure, from the ancient flavor (valid for all the beautiful scale in Pietra di Trani, perfectly preserved) but with finishes and 'facilities' the high quality and variety restaurant, the impeccable cleaning, the strategic location for the visit of Assisi, complete the pleasant discovery of a place to return safely.

There are very few reviews on Ctrip's foreign hotels. Although the speed of updating room availability is very slow, I often receive information after booking that the room is full, but the price seems to be the same. The hotel is on the mountain, some distance from the attractions, but it's just a walk away. Compared with Rome, the room is very big and the price is cheap. The rooms are all early, breakfast is quite simple, there is not much to eat.

This place is amazing! It is very close to the Basilica of Saint Francis of Assisi and convenient for shopping. The room was the most comfortable room I have stayed at in years. The bathroom was a good size and the shower was nice with lots of hot water and great water pressure. All of the basic amenities are provided and the hotel staff is extremely helpful. The breakfast was delicious and offered an excellent start to the day. Please note that Assisi is a hillside village. As such, there are a lot of stairs in the hotel. (I think we only saw one hotel that may be “flat” with a lift.) If you need a room on the main level (which is still up some steps) or with minimal steps, be sure to let the staff know ahead of time.

If I could give 4.5 I would as there was so much I really liked about this hotel. We came a group of 16 of us and they were very accommodating to the group. The location is ideal a stone throw from all the sites in Perugia and down a lovely side street. The little secret garden where you can have drinks and food is lovely. The rooms were fun as different with interiors and ours the suite had a great view from the bathroom window all over Perugia. A few little things that did not quite get the 5 - I asked for extra toilet roll when I arrived and i had to re ask twice. We were a family of 4 yet only 2 towels were provided. It was hot in the room and that was because they control the air conditioning so you have to ask them to switch it on would have been useful to know that in advance. The service for drinks in the bar was slow and the breakfast I thought could have a few more savoury items. However, all the staff were very lovely and I highly rated the hotel and everyone in our group enjoyed it. If I was staying in Perugia again I would stay here.

We we're atleast 7 time in Italy, North and South parts of it, but never stay in such a nice hotel like this one!! Room size great. Bathroom size perfect. Clean and shine. Staff very very nice. Stayed there 3 nights,and loved it. For sure coming back!!

Room facilities are OK, but there are no slippers, toothbrushes and the like, the scenery nearby is very good, the breakfast is very rich, the front desk staff service is also good, it is recommended.

We hadden goede verwachtingen op basis van de reviews. Helaas viel het wat ons betreft iets tegen. Het is een appartement met 1 heel hard bed en 1 zacht bed. Voor een appartement was het op zijn minst wel handig om wat kopjes, bordjes en bestek te hebben. Nu alleen plastic bekers die niet goed zijn voor thee. Er waren alleen suikerzakjes maar geen thee of koffie. Dat is wel vreemd. Het was fijn om de koffers iets langer te mogen laten staan. Maar bij terugkomst mochten we geen wc meer gebruiken. Alles bij elkaar voelde het wat vreemd aan. Trip.com stelt ook foutief dat er ontbijt bij zit. Dat is incorrect.

Abbiamo pernottato una sola notte ,perché siamo dovuti andare via per motivi familiari , nella fretta della partenza abbiamo dimenticato un sacchetto con dentro pc , smartphone e apple watch. Durante il tragitto ci contattano avvertendoci della dimenticanza e rendendosi disponibili da subito per la spedizione a nostro carico ovviamente.Molto cortesi onesti e professionali
