I stumbled upon this hotel on Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform). Curious, I took two buses after landing in Haneda, a journey that took almost three hours, to finally arrive. From check-in to check-out, this was the most satisfying Japanese-style hot spring hotel we stayed at during our summer vacation with the kids! We were extremely satisfied with the service, facilities, environment, and dining, making our family vacation a wonderful experience! My only regret is not visiting the Kamo River Ocean World next to the hotel. Well, with that regret, I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time! ᵔᴥᵔ ᔔ

The hotel is relatively close to the subway station, which is convenient for getting around, but it's too far from central Tokyo, which is quite inconvenient, and you even have to exit the station for transfers. Because of its proximity to the station, I was worried about getting a good night's sleep, so I emailed the hotel before checking in to request a room on the university side. However, upon arrival, the front desk still assigned me a room on the station side. The train noise was very loud, so I went to the front desk to ask for a room change. One of the female front desk staff actually didn't know there was a university nearby; it was infuriating! I had to open my email to show them before they finally changed my room. The hot springs on the third floor of the hotel weren't crowded, but it was a bit inconvenient to have to bring towels from the room.

The food selection was extensive, and the surroundings were beautiful. Our sea-view room was spacious, and the hot springs were incredibly relaxing. After a good soak, a variety of refreshing drinks were available, making for an incredibly satisfying experience.

The hotel is quite close to the airport, and the price is very reasonable, especially considering Tokyo's cost of living – it's a great deal! The room is a typical Japanese 'pigeonhole' – standard, nothing special to mention. I bought a 6-day JR Pass, and since my flight was an early one on the seventh day, I decided to stay near the airport the night before. This saved me at least one short-haul fare to the airport. There's an airport shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, which I only found out about when I was almost there. It's about a kilometer's walk, and you could easily go the wrong way, so it's important to check the shuttle bus location beforehand. Breakfast was provided the next morning. Although simple, it's better than nothing. Not as good as Chinese breakfast, though. The shuttle from the hotel to the airport was quick, but it made a few stops. If there are passengers with a lot of luggage, it can take a bit longer. It's always better to leave early than to be rushed.

I stayed 1N here so that I could wake up to meet my husband when he arrived early the next morning. This is located in Terminal 2 & if u are landing from another terminals, simply take the free airport terminal shuttle. It is very clean & they supply pajamas, bedroom slippers bath towel, face towel, floor map, toothpaste & brush in a bag for your stay. However, try to avoid sleeping near the door (I am not sure if they'll give you a choice) as I didn't have a good night sleep. There were simply too many ppl walking in/out the sleeping pods. Whenever the door is opened, you'll hear the hairdryer blowing noise. Some travelers who wore their own flipflops will make noise while walking towards their own pod. It can get bit stuffy in your sleeping pod, I would advise to bring a handheld fan with you. Remember to bring along your travel adaptor as USD or Type-C connectors are not available in the pods.

The best choice for a layover at Narita Airport. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and accommodating, doing their best to fulfill all requests. Although the hotel isn't brand new, it's clean and tidy. The convenience store downstairs, though small, has everything you need. The most highly recommended aspect, of course, is the free shuttle service between the airport and the hotel, which is super convenient.

Second time staying here but my first room was better and didn't have that odd curry/sewers smell. There was a lot of comings/goings as to where my room was so you can hear people outside a lot. Positives - hotel shuttle, water station, 7/11 in the lobby area, and helpful staff.

Wow, I’ve not been impressed with a hotel that caught me by surprise from the moment I entered the building/ room. My stay at the Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay was absolutely fantastic, and I thoroughly enjoyed each moment of my stay. From check-in, to a welcome message with fruits awaiting me in my room upon check-in, to the different services the hotel offers, like: shuttle for the nearest train station (which connects to the various lines that can help on your journey of exploring the city), exceptional amenities, room service, etc., I was beyond impressed. I’m just sad I did not get to access the rooftop bar, as the weather was not pleasant in the evening during my entire stay, so the bar was closed for safety. I plan to return to Tokyo for another holiday and stay at the Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tokyo; you won’t regret it.

