After staying at this hotel, all I can say is, the experience was absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was super fast. The room was clean and cozy, with soft, comfortable bedding that made for a truly refreshing sleep. The bathroom was spotless and odor-free, and all the facilities were new. The location is excellent, with plenty of great food options nearby and convenient transportation. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted great. It's incredibly good value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again next time. Highly recommended!
Airport express, nankai line, is walkable to hotel. It is walkable from shin-immamiya station n doubutsuen mae station. Hence, easy to get around. Shinsekai is just next to hotel. Hence, lots of eateries. There is a diaso n donki round the corner. Zoo is also walkable and next to zoo is a garden with cherry blossom trees. The cherry blossom was illuminated at night. It was lovely. Whenever we come to osaka, we will stay at this hotel.

The hostel is located nearby JR Namba station (South Exit) only 1 min by walk and there is the elevator in the building on the right hand side of south exit of JR namba station that you can use to get down and the building is connected with JR Namba station south exit.
There is separate floor for only women that you have to tap the keycard in the elevator to go up to your floor and tap again on the door to get in the main room.
On the women’s floor, there are living room, bedroom, bathroom, toilet rooms, onsen rooms, changing room, locker rooms, makeup spaces that offer you the makeup remover , cleansing foam, hairdryer, hairspray, Hair straightener, Curling iron) and all are separate rooms in the same floor. Moreover, they offer you for first check in with free pajamas, towel, hair towel, slippers, and more facilities that you need for travel.
Also there are vending machines, laundry machine and dryer machine on the floor that you can use 24/7.
The staff were super nice and helpful!
There is a good tiny coffee shop nearby the hostel, I’d highly recommend!

I love the location being close proximity to a subway and Shin Osaka station, so convenient if you are doing a day trip to Kyoto. The area is not as busy as Namba or Tennoji which I like. Streets are wide and pavements are in good condition so no issues carrying your luggages. Also lots of konbini and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is quite new and will stay again next time I visit Osaka.
I stayed at two Washington Hotels under the same group this time, and the Kansai Airport Washington Hotel offered great value for money. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the Kansai Airport Premium Outlets, and there's also a Don Quijote store, electronics stores, and cosmetic shops nearby, making shopping very convenient. On the second floor, there's a FamilyMart convenience store and a restaurant, where guests can enjoy a 10% discount on meals, which is a thoughtful touch. The rooms are larger than those in city hotels. The hotel provides a shuttle bus service to and from the airport. Unfortunately, I couldn't understand the shuttle schedule and waited for a long time without success, so I ended up taking the Nankai Line instead. The hotel breakfast offered a rich variety of options and was excellent value for money. All things considered, I highly recommend this hotel.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Ultimate Airport Convenience!
I stayed here overnight from 25–26 May before my flight out of KIX, and it was worth every penny. You absolutely cannot beat the location—it is located directly inside the airport complex (Aeroplaza), connected right to the terminal and train station via covered walkways.
The Location: Being able to wake up and just walk straight to the check-in counters with no shuttle buses or trains required took all the anxiety out of an early flight.
The Rooms: Compared to typical tight city hotel rooms in Japan, the rooms here are surprisingly spacious, quiet, and well-insulated. I couldn't hear any aircraft noise at all and got a fantastic night's sleep.
Amenities: The service was quick and professional. There are plenty of dining choices nearby in Aeroplaza and the terminal, plus convenient stores right downstairs for last-minute snacks or drinks.
If you have a late arrival or an early flight out of Kansai Airport, do yourself a favor and stay here!

Hotel were offering late checkouts to guests who left 5* reviews, so I feel that the reviews have been artificially inflated by people rating 5* so that they can get late checkout.
Location was quite far from the JR Namba station and even further from the metro Namba station.
The bed was really hard and uncomfortable.
Bathroom was tiny, kitchenette had a raised lip which was easy to trip over or stub your toes on. However, the size of the room was good, there was a good amount of space.
It would be ok to spend a night or two here but I think we were there 5 nights which wasn’t great with the uncomfortable bed.
When we checked in we were told a room number of an uncleaned room and had to ring out of hours to swap rooms, but that was all resolved quickly by the hotel.
Also to note, the keyboxes didn’t feel very safe/ secure because the codes followed a pattern (so if you knew one you’d know the other rooms), but we didn’t use the lockbox except for when we checked in so it didn’t affect us, but just something to consider.
Overall it was ok for a budget hotel but I think the reviews make it seem too good to be true!

Facilities: The facilities are excellent, with an ice machine, vending machine, and a large public bath. Service: The staff can speak English and Japanese, and they provide multi-language brochures for local attractions. Hygiene: The room was clean and well-stocked with amenities.

