The guesthouse is right in Hanok Village, so all the popular spots are nearby. The room was super clean and tidy, even came with a Dyson hairdryer and a projector. The underfloor heating was fantastic! The bathroom wasn't just clean, it was spacious with a great wet/dry separation, and they even provided toothbrushes. The host was incredibly friendly and even gave us some PNB Hanok Village chocolate pies as a souvenir when we left. We had such a lovely time staying here! Thanks for everything!

The rooms are spacious and suitable for families. However, the beds in the family rooms are not large enough, making sleep rather cramped. The toilet in the bathroom is outdated, and the swimming pool is not open. The scale is that of a four-star establishment, but the service and facilities are merely average.

The location was wonderful, with most attractions within a 30 minute walking distance. Our host was the kindest, introducing the area to us, recommending popular attractions and restaurants, and even helping us call a taxi when we checked out. The room was also clean and warm during the cold winter, which made our stay in Jeonju memorable!

The room was very clean, the bedding was very comfortable, and the front desk staff were very friendly. I stayed here to see the autumn leaves at Naizang Mountain in Jingyi County. It's about a 50-minute drive from Naizang Mountain. I was so happy to be able to book such a nice hotel nearby during the autumn leaf season! The lobby has some adorable peacock-shaped plants.

Exceptional Experience at Iga Hanok I was deeply impressed by the authentic beauty and cleanliness of this Hanok stay. It perfectly balances a traditional vibe with modern convenience. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and gave great local tips. The room was very comfortable, especially the Ondol heating system. Great location—close to major attractions but still very quiet and peaceful. A perfect stay overall

My first impression was a little surprising, but the location is great. There are many delicious restaurants nearby, so we didn't have to wait in line to eat. The 'ondol' floor (heated floor) kept the room warm. The picture is of the hotel wall... they really put a lot of effort into giving it a traditional Korean 'hanok' feel.

The facility is old, but it was okay to stay there. However, the pillows smelled so bad. Those staying here should bring their own pillows. ㅋㅋㅋ And I think the veranda needs to be cleaned. There were a lot of spider webs and dead bugs. If you spray some bleach in the bathroom, all the mold will disappear. I wonder why they don't clean it;;

Disadvantages: the location is a bit disappointing. The surrounding area is a motel village and it is also far from major tourist spots, so you have to take a taxi all the time. Lotte Mall is accessible on foot, but there is no need to travel to Gunsan and explore Lotte Mall. Advantages: There is no coffee pot or tea that is not used even if food is not available in the room, and the room seems to be in a clean condition. Maybe it's because it's newly built. It's very clean and has a scent in the corridor. It's in a good mood Breakfast is also served, but I didn't expect anything, but it's better than I thought The place to eat breakfast was made by renovating the hotel room, so it was a bit small, but it was a place where I felt that I did my best.

The staff were friendly, and the hotel offered great value for money. Both the rooms and facilities were spotlessly clean, and even the simple breakfast provided was satisfying. I was very pleased with this hotel and will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Jeonju.

It was less than 10 minutes by car from the Hanok Village and the facilities were good. When I entered, I felt the warmth of the ondol and it was very stylish. The ceiling was very high and grand. I plan to use it again next time.

GGuest UserOverall, it was a very satisfying stay. The interior decor and amenities were all as well-equipped as shown in the pictures. The meticulous attention to detail was impressive, with items like an LP player, a tea set, and a Dyson hairdryer, each coming with a QR code for a tutorial. Every single item of decor was beautiful, making it a delightful place to stay. We also ordered the rooftop glamping and BBQ set. It was easy to book via phone and pay upon arrival. The price was 40,000 won for two people for glamping (4 hours use) and 40,000 won for the BBQ set, totaling 80,000 won. This was a reasonable price, considering we'd spend more if we ate out for dinner. The set included one serving of samgyeopsal (pork belly), one serving of moksal (pork neck), one tteokgalbi (grilled short rib patty - or similar), one ramen, a sauce set, chili/garlic, six marshmallows, and a pack of Charm Crackers. We could cook the meat deliciously on an induction grill dedicated to grilling. For drinks, they provided camping wine glasses and an electric opener, so we could bring our own alcohol. We could rent hanbok (Korean traditional attire) at the lobby, but it could only be worn inside the building. All hanboks were one-size-fits-all, and the men's sizes seemed to be around 95-100 (US M/L). Even though it was a free hanbok rental, the colors and quality were better than those rented in Hanok Village. The staff were also very kind and helpful with all our inquiries. The location, being in a motel district, was a bit of a downside, but thanks to that, we were able to enjoy all these amenities at a great value for money.

GGuest UserThe place had a cozy, homey vibe that made me feel right at ease. From the moment we walked in, the owner greeted us warmly with his charming eye smile and was always eager to help. The room was great, featuring a TV, a mini fridge and a spacious bathroom stocked with essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste and toothbrushes. We visited during winter and the room was wonderfully warm, creating the perfect retreat from the cold. We even had the opportunity to prepare our own breakfast - eggs, bread, butter, jam, coffee and milk. To top it off, I did my laundry there, which was incredibly convenient. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He’s genuinely one of the kindest Koreans I’ve met during my trip. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I absolutely fell in love with this place. I would definitely return! Sir, this is me, your guest from the Philippines. Thank you so much for accommodating us! Take care always!

GGuest UserThe accommodation was sparsely furnished but adequate. The air conditioning shown in the photos unfortunately didn't work. However, air conditioning wasn't mentioned in the description. With a fan, though, we managed to survive the 30°C heat.

GGuest UserBecause the trip was set the day before, I had to book accommodations in a hurry. I was a little worried because I hadn't done much research, but my worries were unfounded! It was completely different from my concerns. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the lobby atmosphere, the room's size and atmosphere, the breakfast, and the friendliness of the staff. Aside from the room being a bit dry, everything was excellent. If I ever visit Jeonju again, I'll definitely stay here again.

PphaedoThis is the second time I have stayed here. It is right next to the Hanok Village and very close to Gyeonggijeon. There is floor heating and air conditioning, clean and comfortable. It was already past one o'clock in the morning when we arrived. The shop owner left a note at the door and opened the door directly.

GGuest UserIt was clean and the hot water came out well. The problem was that the heating was turned up a little, so it was crazy cold. Some of the guests had babies. My family shivered all night. I asked them to turn on the boiler, but they made an excuse about the central heating. It seems like I came here to experience the cold. I was sleepy, but I came to eat breakfast.

GGerardus Maria GemmaOur stay at Geuligobom Dokchae Pension was truly exceptional. This self-catered traditional hanok house offers an authentic experience of living in the heart of a hanok village. Located on a quiet street, it provides a peaceful retreat, yet just around the corner, you're immersed in all the tourist highlights of old Jeonju. The nearby restaurants are delightful, adding to the charm of the location. The house itself is spacious and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable self-catered stay. The bathroom, complete with a jacuzzi, is a wonderful touch. We highly recommend Geuligobom Dokchae Pension for anyone seeking a genuine and relaxing stay in Jeonju.

AAlessandraHost's were really friendly and supportive. Room has floor heating and due to that room got really hot. Shower is really good. We had an issue with the bedding where we complained to the host and he looked into it wanting to give you another room but we stayed in that room as it was only for two nights. More towels have been also provided after requesting them and a welcome bag with toothbrush, toothpaste, razor and a few other toiletries were in that bag. Water bottles as much you ask for and even at the checkout the host lady gave us each 2 bottles of water to take with us which was really appreciated and a rare first gesture I experienced.