Had a great stay here and a wonderful overall experience. The staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful. I booked this hotel to relax for two days, and it was perfect for that. The rooms are a bit outdated, but they’re clean and comfortable. The location is a little far from the city, but the free hourly shuttle buses to both the airport and downtown definitely make up for it. The food in the restaurants is good, and the hotel also has a gym and spa, which is great.

Pros: An excellent choice for early morning flights. The airport shuttle runs very frequently, and the hotel staff provided exceptional service. The shuttle driver even helped with luggage. There's also a 24-hour Lawson convenience store on the first floor. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was very roomy. The hairdryer, in particular, was fantastic – powerful and left my hair feeling incredibly smooth. Cons: Not recommended for those sensitive to smells. As soon as I opened the room door, I noticed a distinct odor. I even considered asking for a different room, but then I saw a prominent air freshener spray on the table and understood. Sure enough, I noticed the same scent on my way to Lawson. This hotel seems to have a lot of non-East Asian guests, which is understandable, but those sensitive to smells should definitely be aware.

BbennygcsLocation is about 5-10 minutes bus shuttle ride from the airport. Heading to hotel from airport vs airport to hotel is slightly longer. Bus shuttle is on-time no issue but frequency at night is a bit lesser. Would suggest to change to on demand with smaller sized van. Room is a bit outdated and shouting for an upgrade but it is clean and tidy. Air cond is centralized so when it is not that cold but you can't change to cold air it's a bit stuffy.

MMeimaoheituziOur stay at the Tokyo Bay Oriental Hotel was absolutely fantastic – it truly felt like the perfect base for our Disneyland trip! As an official Disney partner hotel, their free shuttle service was incredibly convenient. Shuttles ran frequently, saving us the hassle of navigating complicated subway transfers. We just hopped on right outside the hotel, and in about 15 minutes, we were directly at the park gates. This was especially great for getting to early entry, avoiding the crowded trains and instantly improving our mood with that exclusive feeling. The hotel's location is also superb, right next to an AEON supermarket, which was a lifesaver for us tourists. The supermarket had an amazing selection of groceries and snacks. We'd grab sushi and bento boxes in the evening, which saved us money and was super convenient to bring into the park the next day. Plus, there were other malls and drugstores nearby, so food and shopping were never an issue. What I absolutely can't stop thinking about is the complimentary snack bar on the hotel's 2nd floor, open from 2 PM to 11 PM. It was pure joy! While there were many drinks and snacks, the honey scones were the absolute highlight – freshly baked, incredibly fragrant, sweet but not cloying. Paired with free ice cream and coffee, spending an afternoon there was just delightful. This stay perfectly sorted out both our dining and transportation needs. Next time we visit Tokyo Disney, we'll definitely choose this hotel again without hesitation. Highly recommend!

BBudget Solo TravelerOne of the most peaceful place I’ve been and there’s a seven eleven shop inside the hotel. They gave me a good room that I can look at Japan. I love the free sauna and transportation they provide. I have a free taxi ride also when they don’t have car going to hotel. Everything in my room is clean and the amenities were refill everyday. I will definitely go back to this hotel.

GGuest UserGreat location for people like us that are going to Tokyo Disneyland and Disneysea. Although there is free transport to the park, it starts late. And if you want to get to the park before it opens, use the local bus. The bus stop is 5 min walk away.

1105720****The room was spacious and impeccably clean. The welcome wreath at the entrance added a lovely, ceremonial touch. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and attentive. Stepping into the room and seeing the beautiful, distant view of Tokyo Bay instantly lifted my spirits. For added convenience, a shuttle service is available during morning and evening peak hours to Disneyland, DisneySea, and Shin-Urayasu Station. While Shin-Urayasu Station is about a 1.3 km walk from the hotel, it's also just a two-stop bus ride away.
