Hotels With parking in Osaka Prefecture, Japan

Hotel were offering late checkouts to guests who left 5* reviews, so I feel that the reviews have been artificially inflated by people rating 5* so that they can get late checkout. Location was quite far from the JR Namba station and even further from the metro Namba station. The bed was really hard and uncomfortable. Bathroom was tiny, kitchenette had a raised lip which was easy to trip over or stub your toes on. However, the size of the room was good, there was a good amount of space. It would be ok to spend a night or two here but I think we were there 5 nights which wasn’t great with the uncomfortable bed. When we checked in we were told a room number of an uncleaned room and had to ring out of hours to swap rooms, but that was all resolved quickly by the hotel. Also to note, the keyboxes didn’t feel very safe/ secure because the codes followed a pattern (so if you knew one you’d know the other rooms), but we didn’t use the lockbox except for when we checked in so it didn’t affect us, but just something to consider. Overall it was ok for a budget hotel but I think the reviews make it seem too good to be true!

This feeling of being surrounded by the entire city was truly dreamy; I couldn't stop taking photos. 🚇 **Excellent and Convenient Location** The hotel is located on Osaka's main thoroughfare, Midosuji Avenue. While in a bustling area, it offers a peaceful retreat. Transportation is incredibly convenient; it's just a 3-5 minute walk from Yodoyabashi Station (Exit 13). Whether you're heading to Shin-Osaka for the Shinkansen or going shopping in Umeda or Shinsaibashi, it's only one subway stop away, or even walkable. * **Shopper's Paradise:** Walk or take one subway stop to Shinsaibashi-suji Shopping Street and Umeda Hankyu Department Store. * **Daily Conveniences:** Downstairs, there's a convenience store (7-Eleven), a drug store, and many local ramen shops and izakayas, so late-night dining is never a problem. 🛏️ **High-Quality Accommodation Facilities** The hotel's interior design is a modern, minimalist business style, very chic. The lobby is on the 15th floor, serving as both a reception area and a sky lounge with expansive views. * **Room Amenities:** For its class in Japan, this hotel offers surprisingly spacious rooms. There's plenty of space to open up suitcases. The attention to detail is excellent; in addition to standard toiletries, they even thoughtfully provide a hair straightener/curler, which is a lifesaver for women! The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the shower pressure is strong enough to wash away a day's fatigue. * **Executive Lounge:** If your budget allows, I highly recommend booking an executive floor room. The private lounge on the top floor offers unparalleled views. The afternoon tea desserts and happy hour cocktails are of high quality. Watching the sunset here while waiting for the night view creates an incredibly atmospheric experience.

This is a brand new hotel and I was very impressed. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful with everything. There's complimentary drinking water and fresh coffee in the lobby, and the coffee is strong and delicious! The hotel has three elevators, which is super convenient. The location is great, right behind Kizu Fish Market – you just have to cross the road from the hotel. There's also a Lawson convenience store right next door. The room was clean and well-equipped. The hairdryer was powerful, and the layout of the room was good, allowing us to open two suitcases comfortably. Our room had a view of the train tracks, which was interesting to watch, but you could hear the trains passing by. The lighting in the room was excellent, with multiple adjustable lights, including white light options. They cleaned the room daily, which was a nice touch. If you're heading to the Nipponbashi or Shinsekai areas, it's about a 15-minute walk from the hotel. Namba is about 20 minutes away. It's also very convenient for getting around by train, with the subway station about a 10-minute walk. We got a really good price when we booked!

The room is quite small, making it a struggle to open a suitcase, and the bathroom is tiny as well; you have to stand in the bathtub to shower. The service is decent; they proactively clean the room, empty the trash, and replace towels daily. There's a self-service coin laundry on the 2nd floor, which is very convenient for washing clothes. It's close to Shin-Osaka Station, but the walk from the hotel entrance to the JR lines is quite a distance (my legs were practically dead after walking to places like Kyoto and Nara every day...). I originally chose to stay near Shin-Osaka for easy access to other places, but now I feel like staying in Namba would have been better.

Hotel Nikko is in a fantastic location! You can get to the lobby on the second floor right from the subway exit. Shinsaibashi is just across the street, making it super convenient for dining, accommodation, transportation, and shopping. The hotel's price isn't too high, and the facilities inside are very clean. The bedding is top-notch, absolutely superb 👍🏻. It's definitely the first choice for families with kids.

The location is absolutely wonderful, there are about 3 convenient stores near the hotel, only a 500m walk to the nearest metro station and about 900m to Shin Osaka station, really convenient for those who want to explore nearby cities such as Kyoto, Uji, Nara and Himeiji etc. The staffs are really nice and the room is very clean, we will definitely book this place again for our next kansai trip!

Good location in Osaka quite central near Dotonbori and Namba lively areas. Small rooms but quite a standard in Japan. Good bed quality and shower / bathroom. No gym or specific amenities. Mainly recommended for good location.

I usually stay at hotels around Umeda Station, but this time I wanted to stay at a hotel with a beautiful night view, so I chose this one. The hotel is directly connected to Exit 3 of Higobashi Station, so I didn't have to worry about getting wet in the rain. I requested a room on a higher floor, and I was given a room on the 28th floor. When I opened the curtains, the night view I had wanted to see was so beautiful that I was moved. It was very relaxing. The staff were also kind and polite, which was great. As soon as I entered the entrance, I was guided to the reception and the explanation was easy to understand. There were plenty of elevators, so I was able to use them without any congestion. It was my first time around Higobashi Station, but there were plenty of restaurants and convenience stores, so I had no problems staying there. If I have the opportunity, I would like to stay at this hotel again. Thank you very much.

This is my first time in Japan, we are highly recommend to all of you who come to Osaka. Travelodge Honmachi Hotel is good choice for you to stay. The room is very clean and all staff are very nice, good communication, good services.

The room is small but can open two suitcases. The public bath and spa are excellent. Close to JR station and donki. But the staff and hotel policy are terrible and I could only rate it woth adverse comment. First, at checkin the staff did not tell us the spa world could be used even after checkout, so we had no idea we could still stay to play the spa world the next day until we learnt it from other residents in the hotel. If we have learnt it earlier at checkin we might adjust our travelling plan as we checkin late at night from landing. Second, upon checkout we asked for luggage storage service, which is very basic services of hotel, but the staff said if we were leaving and not staying for the spa, they would not keep our luggage. I am not meaning leaving Japan but I just go out from breakfast or some shopping. I have visited Japan multiple times and stayed in many hotels or residence, and this is the first one not offering luggage storage service. Please do not call this a hotel if you refuse to offer luggage storage service. Third, the hotel prohibited any slipper and every one had to walk back to rooms in bare feet after public bath, this sounds dirty while the staff was wearing slipper. Hotel could provide slippers and require resident to wear hotel slippers only. Bad experience and poor service.
