I love this hotel but needs much improvement and needs better facilities in the hotel and breakfast needs to improve and WiFi is awful bad, the bedroom floors needs to be cleaned more often and cleaning laundry needs to be more cheaper for service in my opinion. Honesty is best service in this hotel with excursions are a tourist trap unfortunately

The staff members were so nice and helpful. Special thanks to Azedine, who was helping me to organize surf lessons or also trips to Marrakech or finding opportunity to participate on cooking lessons. The location of the hotel is perfect for people, who want to stay just at the hotel, as you are directly at the beach. Most of the guests were either families or older people. If you want to walk to Taghazout it is possible, but it takes around 45 minutes. The pools are not heated, which made them not so enjoyable as the water really gets cold. The breakfast has a lot of variety to offer, but it gets very crowded and at some point the food is not refilled. The rooms were spacious and clean. What I did not like so much is that the live music, which is offered mostly every night is playing either Spanish or Latin American Music. It doesn’t feel authentic to come to Morocco for this. I rather would like to listening to Moroccan Music there. But in general the hotel is nice with nice staff members.

Hamilton Agadir managements maintains it’s Excellent services for years, Mr. AbduLatif& his staff are doing marvelous job and friendly relations with all guests especially, with Gulf customers. Rooms with Oceanview were equipped with sound resistant glass. Mrs. Mariam, the header of house keeping responds to guests needs in& Out hotel with cheerful faces. I think a lot of people forget what sort of accommodation they would get at home in the UK for the price they have paid for a week or so by the sea, constant good weather and a lovely swimming pool to hand. Our standards are exceptionally high but we forget that the culture is different in Morocco. For me, as long as I have a clean bed, clean bathroom facilities and a version of everything I expected to get/have access too, then I can cope with a chipped floor, dusty floors, tired decor. Surely a friendly, helpful welcome is more amenable to a good experience? The pool is immaculate and throughly cleaned every morning. The only negative is the Gawd awful techno, trance, ******* (C) rap sample music the guy plays at full bunge all afternoon. You cannot even have a conversation with the person next to you. It REALLY was a pain in the Rse every afternoon. The restaurant food scenario does leave a lot to be desired. I thank the Lord I was only having breakfast. The cooked food is basic and poor choices of bread. NO FRUIT! But lots of salad???? 🤔🤔 Only One toaster for the guests to use. Omelette EVERY day, surely a change to pancakes/crepes wouldn't tax them too much? The poolside cafe is dire. Very poor selection. The staff are as slow as treacle in the north pole!! There is no gym or spa available at the time of my visit. Overall, I felt it was value for money. Most of the staff work very hard and are friendly and polite.

This was a perfect fit for an over night stay. The bed was comfortable and clean. I will definitely be recommending and also booking should i visit again, thank you to the receptionist who was a great help!

We stayed here for 4 days. Good for the price, however the amenities are very basic. We were allocated the wrong room type on arrival, and reception staff weren't very helpful, until I got Trip.com involved, and we were moved to a different room straight away. Kudos! The room didn't have a fridge, so don't expect that when you go. You can borrow a wine cooler of ice from the bar, that's what we did. Probably would stay here again, as it was so cheap.

The front desk took a long time to confirm the order. The restaurant is open 24 hours a day, the mini bar is free, you can go directly to the sea, and there are N swimming pools when you come back. The doorman and security are good. The location is a bit off the traditional beach, but it's okay, it's worth the price, and there are too many people.

A warm welcome with Moroccan tea, and staff very friendly, everyone who works in the hotel greets you, The breakfast buffet was very extensive paint sprayer, Moroccan tea, chefs so professionals you are asked with a smile what kind of fried eggs you want nice swimming pool, only the coffee was bad not drinkable everyone left their coffee standing, you could also drink coffee or tea in your room, but there was no milk powder I don't drink coffee without milk, the last one I almost had to pay Tourist tax while I already told Trip .com had been paid on the voucher including all taxes, later that was resolved and had a really nice day.

It was really great. It made me feel relaxed. I smoked and watched the night view from the balcony at night. I basked in the sun by the pool in the afternoon and ate fruit plates and drank milkshakes. The breakfast was delicious and varied. I also went for dinner, which was delicious. The hotel is beautiful and great for taking photos. The staff is warm and friendly. The location is close to the beach. The bed is very soft. The hotel also looks good. The price-performance ratio is very high. In short, I am very happy.
