We chose this hotel for its breakfast and the on-site bar-restaurant. What we got was a pretty old hotel. The bar wasn't open, and it was hard to find decent places to eat nearby. Breakfast was brought to the room, and we had to choose our meal and coffee type from a menu daily. However, they consistently forgot the coffee, so we had to remind them every day and wait 10-15 minutes after the rest of breakfast arrived. Out of 4 days, breakfast was only delivered 3 times; one day, they simply said the chef hadn't shown up. They promised a refund for one day's breakfast, but it never came. The room was very cold in December; the air conditioning was old and noisy. The shower drain was clogged, and by the second day, there was a sewage smell. On the plus side, the linens were clean, towels fresh, and slippers were provided. They offered to move us to an ”upgraded” room, which we checked out – it was indeed spacious, looked newer, and was more pleasant. However, the next morning, we were told that room wasn't available and were given a different one, which wasn't much better than our original room. Overall, everything felt disorganized and chaotic. Communication on WhatsApp was very polite, though. Getting to the city center is a long journey, and you spend a lot of time in traffic if you take a taxi. We haven't stayed at other hotels in the city, so we have nothing to compare it to. This hotel might be okay for a couple of days. All in all, not terrible, but there's definitely room for improvement.

Staying at Sofia in Bishkek is a tasteful and ultimate enjoyment~ One-click experience at the hotel: drink coffee, drink tea, eat local desserts, eat super delicious Korean food, exercise, watch the sunrise, watch the sunset! Facilities: It is hard to describe the paper in Kyrgyzstan. The toilet paper is a bit rough. It is recommended that friends who come to Bishkek for tourism bring their own paper. Environment: Watch the sunset at the Korean restaurant on the 15th floor, and take pictures! There is a yurt in the lobby, which is also unique for taking pictures! The restaurant is on the 2nd floor. The breakfast is a combination of flavors from all over the world. The steamed buns and big plate chicken are delicious!

Great stay experience! This time I chose Jiguo Star Hotel (luckyStar Hotel) in Bishkek. The location is really super convenient! The hotel is located in the city center and it is very easy to go to the main attractions. The National Landmark Arata Plaza and the National History Museum are within walking distance and the city has a strong atmosphere. If you want to feel the local style, the famous Osh market is also nearby, and you can buy fresh fruits and special handicrafts. If interested in architecture and religious culture, St. Nicholas Orthodox Church is also not far away, quiet and beautiful. Whether it is a taxi, walking or exploring the city with public transportation, this is the perfect starting point. For business and leisure travelers, it is a great value for money choice. highly recommended! 👍

My stay at Sheraton Bishkek in the Deluxe King Room with City View was fantastic. The room was spacious, elegant, and offered a stunning panoramic view of the city, making it a delight to wake up to each morning. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern amenities in the room added a luxurious touch to the experience. The hotel staff were attentive and professional, always going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. I also enjoyed the hotel's facilities, especially the rooftop bar and the well-equipped fitness center. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality dishes. Overall, it was a superb stay, and I would highly recommend Sheraton Bishkek for anyone visiting the city.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. The room is huge with a large soft bed. The bathroom is above all praise! All staff of the hotel big RAHMAT!!! All our requests were met instantly. A very kind atmosphere. With regard to breakfast, the dining room is still locked up under Chinese tourists. We went for breakfast only for 2 days, good for a lot of delicious and diverse places. It's around the 400-500 range in China. The breakfast was good, though. The refrigerator in the room kept turning on every 20 minutes, which was annoying. In short, these 13 hotels in China were horrible compared to the one in China.

Location is good, it's close to the center of the city. Hotel is clean and fresh. All works smoothly. Single minor problem was solved in minutes. The only downside is breakfast: the assortment is moderate and dining room is pretty small, you may not find free place.

Nice breakfast spread of cold cuts, fish, different milks, varied omelettes, and a selection of cereals and nuts. Nice ambiance as well, at the terrace on the top floor of the building. The room is very spacious, and the bathroom clean and sleek. Recommended!

After enjoying the fun of swimming here, I also received a professional massage service. The store has all the facilities such as hairdressing, dining and bar, and the environment is elegant and charming. The rooms are clean and tidy, making people feel warm and comfortable. (≧▽≦)/~┴┴

Loved our stay here. Quiet with a nice breakfast (especially for the price). We liked that it was a bit off the main busy roads, but a short walk to downtown hot spots, with a supermarket around the corner. Staff were hospitable and allowed us to check in early. 10/10 will stay here again on our next stop throughs Bishkek!
