I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite impressed overall. The property is well-maintained, and everything from the lobby to the rooms was exceptionally clean and inviting. The housekeeping staff clearly does a great job keeping the place spotless, which added to the comfort of the stay. However, I was a bit disappointed with the room service. I ordered food to my room, but unfortunately, the quality didn't meet my expectations—it was bland and lacked freshness. Because of this, I found myself exploring other dining options and ended up eating at various nearby restaurants instead, which turned out to be a better experience. Despite the food, the hotel itself was pleasant, and I would consider staying again—just with different plans for meals.

Excellent location, the food despite being a small dining room is rich and you can serve your taste have dessert milk, the only thing I didn't like is that there is no one who was charged with cleaning the tables, Then as guests leave them so they touch you, from there out everything is very clean.

The hotel is good, and it is convenient to travel. The hotel provides breakfast, which is very good.

Location is nice if you like nature but it’s far from the downtown and no nearby place to buy food. I booked a room for 3 adults and the picture from trip.con showed 3 beds but the one they gave us is only 2 beds. They always forget to bring extra towel and water and coffee supply (we always have to ask the reception for it).  I like that there’s a swimming but food in the restaurant is expensive. Make sure you buy food from outside but no ref in the room to keep it.

The room is quite big. It's in a big mall. It's very convenient to eat. It's just very close to the bus station. There's traffic jam every day.

Breakfast is average, the environment is OK. That is, the window cannot be opened. The attitude of the service staff is good, the access is also convenient, next to the supermarket and cinema and shopping center

Facilities: There is no hairdryer in the room, but you can ask the front desk for one. Cleanliness: Relatively clean. Service: The staff are very friendly. Facilities: The bed is a bit short; people over 1.8 meters tall might find it cramped, with their feet sticking out. Also, it's close to the exhibition hall, the price is reasonable, and it offers good value for money.

It's a great place, the scenery is very good, the indoor facilities are great, the bathroom floor is still warm at night, the wooden hotel, it feels particularly good, it is suitable for relaxing. . . . But the waiters were not professional and the check-in was not smooth, and I was required to send proof emails, etc. In addition...the waiters were not very clever, which seriously reduced the experience.

There are large-scale hotels, there are meeting room and gym, Although only 4 machines and dumbbells, but they are all enough, like no residents to use, on the first floor lift left hand secret door, you can use the lights, the space machine works very well, 6:00 to 23:00 available. The room is comfortable, very warm, the TV is large, the bathroom is large, although it is arranged in the tail room on the 2nd floor, it is connective room, the sound of the isolation room in the morning, but it is acceptable. I feel that I am generally arranged to live on the 2nd floor, because the lift system on the 2nd floor is 㩒 to colorless. The 5th floor is more elegant. The lobby is breakfast range and very open. The location of the hotel is super convenient, shopping and restaurants are all around, very dynamic cities. Staff English is not wrong, in Mexico, it is rare for hotel staff not more than 4 stars to communicate in English.

Location is good as well as a large shopping mall SEARS on the opposite side just takes walking around 8 minutes. Simple and clean, and RF is a restaurant in case you don't want to take ride to the downtown.