Excellent location, very close to Jusan (Juso) subway station, making it easy to get to Umeda. It's quiet despite being in a bustling area, so it's not noisy at night. There are also many restaurants nearby. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Osaka.
I chose this hotel mainly for its convenient access to the Nankai Line for my flight the next day, and it's just a few minutes' walk from the outlet mall.
Although the hotel pictures showed a pillar in the room, it still felt a bit awkward once I checked in. The hotel offers a bus service to the airport, but we didn't use it because our flight was too early.
Check-in was quite early, and luggage storage was self-service. There's another hotel right next door, and both front desks are on the same floor, so it's easy to get confused. Make sure to pay attention to the hotel's signage.

AAnonymous UserComing from Kansai Airport, you do have to transfer a few times on the subway. However, the hotel is very close to Juso Station, about a 6-7 minute walk. Juso Station has a food street, so dining is super convenient! It's not crowded around at night, so sleeping is very, very quiet! There's a convenience store at the intersection, and Don Quijote is just across the main road! There's also Daikoku Drugstore nearby! Although breakfast is simple, it changes a bit every day, which shows a lot of thought. You'll definitely be full and satisfied! The lobby also has vending machines with beer, drinks, and ice cream! All your normal needs can be met here! Personally, I think even though the location is a little out of the way, it makes up for it in value for money, and transferring subways is still very convenient~
CChangjiangdashayuThe main reason I booked this hotel is its unbeatable proximity to USJ. You literally walk out and in two to three minutes, you're at the park entrance. This gives you a huge advantage for morning queues, and if it gets too hot during the day, you can pop back for a break before heading out to play again in the afternoon.
The second major point is that the rooms here are the biggest among the surrounding hotels. You don't feel cramped or squashed, unlike those 'sparrow hotels' you often find elsewhere in Japan. It feels much more spacious and comfortable.
I didn't try the food at the hotel this time, but it looked pretty good. Plus, there's a shopping street right below the hotel, making it super convenient for both dining and shopping.
Overall, big rooms and the best location are this hotel's biggest strengths. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to USJ.
AAnonymous UserThe front desk has a ********* girl who speaks Chinese, and another guy who was super friendly. I forgot my room card when I went out, and he immediately made a new one for me, just needed to return it when I checked out. The hotel is right outside Universal City Station, making it perfect for a visit to USJ. There's a rooftop hot spring, separated for men and women, though I didn't go. The bathtub in the room was quite large anyway, so it made no difference to me.

00oELIMo0After staying at Hoshino Resorts in Hokkaido, I've always had a soft spot for them. I originally booked another hotel across the street with a bigger room, but then I decided to switch back to this one. You can pretty much handle everything yourself here. On the other hand, it's very no-frills with not much in the way of service (for example, no bottled water in the room, and check-in is strictly enforced by the system at 3 PM). But for someone like me, it was actually quite comfortable (no bottled water, but every floor has a room with a water dispenser, ice maker, and microwave. And check-in is just a matter of pressing buttons on a machine – isn't that a savior for introverts?). Finally, I highly recommend arranging your last or first night near the airport, depending on your flight schedule. It helps ease travel fatigue and allows you to squeeze in some bargain shopping. I certainly had a blast shopping at the outlet mall.
CChocoAlisonThe location is very convenient, with JR lines directly to the airport and Expo, Osaka Loop Line and Midosuji Line directly to the city center. There is a large 7-11 and a Café de Cabrera downstairs. A five-minute walk will take you to a super large Life supermarket, which sells sashimi, bento, and cooked food. For breakfast, there are a variety of packaged breads, rice balls, drinks and soups, as well as yogurt pudding and yogurt, but you have to go early, as there will be no choice after 8:30. You can take your breakfast back to your room and eat it without taking it out of the hotel. Free umbrellas are provided when it rains. There is no bottled water in the room, only a kettle. Ice can be picked up on the 8th floor. There is coffee and tea bags available for pick-up in the lobby. The hotel only provides shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, and skin care product samples need to be purchased for 500 yen. The hygiene is very good. The auntie cleans the room very carefully. She will put everything away and put it back in place, and help fold clothes. There is only one chair in the 4-person room, it would be better if there were one or two more chairs. After 10pm, you need to swipe your room card to enter the hotel, which is quite safe.

BBWWIt's been over 10 years since I last visited Osaka, so I specifically booked this hotel nearby. I chose it based on the price, ratings, and reviews, and it definitely didn't disappoint – it exceeded my expectations! It offers incredible value for money. It's only a 5 to 8-minute walk from the busiest part of Shinsaibashi. The facilities are very new, and the service is excellent. The room facilities were better than I expected, and I was lucky enough to be assigned to the top floor, so the view was incredibly open and bright. If I could stay on the top floor again next time, that would be absolutely wonderful.
GGuest UserAside from the small room, there's nothing bad to say. Check-in and check-out were very convenient. It's just a 5-minute walk from the Universal Studios entrance, located at the end of the main street, offering a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle, and dining options are easily accessible. The hotel provides breakfast, afternoon tea, drinks, and ice cream, which was a very thoughtful touch. You can even make your own orange juice, ice cream, and pancakes, which the kids absolutely loved. From the window, you can see the Ferris wheel and the front of Universal Studios. Very satisfied!
