Разбирательство с отелем заняло около часа. Меня не хотели заселять, требовали оплаты. Я связалась с сервисом бронирования, но у них были нерабочие часы, через другой офис сервиса удалось повлиять на отель, меня в итоге заселили, но никаких извинений со стороны отеля не последовало. Крайне непрофессиональная стойка регистрации в отеле!
Если не хотите нервотрепки, замедляйтесь в другой отель.
