JjisooyaaaThe room was fine, though it was dusty and there were old toothpaste stains in the bathroom. However, that is nothing compared to the major safety and privacy violation we experienced.
The service and management were completely unacceptable. Our room's mini fridge was broken. We called maintenance, but after waiting for 30 minutes, no one showed up. Since we had a strict dinner reservation, we had to leave, keeping our 'Do Not Disturb' (DND) sign clearly displayed on the door.Later, the staff called us saying they were at our room. I explicitly asked them to wait 3 minutes for us to return. Instead, they entered our room without permission while the DND sign was up and changed the fridge. This is a severe breach of privacy and security. If anything goes missing from our room, who is going to take responsibility? Very unprofessional and untrustworthy.

HHohohoyeeThis is my third time staying here, and once again, I had a great experience. This time, I chose a different room, and I was happy to find that it was still very spacious, clean, and comfortable.
The apartment is great for a short-term stay, with complete facilities for cooking, washing clothes, and other daily needs, making it feel just like home. The jungle-themed concept is also really unique, creating a cozy, relaxing, and refreshing atmosphere.
The customer service and admin team at Nest Home are always helpful and responsive. They respond quickly to questions and are willing to assist whenever needed, which makes the whole stay smooth and hassle-free.
I really appreciate the consistency of the stay, especially since this is already my third time here. Different room, but still the same level of comfort and spaciousness. Definitely a place I would come back to again. Highly recommended!

FFina-chanAffordable hotel with a spacious room that's able to accommodate an extra bed (at an additional cost of 151.20 RM). Room rates are inclusive of complimentary breakfast for 2 adults. You can add-on at the counter for kids above 6 years old. Hotel is located directly above Mid Valley mall which is very accessible from the hotel. Front desk was fast with our check-in and room service was helpful in setting up the extra bed for us. Highly recommended for short family stays over the weekends!

GGuest UserWe had a pleasant two-night stay, and overall, everything was great. We really liked the room layout, cleanliness, and the overall condition of the place.
However, I would like to mention a couple of things for improvement. First, the main door lock was quite difficult to open and use. I would recommend having it checked and repaired properly.
Secondly, there is an issue with the lock on the laundry room door. It cannot be locked from inside the house, but it can be locked from the outside. This could be a security concern, so I would recommend fixing or replacing the lock to ensure better safety and privacy.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and hope these small issues can be improved for future guests.

Everything is NEW and water pressure is good, bath tub is deep and fit body well.
Bath robes material soft and like teddy bear furry 🤣🤣
Coffee machines and washing machines work well, even provide detergent.
SOME improvement make it more perfect:
1) kitchen towel might need to ready for light cooking
2) pet friendly lift is slightly smelly, lift running in noise

MMcainI had a really pleasant and comfortable stay at Ramada Hotel Johor Bahru, especially in the East Wing room. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a cozy and relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a long day. Everything was neatly arranged, and the bed was very comfortable, giving me a good night’s rest throughout my stay.
What I appreciated the most was the overall cleanliness and attention to detail in the room. The facilities were in good condition, and everything felt well taken care of. The hotel environment itself was calm and welcoming, which added to the whole experience.
The staff were also friendly, polite, and helpful whenever needed, making the stay even more enjoyable. Service was smooth from check-in to check-out, which I really value when staying at a hotel.
Overall, I would say Ramada Hotel Johor Bahru is a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Johor Bahru. The East Wing room in particular is definitely worth it. I would happily come back again and recommend it to others.
